1 THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. H-550 ADVANTAGE PLUS ENDORSEMENT For an additional premium and subject to all provisions of the policy, we agree that the policy is amended to include the following revised limits, coverages and extensions of coverages. SECTION I PROPERTY COVERAGES COVERAGE C PERSONAL PROPERTY The Special Limits of Liability provisions are replaced by the following: Special Limits of Liability. These limits do not increase the coverage C limit of liability. The special limit for each numbered category below is the total limit for each loss for all property in that category. 1. $500 on money, bank notes, bullion, gold other than goldware, silver other than silverware, platinum, coins and medals. 2. $5,000 on securities, accounts, deeds, evidences of debt, letters of credit, notes other than bank notes, manuscripts, personal records, passports, tickets and stamps. This dollar limit applies to these categories regardless of the medium (such as paper or computer software) on which the material exists. This limit includes the cost to research, replace or restore the information for the lost or damaged material. 3. $2,500 on watercraft, including their trailers, furnishings, equipment and outboard motors. 4. $3,000 on trailers not used with watercraft. 5. $5,000 for loss by theft, misplacing or losing of jewelry, watches, furs, precious and semi-precious stones, not to exceed $2,000 on any one item. 6. $5,000 for loss by theft of firearms. 7. $,5000 for loss by theft, misplacing or losing of silverware, silver-plated ware, goldware, goldplated ware and pewterware. This includes flatware, hollowware, tea sets, trays and trophies made of or including silver, gold or pewter. 8. $5,000 on property, on the residence premises, used at any time or in any manner for any business purpose. 9. $1,000 on property, away from the residence premises, used at any time or in any manner for any business purpose. This special limit, however, does not apply to loss to electronic apparatus as described in Special Limits of Liability (10) and (11) below. 10. $2,000 for loss to electronic apparatus, while in or upon a motor vehicle or other motorized land conveyance, if the electronic apparatus is equipped to be operated by power from the electrical system of the vehicle or conveyance, while retaining its capability of being operated by other sources of power. Electronic apparatus includes: a. Accessories or antennas; or b. Tapes, wires, records, discs or other media; for use with any electronic apparatus. 11. $2,000 for loss to electronic apparatus, while not in or upon a motor vehicle or other motorized land conveyance, if the electronic apparatus: a. Is equipped to be operated by power from the electrical system of the vehicle or conveyance while retaining its capability of being operated by other sources of power; b. Is away from the residence premises ; and c. Is used at any time or in any manner for business purpose. Electronic apparatus includes: a. Accessories or antennas; or b. Tapes, wires, records, discs or other media; for use with any electronic apparatus. 12. $10,000 for loss by theft of jewelry, watches, furs, precious and semi-precious stones and silverware, silver-plated ware, gold ware, gold-plated ware and pewterware while on the premises H Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Offices, Inc., with its permission Page 1of 9

2 of any bank, trust company, safe deposit company or cold storage warehouse in which the property has been placed for safekeeping. COVERAGE D - Loss of Use Coverage is amended as follows: The following paragraph is added: If a power outage caused by a Peril Insured Against makes the residence premises uninhabitable, we cover any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living. Payment shall be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the premise or, if you permanently relocate, for the shortest time required for your household to settle elsewhere. This period of time is limited to seven days. Coverage begins when the residence premises has been uninhabitable for 48 consecutive hours. SECTION I EXCLUSIONS paragraph 1.d. Power Failure does not apply to this coverage. The following paragraph is added: If a power outage caused by a Peril Insured Against makes that part of the residence premises rented to others or held for rental by you, uninhabitable, we cover the fair rental value. Payment shall be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the part of the premises rented or held for rental. This period of time is limited to seven days. Coverage begins when that part of the residence premises has been uninhabitable for 48 hours. Fair rental value shall not include any expense that does not continue while that part of the residence premises rented to or held for rental is uninhabitable. SECTION I EXCLUSIONS paragraph 1.d. Power Failure does not apply to this coverage. The following paragraph is added: If a civil authority prohibits you from use of the residence premises, we cover any resulting Additional Living Expenses and Fair Rental Value for a period not exceeding seven days during which use is prohibited. Coverage begins after use has been prohibited for 48 consecutive hours. ADDITIONAL COVERAGES The following items are amended as indicated: 1. Debris Removal. Debris Removal provision is replaced by the following: We will pay your reasonable expense for the removal of: a. Debris of covered property if a Peril Insured Against causes the loss; or b. Ash, dust or particles from a volcanic eruption that has caused direct loss to a building or property contained in a building. This expense is included in the limit of liability that applies to the damaged property. If the amount to be paid for the actual damage to the property plus the debris removal expense is more than the limit of liability for the damaged property, an additional 5% of that limit of liability is available for debris removal expense. We will also pay your reasonable expense for the removal of fallen trees from the residence premise if: H Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Offices, Inc., with its permission Page 2of 9

