1 The following is a full extract of the Master Policy. Kindly examine it to ensure you have the protection you want. This Policy is issued in consideration of the payment of premium as specified in the Policy Schedule and pursuant to the answers given in your Proposal Form (or when you applied for this insurance) and any other disclosures made by you between the time of submission of your Proposal Form (or when you applied for this insurance) and the time this contract is entered into. The answers and any other disclosures given by you shall form part of this contract of insurance between you and us. However, in the event of any pre-contractual misrepresentation made in relation to your answers or in any disclosures given by you, only the remedies in Schedule 9 of the Financial Services Act 2013 will apply. This Policy reflects the terms and conditions of the contract of insurance as agreed between you and us. Your Travel Lite Insurance Policy is a contract between the Company, RHB INSURANCE BERHAD and you, the Policyholder, on behalf of each Insured Person named therein. GENERAL DEFINITIONS For the purpose of this insurance, the following definitions apply:- 1. Abscondment means abscondment by Director/s or Owner/s of a travel agent registered in Malaysia which results in the registered travel agent being unable to meet its financial obligation or performance of its contract with the customer/s. 2. Accidental Death means loss of life of an Insured Person(s) due to Injury caused by an accident that occurs while the Policy is in force, and where death occurs within three hundred and sixty five (365) days of such Accident. 3. Accident/Accidental means an event which is sudden unforeseen and unexpected that result in the Insured Person suffering Death, Disablement or Bodily Injury. 4. Asia Assistance means Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd appointed by RHB Insurance to provide emergency medical assistance services. 5. Child means a fully dependent child aged 30 days to 18 years or up to the age 23 years who is studying full-time in a recognized Institution of higher learning. 6. Family means you, your legal spouse and any number of your unemployed and unmarried legal children aged 18 years old and below or up to 23 years who is studying full-time in a recognized Institution of higher learning insured under the same Certificate of Insurance. 7. Illness means a physical condition marked by a pathology deviation from the normal healthy state manifesting itself whilst overseas during the currency of this Policy. 8. Injury means bodily injury sustained by you and is caused solely and directly by an accident (excluding any illness, disease or medical disorder) 9. Insolvency means the financial collapse of the operations of a travel agent registered in Malaysia following the filing of a bankruptcy or winding-up petition whether voluntary or involuntary. 10. Medical Expenses means expenses necessarily incurred and paid by the Insured to a legally Registered Medical Practitioner, Hospital and/or Ambulance service for medical treatment and ambulance hire, including the cost of dental treatment where such treatment is necessarily incurred to restore sound and natural teeth caused by an Accident. 11. Permanent Disablement means injury which having lasted for a continuous period of twelve calendar months from the date of Accident entirely prevents the Insured Person from engaging in gainful employment of any and every kind and for which there is no hope of recovery. 12. Pre-Existing conditions shall mean any medical conditions of an Insured Person a) which have been diagnosed prior to the planned trip; b) for which symptoms existed that would cause an ordinary prudent person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment; c) for which medical treatment was recommended by a legally qualified physician, irrespective of whether treatment was actually received prior to the Commencement Date of this Policy. TRAVEL LITE INSURANCE POLICY Stamp Duty Paid d) 13. Registered Medical Practitioner means a medical practitioner (other than yourself, a member of your immediate family or relatives) qualified by a medical degree and duly licensed and registered to practice Western medicine and who, in rendering treatment is practicing within the scope of his/her licensing and training in the geographical area of practice. 14. RHB Insurance Assistance" means 24-hour worldwide hotline services manned by Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd 15. "Serious Injury" or "Serious Illness" whenever applied to you, is one which requires treatment by a Registered Medical Practitioner in a hospital and which results in you being certified by that Medical Practitioner as unfit to travel or continue with your planned trip. When applied to the immediate family member, it shall mean injury or illness certified as being dangerous to life by the Medical Practitioner and which results in your discontinuation or cancellation of the planned trip. 16. "Trip" means the journey commencing from the time you leave your place of residence or business (whichever is the later) for a direct journey to the place of embarkation in Malaysia to commence travel to the intended destination(s) in any event not to commence more than 24 hours prior to booked departure time and ceases on whichever of the following that occurs first: a) the expiry of the Period of Insurance specified in the Certificate of Insurance b) your return to the permanent place of residence or business (whichever is the earlier) in Malaysia; or c) 24 hours after arrival in Malaysia (not applicable for travel within Malaysia). The duration for each trip under "Per Trip" shall not exceed 185 consecutive days from the commencement date of trip. 17. One-Way Trip means a Trip that commences when you leave your home until your scheduled time of arrival at your final destination. Cover will terminate 72 hours upon the scheduled arrival at your final destination or expiry of the Period of Insurance whichever is earlier. In any event, the maximum length of each insured Trip is 90 consecutive days. Any subsequent Trip or holiday, which commences after your return to your home, is not covered. 