1 EIA Charity Golf Classic RAFFLE: EDMONTON REGIONAL AIRPORTS AUTHORITY - ( EDMONTON AIRPORTS ) EIA Charity Golf Classic RAFFLE (HEREIN THE RAFFLE ) SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. VOID IN WHOLE OR IN PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THE RAFFLE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES (HEREIN THE RULES ). 1. ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for this Raffle, an individual must: (a) be of the age of majority in Alberta, Canada; (b) comply with all Rules; and (c) be legally able to travel outside of Alberta and/or Canada. 2. RAFFLE DATE The Raffle will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016, at approximately 10:00 a.m. MDT, at the RedTail Landing Golf Club, Edmonton International Airport, AB. 3. HOW TO ENTER Enter the Raffle by purchasing a ticket(s) at the event registration website: F7C7E B0F or in person at the Edmonton International Airport with Deanna Jasper (djasper@flyeia.com). In order to be eligible to win any one of the Raffle prizes, entrants must purchase a ticket for that particular Raffle prize. Entrants must specify, at time of purchase, which Raffle prize they are purchasing a ticket for and provide the information requested from the ticket vendor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of tickets sold for that particular Raffle prize. 4. PRIZE SPONSORS The Raffle prizes are sponsored by: Sunwing Airlines Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba Vacation Package Air Transat Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Vacation Package Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Roundtrip airfare for two with a travel voucher provided by Edmonton International Airport RAFFLE SPONSOR Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (collectively hereinafter also referred to as the Sponsor ).

2 5. RAFFLE PRIZES There are three (3) Raffle prizes to be awarded. The prizes are: 1. Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba Vacation Package*: Seven (7) night vacation for two (2) persons consisting of two (2) adults (one of whom must be the winner) from Edmonton (YEG) to Santa Clara, Cuba on board Sunwing Airlines; Seven (7) nights standard accommodations at the Hotel Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba in a room based on double occupancy; All-inclusive meal plan; and Land transfers between airport and hotel in destination All hotel taxes and processing fees (approx. value $4, CDN) 2. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Vacation Package*: Two (2) roundtrip airfares from Edmonton International Airport (YEG) to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on board Air Transat; and Seven (7) nights standard accommodations at the hotel Las Palmas by the Sea in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (approx. value $4, CDN) 3. Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Airfare and Travel Voucher*: Two (2) coach roundtrip tickets on Alaska Airlines flight numbers 1-999, and ; One (1) travel voucher in the amount of $1, CDN to be used through Paul Travel for purposes of expenses incurred associated with travel other than airfare (approx. value $4, CDN) * - further Sponsor conditions or restrictions may apply ** - Airfare may be used any destination on Alaska Airlines if they fall within flight numbers 1-999, and VALID ENTRIES In order to be eligible for a Raffle prize, entrants must purchase a $50.00 CDN ticket from: F7C7E B0F or in person at the Edmonton International Airport with Deanna Jasper (djasper@flyeia.com) as set out in Section 3 of these Rules. Tickets must be purchased before 09:00 a.m. MDT, Monday September 19, 2016, or prior to the

3 time all eligible tickets for that particular Raffle prize are sold out. Each of the Raffle prizes will have a maximum allotment of 200 tickets for purchase. All proceeds from each Raffle prize category will be provided as a donation to the following registered charities: Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba Vacation Package Youth Empowerment & Support Services (YESS) (Licence #439161); Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Vacation Package Leduc & District Food Bank (Licence #439125); and Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Airfare and Travel Voucher Riseup Society Alberta (Licence #439114) Entrants will be disqualified if they do not meet the eligibility criteria as set out in these Rules. No ticket shall be sold to any person who is under the age of majority in Alberta, Canada. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Sponsors upon ticket purchase, for the purpose of the Raffle must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant, should any entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. 7. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS CONCERNING MAIN PRIZES Prize winners are responsible for contacting and adhering to Sponsors restrictions and rules on prizes, and without limiting any Sponsor imposed restrictions on the prizes, the following restrictions shall apply: Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, shared, substituted or redeemed for cash or other form, except in Sponsor s sole discretion; Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all other travel expenses over and above the value of their prize, which may include but not be limited to: travel to and from the winner s residence and Edmonton International Airport, travel and medical insurance, travel documentation, other insurance fees, meals, accommodations, etc.; and With respect to the travel voucher awarded with the Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air airfare and travel voucher, winner must utilize the services of Paul Travel in order to redeem the travel voucher s value. 8. WINNER SELECTION The winning entry for each respective Raffle prize will be selected as follows: For each ticket purchased under each Raffle prize category, entrants will be assigned an individually numbered ball. Each prize category has a specific coloured ball and only those entrants who purchase a specific prize category