3 a. Coverage is not afforded under Additional Coverages 3. Trees, Shrubs and Other Plants for the peril causing the loss; or b. The tree is not covered by this policy. provided a Peril Insured Against under Coverage C causes the tree to fall. Our limit of liability for this coverage will not be more than $500 per tree or $1,000 in the aggregate for any one loss. 3. Trees, Shrubs and Other Plants. Trees Shrubs and Other Plants provision is replaced by the following: We cover tree, shrubs, plants or lawns, on the residence premise, for loss caused by the following Perils Insured Against: Fire or Lightning, Explosion, Riot or civil commotion, Aircraft, Vehicles not owned or operated by resident of the residence premises, Vandalism or malicious mischief or Theft. The limit of liability for this coverage will not be more than 5% of the limit of liability that applies to the dwelling, or more than $1,000 for any one tree, shrub or plant. We do not cover property grown for business purposes. This coverage is additional insurance. 4. Fire Department Service Charge. Fire Department Service Charge provision is replaced by the following: We will pay for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage. 5. Property Removed. We insure covered property against direct loss for any cause while being removed from a premise endangered by a Peril Insured Against and for no more than 90 days while removed. This coverage does not change the limit of liability that applies to the property being removed. 6. Credit Card, Fund Transfer Card, Forgery and Counterfeit Money. The amount we will pay is increased from $500 to $10, Loss Assessment. The amount we will pay is increased from $1,000 to $10,000. The limit of $10,000 is the most we will pay with respect to any one loss, regardless of the number of assessments. The Following ADDITIONAL COVERAGES are added: 11. Waterbed Damage Coverage. We will pay under coverage A & C for damage caused by sudden and accidental discharge of water from a waterbed. 12. Refrigerated Products Coverage. We will pay up to $500 toward losses to the contents of deep freeze or refrigerator units provided that the loss occurs on the residence premises ; is caused by power interruption or mechanical failure, and is not under the control of the insured. When you know about a loss to which this coverage may apply, you must use all reasonable means to protect the refrigerated products from further damage. 4 This coverage is additional insurance. A special $100 deductible applies to this coverage. 13. Lock Replacement Coverage. We will pay 100% of the cost, up to $500, for replacing any lock to your house, if such replacement is the result of any insured s key being lost or stolen. You must notify us in writing within 72 hours of the discovery of the loss. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage. 14. Personal Property Coverage Extension. We will pay up to $2,000 for damages to your personal property while it is away from your residence premises caused by: a. Earth Movement as defined in Section I Exclusions 1.b. b. Water Damage as defined in Section I Exclusions 1.c. SECTION I EXCLUSIONS 1.b. Earth Movement and 1.c. Water Damage do not apply to this additional coverage. 15. Water Back Up of Sewers and Drains. We insure up to $5,000 for direct loss caused by water which backs up through sewers or drains or water which enters into and overflows from within a sump pump, sump pump well or type of system designed to remove subsurface water which is drained from the foundation area and which is not caused by the negligence of any insured. SECTION I EXCLUSIONS 1.c (2) does not apply to this Additional Coverage. 16. Personal Records Coverage. We will pay up to $250 for reasonable expenses you incur to research and obtain data necessary to reproduce, replace or restore your personal records. Personal records means: birth and death certificates; drivers and marriage licenses; separation or divorce papers; income tax information; hunting and fishing licenses; ownership records of real and personal property; wills; and other personal records. These records must have been damaged or destroyed by a Peril Insured Against while on the residence premises. This coverage does not apply to business records. No deductible applies to this coverage. 17. Coverage for Personal Records Stored in a Home Computer. We will pay up to $5,000 to recreate personal records stored in a home computer. These records must have been damaged or destroyed by a Peril Insured Against while on the residence premises. This coverage does not apply to business records stored in a home computer. This coverage is additional insurance. 18. Reward Coverage. We will pay up to $1,000 to any individual or organization for information leading to the arrest or conviction of any person(s) who robs, steals or burglarizes any covered personal property from any insured. 19. Arson Reward. We will pay $1,000 for information leading to an arson conviction in connection with a fire loss covered under this policy. $1,000 is the most we will pay regardless of the number of persons providing information. 