18. ''We/Our/Us/Insurer'' means RHB Insurance Berhad, Company Number U a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered address and business address at Level 12, West Wing, The Icon, No 1, Jalan 1/68F, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, for their respective rights and interests. 19. "You/Your/Yourself/Insured Person/Policyholder" means person(s) named in the Certificate of Insurance as the Insured Person(s) aged 30 days to 80 years old as shown in the Certificate of Insurance. BASIS OF CONTRACT PRECEDENT TO LIABILITY This Policy is issued on the basis that Insured Person(s) are: a) the person named in the certificate of Insurance b) such persons; must be a Malaysian, Permanent Resident, Work Permit Holder, Employment Plan Holder or otherwise legally employed in Malaysia c) not travelling contrary to the advice of a registered medical practitioner. d) not suffering from any pre-existing physical impairment, disability or infirmity. e) not travelling in the event of any warning of any intended riot, strike or civil commotion, war or war like situations, health threatening situations, impending natural disasters through or by a statement issued by government authorities of the original country which you would be travelling from or the country which you would be travelling to, the policy shall exclude any direct or indirect claims resulting from such events from the date of issue of statement from the authorities unless the trip had already commenced prior to the issuance of the statement; and f) must have paid the applicable premium to enjoy the benefit of coverage provided by this Policy. Important Notice: a) If you are travelling other than for social and business purpose, any claims that would arise in connection with manual or hazardous work of any nature or the use of machineries and/or tools shall be deemed to be excluded under this Policy. 2 b) Any request for an extension of the Period of Insurance has to be made known to us prior to the expiry date as shown on the Certificate of Insurance/Policy and is further subject to our acceptance and approval. LIMITS OF LIABILITY The limit of our liability under this Policy is the amount as specified in the Table of Benefit according to its plan respectively. In that case of: a) you being covered under more than one Travel Lite Insurance for the same journey, only one policy will respond b) our liability under each Section of coverage will cease when we have paid the maximum sums as specified Region 1(a) Region 1(b) Region 2* Region 3* Excluded Countries GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS Malaysia (East to West or Vice-Versa) Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Worldwide excluding the United States of America and Canada. Worldwide including the United States of America and Canada. Israel and war-declared countries. *For Region 2 and 3, does not include Travels within Malaysia AUTOMATIC EXTENSION OF COVERAGE In the event of delay beyond the control of the Insured Person as a ticketholding passenger on a scheduled public transport as a result of:- a) your serious illness or accidental bodily injured or b) the scheduled public conveyance in which you are travelling being unavoidably delayed during your trip and the return journey cannot be completed before the expiry of Period of Insurance indicated in the Certificate of Insurance, the Period of Insurance shall be automatically extended for up to 30 days without additional premium for such period as is reasonably necessary for the completion of the journey provided that either of the above events is admissible under this insurance in the first instance and you have documented proof of the reasons for the delay. POLICY COVERAGE SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2- PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND PERMANENT DISABLEMENT In the event of death or bodily injury solely and directly by accidental, violent, external and visible means being sustained by an Insured person(s) during the Period of Insurance the following benefits will be paid:- Maximum Liability (per Insured Person) A. No benefits will be payable: a. unless such Death occurs within 12 months from the date of injury b. except on proof to us that the loss of sight or limb occurs within 12 months of the date of injury or the Permanent Disablement has continued for 12 months from the date of injury and in all probability will continue for the remainder of your life. 2. The maximum amount of all benefits payable for one or more injuries sustained by an Insured Person during the Period of Insurance shall not exceed RM100,000 SECTION 3 MEDICAL AND HOSPITALISATION EXPENSES We will provide the following benefit as a direct result of bodily injury or illness sustained during the Period of Insurance: a. Medical, Hospital and Treatment Expenses: Each Insured Person Up to RM100,000 Medical, hospital and treatment expenses (including cost of emergency dental treatment for the alleviation of sudden pain caused solely by injury, but excluding replacement of