4 ticket will compete against entrants in that same prize category. There is a maximum of 200 balls per prize category; On the Raffle draw date time, all prize category balls will be dropped from a helicopter onto a pre-painted target area located at the RedTail Landing Golf Club, subject to weather and aircraft availability; The prize category ball that lands first in the cup (contained in the pre-painted target area) or is closest to the cup, as determined by RedTail Landing Golf Club designated staff, shall have its number recorded and the corresponding ticket holder of that assigned ball number shall be declared that specific prize category s winner; The odds of being selected as a Raffle prize winner is dependent upon the number of eligible tickets sold for that particular Raffle prize (up to a maximum of 200 tickets for each prize category). Before being declared a Raffle prize winner, the potential winner shall be required to answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skilltesting question during a pre-arranged telephone call or face to face meeting, comply with these Rules, and sign and return the Prize Declaration and Release form (defined below); Raffle prize winners will be notified by phone no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the Raffle event. Upon notification, the selected winner must respond by or telephone to the or contact number provided in the notification within three (3) business days of such notification. If the selected potential winner does not respond in accordance with these Rules, they will be disqualified and will not receive a Raffle prize and the next closest prize category ball will be awarded that particular prize category. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected potential prize winner to receive notification or for Sponsor to receive a selected potential winner s response. 9. RELEASE The winner of a Raffle prize will be required to execute a legal agreement and release (herein Prize Declaration and Release ) that confirms the winner s: (a) eligibility for the Raffle and compliance with these Rules; (b) acceptance of a Raffle prize as offered; (c) release the Sponsors and their affiliates, employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the Releasees ) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this Raffle, participation in any Raffle related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Raffle prize, including without limitation costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; (d) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability relating to any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense of any guest travelling with the winner arising from a Raffle prize-related activity or during any guest s use or misuse of a Raffle

5 prize, including without limitation costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising from the actions of the guest and (e) grant to the Sponsors the unrestricted right, in the Sponsors discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use a Raffle prize winner s photograph, likeness, voice and biography, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Raffle and the promotion and exploitation thereof. The executed Prize Declaration and Release form must be returned within two (2) business days of the verification as a winner or a selected potential Raffle prize winner will be disqualified and a Raffle prize forfeited. 10. INDEMNIFICATION BY ENTRANTS By entering the Raffle, each entrant releases and holds the Releasees harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant, Releasees, or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize(s), participation in this Raffle, any breach of these Rules, or in any prize-related activity. Each entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Raffle, without limitation. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or any release that may occur. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Each entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Raffle, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive a Raffle prize. Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability in the event that the Raffle cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Sponsors, such as tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Raffle. 12. CONDUCT By entering this Raffle, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules. Each entrant further agrees to be bound by the decision of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (a) violating the Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle and/or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO

6 DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE RAFFLE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE RAFFLE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 13. PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION By participating in the Raffle, each entrant: (a) grants to the Sponsors the right to use their name, mailing address, telephone number, identity on Facebook, twitter, and/or Instagram, and address ( Personal Information ) for the purpose of administering the Raffle, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the winners; (b) if selected as a Raffle prize winner, grant to the Sponsors the right to use their name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Raffle, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (c) acknowledges that the Sponsors may disclose their Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of the Sponsors in connection with any of the activities listed in (a) above. The Sponsors will use entrants Personal Information only for identified purposes, and protect entrants Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with Edmonton Airports Privacy Statement located at INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (a) (b) By submitting an entry for this Raffle, the entrant grants the Sponsors: (a) the rights to all intellectual property in that entry; and (b) a waiver of moral rights for the post submitted in favour of the Sponsors. The entrant also represent that: (a) it has all rights, licenses and permission and consents necessary to submit the entry; and (b) the entry does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or entity; All intellectual property of the Sponsors, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by or under the licensed use of the Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Sponsors copyrighted material or any of the Sponsors intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 15. TERMINATION Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Raffle, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Raffle, and/or the Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice. 16. LAW The Raffle is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply

7 with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsors in connection with the Raffle shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction s laws. 17. DISCREPANCY In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Raffle related materials, including but not limited to Raffle point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern and control. 18. CURRENCY References to dollars or $ means Canadian dollars, unless otherwise stated. 19. USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS This Raffle is sponsored by Edmonton Regional Airports Authority, and in no way is this Raffle sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform.