5 20. Ordinance or Law. We will pay for the increased costs you incur due to the enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires or regulates: (a) The construction, demolition, remodeling, renovation or repair of that part of a covered building or other structure damaged by a Peril Insured Against; (b) The demolition and reconstruction of the undamaged part of a covered building or other structure, when that building or other structure must be totally demolished because of damage by a Peril Insured Against to another part of that covered building or other structure; or (c) The remodeling, removal or replacement of the portion of the undamaged part of a covered building or other structure necessary to complete the remodeling, repair or replacement of that part of the covered building or other structure damaged by a Peril Insured Against. We will also pay for the increased costs you incur to remove debris resulting from the construction, demolition, remodeling, renovation, repair or replacement of property as stated in (a), (b), or (c) above. These expenses are included in the limit of liability that applies to Coverage A Dwelling. If the amount to be paid for the actual damage to the property plus the cost to comply with any ordinance or law as described above exceeds the Coverage A limit of liability, the coverage A limit of liability is the most that we will pay. We do not cover: (a) The loss in value to any covered building or other structure due to the requirements of any ordinance or law; or (b) The costs to comply with any ordinance or law which requires any insured or others to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to, or assess the effects of, pollutants on or in any covered building or other structure. Pollutants means any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed. 21. Identity Fraud Expense. With respect to the provisions of identity fraud expense coverage only, the following definitions are added: 1. "Identity fraud" means the act of knowingly transferring or using, without lawful authority, a means of identification of an "insured" with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet another to commit, any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of federal law or a felony or misdemeanor under any applicable state or local law. 2. "Expenses" means: a. Costs for notarizing affidavits or similar documents attesting to fraud required by financial institutions or similar credit grantors or credit agencies. b. Costs for certified mail to law enforcement agencies, credit agencies, financial institutions or similar credit grantors. c. Lost income resulting from time taken off work to complete fraud affidavits, meet with or talk to law enforcement agencies, credit agencies and/or legal counsel, up to a maximum payment of $200 per day. 6 d. Loan application fees for re-applying for a loan or loans when the original application is rejected solely because the lender received incorrect credit information. e. Reasonable attorney fees incurred as a result of "identity fraud" to: (1) Defend lawsuits brought against an "insured" by merchants, financial institutions or their collection agencies; (2) Remove any criminal or civil judgments wrongly entered against an "insured"; and (3) Challenge the accuracy or completeness of any information in a consumer credit report. f. Charges incurred for long distance telephone calls to merchants, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions or similar credit grantors, or credit agencies to report or discuss an actual "identity fraud". We will pay up to $15,000 for "expenses" incurred by an "insured" as the direct result of any one "identity fraud" first discovered or learned of during the policy period. Any act or series of acts committed by one or more persons, or in which such person or persons are aiding or abetting others against an "insured", is considered to be one "identity fraud", even if a series of acts continues into a subsequent policy period. This coverage is additional insurance. The following additional exclusions apply to this coverage: 1. Loss arising out of or in connection with a "business". 2. "Expenses" incurred due to any fraudulent, dishonest or criminal act by the "insured" or any person aiding or abetting the "insured", or by any authorized representative of the "insured", whether acting alone or in collusion with others. 3. Loss other than "expenses". We will pay only that part of the loss that exceeds $250. No other deductible applies to "identity fraud" expense coverage. In case of a loss to which this coverage may apply, you shall see that the following duties are performed: 1. Send to us, within 60 days after our request, receipts, bills or other records that support your claim for "expenses" under "identity fraud" coverage. PERILS INSURED AGAINST AND EXCLUSIONS Exclusion 1. a. Ordinance or Law is deleted. SECTION II LIABILITY COVERAGES The following coverages are amended as indicated: Increased Medical Coverage Payments The limit of liability for Coverage F Medical Payments to Others shown on the Declarations page is increased by $1,000. 