1 ANNEXURE A: - Letter By Employee Date: From: To, The Head Human Resources HCL Technologies Limited Dear Sir, I would like to avail the benefit of the company providing financial assistance for the travel of my family to onsite assignment (overseas). The details of my family members name and relationship are as follows: SL. NO. NAME OF THE FAMILY MEMBER GENDER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EMPLOYEE I understand that the ticketing, Insurance and visa expenses towards my family travel will be borne by the Company and these expenses will remain as a debit balance in my name for a period of 18 months from the date of my travel to onsite (overseas) assignment. This advance shall be waived off on completion of 18 months in the organization from the time I left to the onsite assignment. If I happen to leave the services of the Company before completion of the period of 18 months in the organization from the time I left to the onsite (overseas) assignment, these expenses towards the Tickets, Insurance, Visa charges shall be recovered from my full and final settlement or any outstanding balance payable to me by the Company. The recovery is subject to actual incurred towards, tickets, insurance, visa expenses borne by the Company as per the amount mentioned in the agreement. I also understand that if this travel does not materialize or gets completed within 3 months (whatever be the reason) then the entire expenses on the spouse/children (airfare + visa processing+ insurance) will be recoverable from me. I am fulfilling the criteria laid down in the policy for me to avail of this benefit.

3 AGREEMENT** This agreement executed on, between HCL Technologies Limited a company incorporated under Companies Act 1956, having it s registered office at Siddharth, 96 Nehru Place, New Delhi , hereinafter referred as the COMPANY (which expression shall include its successors, assigns and representatives) of the first part AND son of/ daughter of, holding Passport No., having permanent address at hereinafter, referred to as the EMPLOYEE (which expression shall include his successors, assigns administrators and legal heirs) of the second part. WHEREAS the EMPLOYEE is employed with the COMPANY as WHEREAS the COMPANY is deputing the EMPLOYEE overseas and on-site for a longer duration effective to work on an assignment at.the EMPLOYEE has on executed a Service Agreement (Overseas) for the said purpose. THEREFORE, THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER 1. 4 AND As a special consideration, the COMPANY undertakes to bear the Airfare & Visa expenses of the EMPLOYEE s spouse and child to travel to where the EMPLOYEE would work on site. 2. It is clearly explained to and understood by the EMPLOYEE that the amount of Rupees (break up whereof is provided in Annexure-I as attached herewith) paid on behalf of the EMPLOYEE towards airfare, Insurance, visa expenses for his/her spouse and child will stand to the EMPLOYEE s debit in the books of accounts of the COMPANY. 3. In case the EMPLOYEE resigns at overseas or returns back to India on his/her own accord without completing his/her overseas assignment or his employment is terminated on account of disciplinary action on or before, the above said cost of EMPLOYEE s family travel shall be recovered from the EMPLOYEE.