dentures and crowns) giving rise to the claim as a direct result of accidental bodily injury sustained by or illness of the Insured Person(s) is occurring during the period of Insurance whilst overseas. SECTION 4 EMERGENCY MEDICAL EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION a. Emergency Medical Evacuation. We will arrange and pay for the necessary expenses incurred up to a limit of RM100,000 per incident for emergency transportation and medical care en-route to move an Insured Person(s) who has a critical medical condition to the nearest Hospital where appropriate care and treatments are available. In the event of such an emergency the 24 hours Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) must be contacted immediately to approve the Emergency Medical Evacuation. In dire emergencies in remote countries where the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) cannot be contacted in advance, the Emergency Medical Evacuation must be reported as soon as possible. We retain the right to decide the place to where the Insured Person's shall be transported. Emergency Medical Repatriation In the event that the Insured Person is hospitalized aboard and it is medically necessary for the Insured Person to be repatriated back to Malaysia to continue treatment, we will pay the reasonable and necessary costs of repatriation including the reasonable transportation costs of one qualified medical attendant accompanying the Insured Person (where required) up to a maximum limit of RM100,000 any one incident and for the Period of Insurance. In the event of emergency medical repatriation, the 24 hours Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) must be contacted immediately to

3 approve and arrange the Emergency Medical Repatriation. We retain the right to decide whether emergency medical attention is required or not. Important Notice: The Maximum Combined Limit of Liability for Section 4a and 4b is up to RM100,000 any one incident and for the Period of Insurance and any excess amount must be borne by the Insured Person. Exclusion applicable to Section 3 and 4: Surgery, medical or dental treatment that in the attention of the registered medical practitioner treating you can be reasonably delayed until your return to Malaysia {except as specifically provided for in Section 3a). The additional cost of single, private room or accommodation at a hospital, clinic or nursing home, unless the registered medical practitioner treating the Insured Person(s) deems it is necessary for the Insured Person(s) to occupy such accommodation. SECTION 5 COMPASSIONATE VISITATION BENEFIT (due to the Insured Person s death or hospitalization) In the event of Insured Person's death or hospitalization as a result of coverage under this policy, we will reimburse the reasonable additional travelling cost (economy airfare, sea transport fare rail or road transport) and accommodation expenses necessarily incurred for: a) a Travelling Companion who remain or escort the Insured Person until completion of Period of Insurance or until the Insured Person resume his/her Journey or return to Malaysia whichever occur first b) the Insured Person spouse or next of kin or relative or a friend who travels to and accompany the Insured person until completion of Period of Insurance or until the Insured Person resume his/her Journey or return to Malaysia whichever occur first c) the Insured Person spouse or next of kin or relative or a friend who travels to recover the ashes or the Insured's remains and to assist in the burial or cremation or other arrangements in the locality where the death occurs. Important Notice: An insured Person is only entitled to claim under the compassionate Visitation Benefit due to hospitalization of the Insured Person or Compassionate Visitation Benefit due to the Insured Person's death and not both, up to a maximum of RM20,000 any one accident and for the Period of Insurance. We will pay a maximum amount of RM10,000 per person that travels for this purpose and the maximum number of persons that is allowed to travel for this purpose is limited to two only for any one incident. SECTION 6 REPATRIATION OF MORTAL REMAINS (up tp actual cost incurred) In the event of death identifiable under this policy, we will arrange and reimburse the Insured Person's estate the actual expenses (full reimbursement) incurred for burial and cremation of the Insured Person(s) at the locality where death occurs including the expenses incurred for the transportation of the ashes of the Insured's remains to Malaysia, carried out by the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance). SECTION 7 REIMBURSEMENT OF LOSS OF DEPOSITS DUE TO ABSCONDEMENT OR INSOLVENCY OF TRAVEL AGENCY The Company shall reimburse the Insured Person for the loss of irrecoverable, travel deposits or full payment, up to limit RM5,000 per Insured Person, paid in advance to a travel agent registered in Malaysia due to abscondment or from its insolvency, which resulted in the planned Trip being cancelled. The Company's maximum Liability for anyone registered travel agent is limited to RM3,000,000 anyone event and in the aggregate. Exclusion: The Company will not pay for any loss: 1. caused directly or indirectly by government regulations or control including exchange rates; 2. caused by cancellation by the career; 3. that is covered by any other existing insurance scheme or government program; 4. which will be paid or refunded by a financial institution, hotel, airline travel agent or any other provider of travel and or accommodation. 