Promotion begins on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) and ends on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the Promotion Period ). 1. Eligibility: The Quench Your Passion. Obey Your Thirst. Sweepstakes (the Promotion ) is open to legal residents of the U.S. and Georgia, residing within 75 miles of the City of Atlanta, who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and have internet access and a Twitter account as of the date and time the Promotion is first made known to the public. Public libraries offer free Internet access. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Atlanta Hawks, L.P., Arena Operations, LLC, Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, Atlanta Hawks Management, LLC, ATL Hawks, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, The Coca-Cola Company, its related and affiliated companies, and their respective employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, members, partners, trustees, franchisees, governors, agents, owners, shareholders, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize partners and affiliated entities (collectively, the Promotion Entities ) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsors decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. 2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, Twitter.com. 3. How to Enter. Internet access and a Twitter account are required to enter. If you don t already have a Twitter account, visit to create one. It is free to create an account. Once you have an account, you must become a follower You can once the Promotion Period has ended. To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit twitter.com/atlhawks or and follow the instructions in the call to action and tweet message regarding the Promotion, including tweeting how you stay true to your artistry, dreams and passion, include the hashtag #TrueToAtlanta in your tweet and submit an entry (hereinafter an entry ). All entries must comply with these Official Rules and meet the submission guidelines detailed below ( Submission Guidelines ) to be eligible. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry during the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person, regardless of address used, in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received during the applicable Promotion Period to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. If your Twitter account is set to protected mode your updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor Atlanta

2 Hawks, L.P. inbox, and may not thus be received by Sponsor unless entrant has previously consented to permit Sponsor to see the entrant s Twitter updates. Tweets tagged with #TrueToAtlanta not received by Sponsor will not be entered into the Promotion. Limit: one (1) entry, per person, per day, regardless of address or Twitter account, during the Promotion Period. Bulk, automated and/or third party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same address or Twitter account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays and/or entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant s plays and/or entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the address associated with the pertinent Twitter account will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Twitter. If you enter, you are providing your information to Sponsors and not to Twitter. Sponsors and Sponsors agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants and/or referrals personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsors, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsors thinks may be of interest. 4. Submission Guidelines: Each entry that is submitted to the Promotion must comply with the following Submission Guidelines. Any entry that, in Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize. The entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsors: Contain material that violates or infringes upon another s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement); Disparage Sponsor(s) or its products or services, Sponsor (s) competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Promotion; Contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor(s), which entrant has a limited license to use for this Promotion;

3 Contains the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead; Contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous; Contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; Contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations; and/or Contain material in which the Released Parties do not wish to associate themselves with, in their sole discretion. 5. Selection of Winners: On or about Wednesday, March 30, 2016, Sponsor will select the names of seven (7) potential grand prize winners and forty (40) potential first prize winners ( collectively Winners ) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Winners will be notified on Twitter on or before Friday, April 1, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Except where legally prohibited, each potential Winner must sign and return, as soon as possible of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and Tax Acknowledgment in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted via Twitter after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or Tax Acknowledgment within the required time period (if applicable), or if potential Winner and his/her companion are unavailable to travel within any time period specified by Sponsor, or in the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Verification of Potential Winners: All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant s eligibility HAS been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. 6. Prizes: Seven (7) grand prize winners will each receive: (i) Two (2) suite tickets to the Atlanta Hawks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on April 1, 2016 the ( Game ) at Philips Arena, 1 Philips Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30303; Approximate Market Value ( AMV ) of each ticket is $ ; (ii) the opportunity to meet music artist, T.I. pre-game; and (iii) the opportunity to see the T.I. post-game concert from the Game players bench at Philips Arena (AMV for (ii) and (iii) is impossible to quantify and therefore has a value of $0). Forty (40) first prize winners will receive: (two (2) tickets to the Game. The AMV of each ticket for the first prize winners is $75. Total AMV of all prizes is $11,684. Limit one prize per person and per household. Prize Restrictions: Winners and guests are responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the prize package set forth above, including without limitation, transportation, parking, souvenirs, incidentals, tips, food and beverages and other personal expenses. The reporting and payment of any

4 tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this Promotion and any prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize(s) or cash redemptions permitted by Winner. The Promotion Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portion thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. 7. General Conditions: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Sponsors reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors, are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Atlanta Hawks, L.P.. Sponsors failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, [and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. 8. Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Atlanta Hawks, L.P., Arena Operations, LLC, Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, Atlanta Hawks Management, LLC, ATL Hawks, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, The Coca-Cola Company, its related and affiliated companies, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an entrant s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant s sole remedy is another Promotion entry, if it is possible. If the Promotion, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random

5 drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. 9. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Division) or the appropriate Georgia State Court located in Fulton County, Georgia; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.
