As an alternative to Sl. 3 & 4 above, the contract may a) The Bidder shall provide further details of proposed items of equipment using Fm EQU in Section IV, Bidding Fms as well as copies of invoices rental lease agreement. Certificate f experience in the use of planning software such as Primavera/ MS Project is essential. each with Bachel s certificate in QA & QC, with minimum years total experience 8 year QA & QC in the execution of similar type of wks, esp having experience in Rail Welding QA & QC. with Bachel s Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Safety Course with minimum 0 years total experience 7 year Dy. Project : Ballastless Track Turnouts 3 Planning Scheduling 4 QA & QC. with Bachel s with minimum 0 years total experience 5 years experience in installation of Ballastless Track. with Bachel s with minimum 0 years total experience 7 years Planning Scheduling in the execution of similar type of wks. Addendum/Amendments to the 6 Survey In- Charge Chief Safety Health in the execution of similar type of wks. with minimum 0 years total experience 5 year experience in Installation of Ballstless Trackwk in Urban Context 5 Chief Safety Health. with Bachel s Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Safety Course with minimum 0 years total experience 7 year Chief Safety Health in the execution of similar type of wks This is the minimum requirement f personnel. However, additional personnel must be deployed as needed. The suppting s of qualification experience from the client/ employer need to be submitted along with bid s. Total wk experience of personnel mentioned above is f Engineering graduates. F Diploma holders, the total number of years of experience shown above should be increased by 3 years. The Bidder shall provide details of the proposed personnel their experience recds in Fm PER- Fm PER- in Section IV, Bidding Fms. 6 Survey In- Charge. with minimum 0 years total experience 5 year experience in Installation of Ballstless Trackwk in Urban Context a) This is the minimum requirement f personnel.