7 Coverage E Personal Liability The definition of bodily injury is amended to include personal injury. Personal Injury means injury arising out of one or more of the following offenses: 1. False arrest, detention or imprisonment, or malicious prosecution; 2. Libel, slander, or defamation of character; or 3. Invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction or wrongful entry. SECTION II EXCLUSIONS do not apply to personal injury. Personal Injury insurance does not apply to: 1. Liability assumed by the insured under any contract or agreement except any indemnity. obligation assumed by the insured under a written contract directly relating to the ownership, maintenance or use of the premises; 2. Injury caused by a violation of a penal law or ordinance committed by or with the knowledge or consent of the insured ; 3. Injury sustained by any one person as a result of an offense directly or indirectly related to the employment of this person by the insured ; 4. Injury arising out of business pursuits of any insured ; or 5. Civic or public activities performed for pay by an insured. Our limit of liability for this coverage will be the same that applies to Coverage E Personal Liability. SECTION II EXCLUSIONS Intentional Acts Exclusion 1.a. is replaced by the following: a. which is expected or intended by the insured. This exclusion does not apply to any intentional act by or at the direction of an insured which results in a bodily injury solely from the use of reasonable force to protect persons or property by resisting a criminal act at an insured location. The definition of occurrence is amended to include this coverage. Incidental Business Activities of Minors. EXCLUSION 1.b. is amended as follows: EXCLUSION 1.b. does not apply to incidental business activities when performed by an insured minor. Examples of such activities are: newspaper delivery, baby-sitting, caddying, and lawn care. Outboard Motor Extension of Coverage Under Section II Exclusions, the description of watercraft in Exclusion G. (3). is deleted and replaced by the following: g. Arising out of: (3) Vicarious liability, whether or not statutorily imposed, or the actions of a child or minor using an excluded watercraft described below. Excluded watercraft are those that are principally designed to be propelled by engine power or electric motor, or are sailing vessels, whether owned by or rented to an insured. 8 (1) That are not sailing vessels and are powered by: (a) (b) (c) Inboard or inboard-outdrive engine or motor power owned by the insured ; Inboard or inboard-outdrive engine or motor power of more than 50 horsepower rented to the insured ; One or more outboard engines or motors with more than 50 total horsepower if the outboard engine or motor is owned by an insured ; however, outboard engines or motors of more than 50 total horsepower owned by an insured are covered if: (i) You acquire them prior to the policy period; and (a) (b) You declare them at policy inception; or Your intention to insure is reported to us in writing within 45 days after you acquire the outboard engines or motors. (ii) You acquire them during the policy period. This coverage applies for the policy period. (2) That are sailing vessels, with or without auxiliary power, 26 feet or more in overall length, owned by or rented to an insured This exclusion does not apply while the watercraft is stored. Property Damage to Property Occupied or Used by or in the Care of The Insured Under Section II Exclusions, Exclusion 2 Coverage E Personal Liability, Subparagraph c. is deleted and replaced by: c. Property Damage to property occupied or used by or in the care of the insured. This exclusion does not apply to property damage caused by fire, smoke, explosion or accidental discharge or overflow of water or steam from within the plumbing, heating or air conditioning system, or from within a household appliance or from rain or snow. If the property is in the residence premises and such damage is a result of the direct force of wind or hail to the building which causes an opening in a roof or wall and the rain or snow enters through this opening, then coverage does apply. SECTION II ADDITIONAL COVERAGES The following items are amended as indicated: 1. Claim Expense The amount we will pay is increased from $50 to $250 per day. 3. Damage to Property of Others The amount we will pay is increased from $500 to $2,000 per occurrence. 4. Loss Assessment is deleted and replaced by the following: 4. Loss Assessment. We will pay up to $10,000 for your share of certain loss assessment charged to you during the policy period by a corporation or association of property owners, when the assessment is made as a result of: a. personal injury or property damage not excluded under Section II of this policy; or H Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Offices, Inc., with its permission Page 8of 9

9 b. liability for an act of a director, officer, or trustee in the capacity of a director, officer, or trustee, provided that: (1) the director, officer, or trustee is elected by the members of a corporation or association of property owners; and (2) the director, officer, or trustee serves without deriving any income from such service and discharges duties which are solely on behalf of a corporation or association of property owners. This coverage applies only to loss assessments charged to you as owner of the residence premises. We do not cover any loss assessments charged to you or a corporation or association of property owners by any governmental body. Regardless of the number of assessments, the limit of $10,000 is the most that we will pay for loss arising out of: (1) one occurrence ; or (2) a covered act of a director, officer, or trustee. An act involving more than one director, officer, or trustee is considered to be a single act. The exclusion in Section I - Coverage E - Personal Liability Coverage 2(a)(1) and Condition (1) Policy Period, under Sections I and II - Conditions do not apply to this coverage.
