TIMING: The SFCU Swipe for Speed Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes or Promotion ) begins on 6/1/2018 at 12:00 AM [midnight] Eastern Time ( ET ) and ends on 6/30/2018 at 11:59 PM ET ( Promotion Period ). SPONSOR: Sidney Federal Credit Union ( SFCU ), 42 Union Street Sidney, NY ADMINISTRATOR: Exposure Marketing & Promotion, Inc., 1000 North Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, MI ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents who as of 6/1/2018, are twentyone (21) years of age or older and have an SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit Card linked to their SFCU personal account ( Entrant )**. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of SFCU ( Sponsor ), Mastercard International Incorporated, Exposure Marketing & Promotion, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion, including prize suppliers (collectively the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible. **For joint accounts where an SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit Card has been issued to more than one (1) person, only the primary accountholder, as per Sponsor s records, will be considered the Entrant. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, for each qualifying purchase transaction made using your SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit Card), you will receive one (1) entry ( Entry ). The following transactions are not qualifying and therefore will not result in entry: If a purchase transaction is later voided for any reason (for example, insufficient funds or transaction is unauthorized); If the amount due because of a purchase transaction (in whole or in part) is paid via SFCU s Courtesy Pay coverage; If an SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit Card is used to obtain cash at an ATM. For the avoidance of doubt, if a given purchase is not qualifying and does not result in entry, this determination will not affect an eligible person s other purchase transaction(s) during the Promotion Period. If an eligible person s other purchase transaction(s) during the Promotion Period are qualifying, such other purchase transaction(s) will result in entry. TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: Print your full name, complete address, daytime telephone number, date of birth, address, the last three (3) digits of your SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit

2 Card, and the expiration date of your SFCU Mastercard Debit/Credit Card on a 3 x5 paper and mail in a business-size (#10) envelope to: SFCU Swipe for Speed Sweepstakes, P.O. BOX , Auburn Hills, MI 48321, to be postmarked by 7/2/2018 and received by 7/9/2018 ( Mail Entry ). If copied or mechanically reproduced, 3 x5 card submission will not result in receipt of Mail Entry. Each 3 x5 card must be submitted separately in its own business-size envelope to result in receipt of Mail Entry; if more than one (1) 3 x5 card is submitted in the same envelope, all 3 x5 cards contained therein are void and no Mail Entry/Entries will be received in conjunction therewith. WINNER SELECTION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries and Mail Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries and Mail Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, on or about 7/11/2018. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be contacted by the Administrator by , mail or phone (in Administrator s sole discretion) and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release/Assumption of Risk/Indemnification Agreement and except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form ( Affidavit/Release ) within five (5) days of notification. Entrants agree that a facsimile or electronic (scanned) copy of Affidavit/Release, or, alternatively, an electronic signature or affirmation, will have the same legal force and effect as a hand-signed document. GRAND PRIZE (1) 3 day/2 night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (who are 21 years or older) to attend a professional stock car race in Las Vegas, Nevada, 9/15/18 9/17/18. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel between major commercial airport near winner s residence and Las Vegas; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) in Las Vegas; ground transfers between Las Vegas airport, hotel and race track; (4) tickets to Race; and a $1,000 Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9,000. (If actual value is less than $9,000, winner will not receive the difference in value in cash or otherwise.) SECOND PRIZE (1) - $2,500 Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card. ARV: $2,500. THIRD PRIZE (1) - $1,000 Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card. ARV: $1,000. FOURTH PRIZE (1) - $500 Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize: Winner must travel so as to attend Race 9/15/18 9/17/18; if winner is unavailable on such dates for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Winner and all guests must travel together on the same itinerary as set by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion. Each guest will be required to sign a liability release and where permitted by law a publicity release ( Release ) prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and all guests agree to conduct themselves at all times in a socially responsible, appropriate and well-behaved manner, as well as following all instructions of Sponsor/Administrator (including without limitation in conjunction with attendance at Race), with the

3 understanding that failure to do so may result in immediate termination of trip (without warning) for winner and/or guest[s] (as appropriate) and perhaps the imposition of other legal sanctions (and, in such case, Promotion Entities shall not have any liability to winner and/or guest[s], as appropriate). Specific Race ticket type and seat location is of Sponsor s sole choosing. Race tickets are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith. Race tickets are subject to venue restrictions and are not for re-sale. Should certain elements of trip be determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion to be unavailable for any reason, the remaining elements of trip will constitute the entire liability of Sponsor to winner. If winner accepts the prize with fewer than the full complement of three (3) guests, the trip will be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers (without limiting the foregoing, winner will only receive a quantity of Race tickets corresponding to the actual number of travelers) and no additional compensation will be awarded. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of prize not expressly listed above, including but not limited to, souvenirs, travel to/from departure airport, taxes, gratuities, and any desired insurance are entirely the winner s responsibility. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Winner and guests will not receive bonus miles, rewards points or other perks in conjunction with prize travel. ALCOHOL BEVERAGES MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AT RACE OR OTHERWISE DURING TRIP. SHOULD ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SERVER DETERMINE IN HIS/HER INDEPENDENT, PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT THAT IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE OR PRUDENT TO SERVE ALCOHOL BEVERAGES TO WINNER OR ANY GUEST BECAUSE OF INVALID IDENTIFICATION FURNISHED BY WINNER/GUEST, PREVIOUS ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION BY WINNER/GUEST OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON (E.G., BELLIGERENT, AGGRESSIVE OR ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOR BY WINNER/GUEST), NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SERVER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILTY TO WINNER/GUEST AS TO SAME; AND, IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCE, SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR (AS WELL AS ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SERVER) MAY TAKE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE ACTIONS SO AS TO PROTECT THEIR RESPECTIVE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING CONTACTING SECURITY PERSONNEL AND/OR THE POLICE. All Prizes: Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or prize element) with another prize/prize element of comparable or greater value if the intended prize/prize element is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize, which will be reported to applicable governmental authorities as required by law. All gift cards awarded as prize (or part of the Grand Prize) are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Issuer and may be subject to an expiration date. Winners of Grand, Second and Third Prizes will also be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID# for tax reporting purposes; and, Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission from Entrant for Sponsor and its designees to use Entrant s name, hometown, likeness, statements, other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review. Limit of one (1) prize per family, household or address.

4 GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE. By participating, Entrants (a) release Promotion Entities, and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees (collectively the Released Parties ) from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Entrants while participating in the Promotion, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information (for Entry or Mail Entry), incorrect/inaccurate recording of purchase transactions made using SFCU MasterCard Debit/Credit Card (or failure to record such purchase transactions altogether), or for any human or other error, lost data, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, damaged, misdirected Entries/Mail Entries or postage due mail. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TAMPERING EXPRESSLY INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ENGAGING IN SHAM TRANSACTIONS (NOT REAL, BONA FIDE TRANSACTIONS IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS) SO AS TO ILLICITLY ATTEMPT TO RECEIVE ENTRIES IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries or Mail Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable or responsible for late, invalid or misdirected Entries or Mail Entries, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Administrator and/or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Mail Entry and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted on the SFCU Website ( and the selection of winners will be made in a manner determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Entries or Mail Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or the awarding of prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