5. under Plan 2 SECTION 8 EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES We have appointed Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd (now called "Asia Assistance") to provide the following Emergency Medical Assistance Services described below on referral or arrangement basis unless stated otherwise. Both RHB Insurance and Asia Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Insured Person arising from the Asia Assistance services. Asia Assistance shall, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, provide the following services to the Insured Person when calling RHB Insurance Assistance. 1. Domestic Assistance (Medical) 1.1) Medical Service Provider Referral The Company will provide to the Member, upon request, the name, address, telephone number and, if available, office hours of physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentists and dental clinics (collectively "Medical Service Providers"). The Company will not be responsible for providing medical diagnosis or treatment. Although the Company shall make such referrals, it cannot guarantee the quality of the Medical Service Providers and the final selection of a Medical Service Provider shall be the decision of the Member. The Company, however, will exercise care and diligence in selecting the Medical Service Providers. 1.2) Guarantee of Medical Expenses Incurred during Hospitalisation The Company will whenever authorized by the Client, guarantee on behalf of the Member the medical expenses up to a limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefit incurred during his/her hospitalization in Malaysia. 1.3) Arrangement of Emergency Medical Evacuation The Company will arrange for the provision of air and/or surface transportation, medical care during transportation, communication and all usual ancillary services required to move the Member to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available. The Company will arrange for the provision of appropr'1ate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medical escort crew. 1.4) Arrangement of Emergency Medical Repatriation Company will arrange for the return of the Member to the Malaysia or Place of Residence following the Member Emergency Medical Evacuation for subsequent hospitalization within Malaysia. The Company will arrange for the provision of appropriate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medical escort crew. The above Service (item 1.1) is purely on referral basis only. The Company and the Client shall not be responsible for any third party expenses, which shall be solely the Member's responsibility. 2. Domestic Assistance (Travel) 2.1) Legal Referral The Company shall provide the name, address, telephone number and office hours for lawyers and legal practitioners. The Company will not give any legal advice. Although the Company shall make such referrals, it cannot guarantee the quality of the service provider and the final selection of a service provider shall be the decision of the Member. The Company, however, will exercise care and diligence in selecting the service providers. 2.2) Emergency Message Transmission In the event of an emergency or a hospital confinement, the Company will undertake to keep the Member's immediate family informed. The above Service (item 2.1 and 2.2) is purely on referral basis only. The Company and the Client shall not be responsible for any third party expenses, which shall be solely the Member's responsibility. 3. International Assistance (Medical) 3.1) Telephone Medical Advice The Company will arrange for the provision of medical advice to the Member over the telephone. 3.2) Medical Service Provider Referral The Company will provide to the Member, upon request, the name, address, telephone number and, if available, office hours of physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentist and dental clinics (collectively "Medical Service Providers"). The Company shall not be responsible for providing medical diagnosis or treatment. Although the Company shall make such referral, it cannot guarantee the quality of the Medical Service Providers and the final selection of a Medical Service Provider shall be Page 3 of 15

4 the decision of the Member. The Company, however, will exercise care and diligence in selecting the Medical Service Providers. 3.3) Delivery of Essential Medicine The Company will arrange to deliver to the Member essential medicine, drugs and medical supplies that are necessary for a member's care and/or treatment but which are not available at the Member's location. The delivery of such medicine, drugs and medical supplies will be subject to the laws and regulations applicable locally. The Company will not pay for the costs of such medicine, drugs or medical supplies and any delivery costs thereof. 3.4) Guarantee of Medical Expenses Incurred During Hospitalisation The Company will whenever authorized by the Client, guarantee on behalf of the Member the medical expenses up to a limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefit incurred during his/her hospitalization outside Malaysia. 3.5) Arrangement of Emergency Medical Evacuation The Company will arrange for the provision of air/or surface transportation, medical care during transportation, communications and all usual ancillary services required to move the Member to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available. The Company will arrange for the provision of appropriate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medial escort crew. 3.6) Arrangement of Emergency Medical Evacuation The Company will arrange for the return of the Member to the Place of Residence following the Emergency Medical Evacuation for subsequent hospitalization within Malaysia. The Company will arrange for the provision of appropriate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medical escort crew. 3.7) Arrangement of Repatriation of Mortal Remains The Company will arrange for the transportation of the Member's mortal remains to the Country of Residence or if requested by the Insured's family, arrange for local burial at the place of death, subject to any governmental regulations. 3.8) Arrangement of Compassionate Visit The Company will arrange for one return economy airfare for a relative or a friend of the Member wishing to join the Member who, when traveling alone, is hospitalized outside the Country of Residence. 3.9) Arrangement of Return of Minor Children The Company will arrange for one-way economy airfares for the return of Member's children (minor) to the Place of Residence if they are left unattended as a result of the accompanying member's illness, accident or Emergency Medical Evacuation Escort will be provided when requested. The above Service (item 3.1 and 3.3) is purely on referral basis only. The Company and the Client shall not beresponsible for any third party expenses, which shall be solely the Member's responsibility. 4. International Travel (Travel) 4.1) Inoculation and Visa Requirement Information The Company shall provide information concerning visa and inoculation requirements for foreign countries, as those requirements are specified from time to time in the most current edition of World health organization Publication 'Vaccination Certifies Requirements and Health Organisation Publication", "Vaccination Certificates Requirement and Health Advice for International Travel" for inoculations) and the "ABC Guide to International Travel Information (for visas). This information will be provided to the Member at any time, whether or not the Member is traveling or an emergency has occurred. The Company shall inform the Member requesting such information that the Company is simply communicating the requirements set forth in a document and the Company shall name the document. 4.2) Interpreter Referral The Company will provide the names, telephone numbers and, if possible and requested, hours of opening of interpreters' office in foreign countries. Although the Company shall make such referral, it cannot guarantee the quality of the service provider and the final selection of a service provider shall be the decision of the Member. The Company, however, will exercise care and diligence in selecting the service providers 4.3) Lost Luggage Assistance The Company will provide the Member who has lost his/her luggage while traveling outside Country of Residence by referring Page 4 of 15 the Member to the appropriate authorities involved. 4.4) Legal Referral The Company will provide the Member with name, address, telephone numbers and if available, the office hours of lawyers and legal practitioners. Although the Company shall make such referrals, it cannot guarantee the quality of the service provider and the final selection of a service provider shall be the decision of the Member. The Company, however, will exercise care and diligence in selecting the service providers. 4.5) Arrangement of Bail Bond The Company shall arrange the bail bond for the Member's conditional release for non-criminal offence when traveling overseas. The provision of financial guarantee is subject to the Company first securing payment from the Member through his/her credit card or funds provided by the Member's family. The Member shall be responsible for any other related expenses. 4.6) Emergency Message Transmission In the event of an emergency or a hospital confinement, the Company will undertake to keep the Member's immediate family informed. The above Services (item 4.1 to 4.6) are purely on referral or arrangement basis. The Company and the Client shall not be responsible for any third party expenses, which shall be solely the Member's responsibility. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS (Applicable to all Sections) We will not pay for claims: 1. Caused or resulting from death or bodily injury or illness directly or indirectly caused by or arising: a. from any pre-existing conditions. b. by suicide or attempt suicide, intentional self-injury, willful exposure to danger (other than in an attempt to save human life) or the committing of any criminal acts, provoked assault, travel exhaustion. c. by the effect or influence of alcohol or drugs, unless the drug is taken in accordance with an authorized medical prescription d. directly or indirectly by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and/or any HIV related illness including Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and/or any mutant derivatives or variations however caused. e. from pregnancy including childbirth, caesarean operation, abortion, miscarriage due to bodily injury or any complication following there from f. in your travelling on, or against medical advice, or where the trip is made solely for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment or travel to a destination which has been declared as epidemic or pandemic by the respective authorities. g. from depression or anxiety, mental and nervous disorders, including insanity. 2. Directly or indirectly occasioned by, happening through, or in consequence of: a. engaging in sports or games in a professional capacity or where you would or could earn income or remuneration from engaging in such sports or games. b. accidents whilst engaged in racing, motor rallies and competitions, expeditions, mountaineering (reasonably requiring the use of ropes and guides) rock climbing, and hiking / trekking in remote areas unless with licensed guides, pot-holing, and any activities involving you being airborne (whether suspended or not) not limiting to parachuting, hand gliding, bungee jumping, sky diving, high diving, underwater activities involving the use of underwater breathing apparatus (other than undertaken for leisure purpose). 3. Arising from: a. air travel other than as a fare paying passenger on a regular schedule airline or licensed chartered aircraft. b. any illegal activities, loss resulting directly or indirectly from action taken by Government Authorities including confiscation, seizure, destruction and restriction. c. loss of or damage to hired or leased equipment testing of any kind of conveyance. d. employment on merchant vessels, naval, military or air force service or operations; regular or temporary, military or police

5 duties; overseas secondment as part of your occupation; manual work in connection with any trade, employment or profession. e. offshore activities like non recreation diving, oil-rigging, mining, aerial photography or handling of explosives f. survey of offshore installations or facilities under construction including survey from aerial conveyance. g. loss or damage directly or indirectly occasioned by war, invasion, act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war is declared or not, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, mutiny, military, or usurped power or confiscation or nationalization or requisition or destruction of or damage to property under the order of any government or public or local authority or following the warning of any intended strike, riot or civil commotion through or by general mass. h. ionising radiations or contaminations by radioactivity from any irradiated nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel. i. radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly, or of its nuclear component. j. consequential loss or damage of any kind. k. any losses caused by terrorist attacked by nuclear, chemical and/or biological substances. l. your direct participation in terrorist acts. m. any cost recoverable by, or which but for the existence of this insurance, would have been otherwise recoverable by you from any hospital and/or registered private health benefit fund, and/or like organization. GENERAL CONDITIONS (Applicable for all sections) You must comply with the following conditions to have the full protection of your Policy. 1. Statement Pursuant to Schedule 9 of the Financial Services Act 2013 Where you have applied for this Insurance wholly for purposes unrelated to your trade, business or profession, you had a duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation in answering the questions in the Proposal Form (or when you applied for this insurance) i.e. you should have answered the questions fully and accurately. Failure to have taken reasonable care in answering the questions may result in avoidance of your contract of insurance, refusal or reduction of your claim(s), change of terms or termination of your contract of insurance in accordance with the remedies in Schedule 9 of the Financial Services Act You were also required to disclose any other matter that you knew to be relevant to our decision in accepting the risks and determining the rates and terms to be applied. You also have a duty to tell us immediately if at any time after your contract of insurance has been entered into, varied or renewed with us any of the information given in the Proposal Form (or when you applied for this insurance) is inaccurate or has changed. 2. Cash Before Cover It is a fundamental and absolute special condition of this contract of insurance that the premium due must be paid and received by the Company before cover commences. 3. Interpretation This Master Policy and Certificate of Insurance shall be read together and any word or expression to which a specific meaning has been attached in any part of this Master Policy or Certificate of Insurance shall bear such meaning wherever it may appear. 4. Observance Our liability shall be conditional on your observance of the Terms of this Policy. 5. Reasonable Care You shall act in a prudent manner and must take all precautions to avoid injury or illness or minimize any claim under the policy. 6. Fraud If you, or anyone acting for you, make a claim under the policy knowing the claim to be false or fraudulently inflated, we will not pay the claim and all cover under the Policy will be forfeited. 7. Payment of Premiums Coverage and claims are valid only subject to the successful collection of premiums by us and your compliance of the terms and conditions contained herein. We reserve the right to refuse any coverage and for reject any claims resulting from non-payment of premium. 8. Cancellation Refund Page 5 of 15 No refund is allowed once the Certificate of Insurance is issued except if trip is cancelled or postponed by the Travel Agent or death or serious injury or serious illness of the Insured Person, or the Insured Person's Relative occurring within 30 days before the departure of the trip. In the event of such cancellation, the Company will return promptly the pro rata unearned portion of any premium actually paid by the Insured Person. No refund premium for the unexpired Period of Insurance will be granted if any claim(s) had arisen during the Period of Insurance. 9. Payment of Benefits All benefits payable under this Policy shall be paid to you and in the event of your death, to your beneficiary if stated, otherwise to your estate. Such payment shall be a full and final discharge to us. Benefits payable under this Policy are in Ringgit Malaysia. All other benefits of this policy are payable to the Insured, excepta. Indemnity for expenses under Section 3 can be payable to either the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) or their authorised representative or the Insured Person. b. Section 4a and 4b are guaranteed to the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) or their authorised representative. 10. Claims If any injury, accident, loss or damage happens you must: Advise us in writing as soon as possible but in any event not later than 15 days after the expiry of this insurance or upon return to Malaysia, whichever is earlier. Thereupon the Company will furnish the Insured Person such claim forms for filing proof of loss. Such claim form must be returned within 15 days after the receipt of such claim form from the Company. Written proof of loss, such original Certificate, receipts, invoice and all other supporting documents must be furnished as proof of claim. At your expense, or at the expense of any person that representing you, provides us with certificates, information and other documents (including when necessary translation) as we may reasonably require. Our liability is limited solely to the payments of the benefits you are entitled under this Policy. We assume no liability for the availability, quality or results of any medical treatment or other service, or your failure to obtain any treatment or service covered by the terms of this Policy. For claims under Section 4a and 4b, notice must be given to the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) within 24 hours. The giving of emergency assistance by the Emergency Service Provider (Asia Assistance) does not constitute an admission of claim by us. For claims under Section 7 a police report must be lodged immediately. 11. Arbitration All differences arising out of this policy shall be referred to the decision of an Arbitrator to be appointed in writing by the parties in difference or if they cannot agree upon a single Arbitrator to the decision of two Arbitrators one to be appointed in writing by each of the parties within one calendar month after having being required in writing so to do by either of the parties or in the case the Arbitrators do not agree of an Umpire appointed in writing by Arbitrators before entering upon the reference. The Umpire shall sit with the Arbitrators and preside at their meetings and the making of an Award shall be a condition precedent to any right of action against the Company. If the Company shall disclaim liability to the Insured for any claim herein under and such claim shall not within twelve calendar months from the date of such disclaimer have been referred to Arbitrator under the provisions herein contained than the claim shall for all to have been abandoned and shall not thereafter be recoverable hereunder. 12. Interest No amount payable under this Policy shall carry Interest. 13. Age Limit for Insured Person(s) The Insured Person under this policy shall not be less than one 31 days old and not more than eighty {80) years of age on his/her next birthday. 14. Compliance with Conditions Failure to comply with any of the provision/ conditions contained in this Policy will invalidate all claims hereunder. 15. Subrogation Rights The Insurer shall be notified to conduct in the name and on behalf of the Insured the defence or settlement of any legal action and take proceedings at its own expense and for its own benefit but in the name of the Insured Person to recover compensation from any Third Party Travel Agent/Tour Operator in respect of anything covered by this Policy.

6 The Insured Person(s) Policyholder shall not admit liability nor give any waiver of subrogation without the expressed permission from the Company. EXTENSIONS OF POLICY UNPROVOKED MURDER AND ASSAULT It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy extends to cover the risk of murder, assault or any attempt thereat but in no event shall this extension be operative if it is provoked by the Insured. AMATEUR SPORTS It is hereby and agreed that this policy is extended to cover death or disablement arising whilst the Insured Person is engaged in indoor or outdoor sports as an amateur except as stated under 2a and 2b of General Exclusion Applying To All Sections of this policy. INSECT, SNAKES, VERMINS AND ANIMALS BITES It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover death or disablement (excluding disease caused thereby) to the Insured Person arising from harmful insect, snake, vermin's, and animal bites. HIJACKING It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover death or disablement arising from hijacking whether on land transit as a ticket holding passenger or whilst travelling in an aircraft as a ticket holding passenger over established air routes in a fully licensed standard type aircraft owned and/or operated by a recognized air line. FOOD POISONING It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover the Insured person against death or disablement arising out of or resulting from accidental food poisoning or other similar mi fortune with or without any sign of external or violent visible injury. SUFFOCATION THROUGH SMOKE, FUMES AND POISONOUS GAS It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover death or disablement to the Insured Person arising from accidental suffocation through Smoke, Fumes and Poisonous Gas. HUNTING It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extends to cover the Insured Person against death or disablement whilst engaged in hunting, provided approval permits/licensed from the relevant authorities have been obtain and the Insured Person holds a valid licensed to possess and use firearms for hunting purposes only. DISAPPEARANCE It is agreed and understood that if after a period of seven years has elapsed and the Company having examined all evidence available shall have no reason to suppose other than that an accident has occurred and that a Court of Law has pronounced such Insured Person to be missing and legally found dead the disappearance shall be considered to constitute a claim under this Policy. It is further agreed and understood that if any time after payment has been made and the Insured is found to be living any sum paid by the Company in settlement of the Claim shall be refunded to the Company. DROWNING It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover the Insured Person against death or disablement as herein defined arising out or resulting from drowning with or without any sign of external or violent visible injury. STRIKE RIOT AND CIVIL COMMOTION It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover death or disablement to the Insured Person arising from Riot, Strike, and Civil Commotion caused directly by: 1. The act of any person taking part together with others in any disturbance of the public peace (whether in connection with a strike or lock-out or not) 2. The action of any lawfully constituted authority in suppressing or attempting to suppress any such disturbances or in minimizing the consequences of any such disturbances. 3. The willful act of any striker or locked-out worker done in furtherance No. of a strike or in resistance to a lockout. 4. The action of any lawfully constituted authority in preventing or attempting to prevent any such act or in minimizing the consequences of any such act. In the event of any claim hereunder the Insured shall prove that such bodily injury arose independently of and was in no way connected with or occasioned by or contributed to by or traceable to any of the said occurrences or any consequences thereof and in default or such proof the Company shall not be liable to make any payment in respect of such a claim. Provided that in connection with this extension the Insured shall Page 6 of 15 sustain bodily injury as defined by the Policy whilst as an innocent bystander and not as a result of active participation in such rot or strike. EXPOSURE TO NATURAL ELEMENTS It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy cover bodily injury caused by exposure to the elements as a result of an accident covered hereunder. Provided that in the event of death of the Insured Person caused by exposure to the elements that this death is the subject of a properly constituted judicial body inquiry by which it is found that the Insured life died of exposure as a result of an accident. SCUBA DIVING AND SNORKELING CLAUSE It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy is deemed to cover accidental death or disablement to Insured Person whilst engaged in scuba diving or snorkeling as an amateur. ACCUMULATION CLAUSE In the event of several Insured Person, regardless of knowledge, be travelling in the same conveyance or otherwise, the maximum liability of the company in any circumstances is limited to the amount of RM20,000,000 anyone conveyance, location, incident, event. The claims payable per insured person will be reduced proportionately should this aggregate amount of RM20,000,000 be exceeded. TERRORISM COVER We will compensate you for the benefits provided under this policy subject to the aggregate limit of RM20,000,000 anyone conveyance, location, incident, events for claims arising directly or indirectly from Act of Terrorism except for any losses directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to or caused by, or resulting from or in connection with any act of Nuclear, Chemical, Biological terrorism (as defined) regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the loss. It is agreed that, regardless of any contributory cause(s), this Policy does not cover any loss(es) in any way caused or contributed to by an act of terrorism involving the use or release or the threat thereof of any nuclear weapon or device or chemical or biological agent. For the purpose of this exclusion, an act of terrorism means an act including but not limited to the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear. "Nuclear, Chemical, Biological terrorism" shall mean the use of any nuclear weapon or device or the emission, discharge, dispersal, release, or escape of any solid, liquid, gaseous chemical agent and/or biological agent in an Act of Terrorism during the Period of Insurance. Chemical agent shall mean any compound that, when suitably disseminated, produces incapacitating, damaging or lethal effects on people, animals, plants or material property. "Biological" agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) microorganism(s) and/or biological produced toxin(s) including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesised toxins which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants. Anyone event shall include all Insured losses which arise directly from the same cause and which occur during the same period of time and in the same area. Such cause is understood to be Act of Terrorism which directly occasions the losses or triggered the chain of causation, where there are several perils, which in an unbroken chain of causation have occasioned the claims. If the Underwriters allege that by reason of this exclusion any loss is not covered by this insurance the burden of proving the contrary shall be upon the Insured.
