3 SECTION 1 GENERAL SECTION Your contract is made up of two parts - your welcome letter/ and these enjoymore Terms and Conditions ( your agreement ). This Terms and Conditions document contains the contract you are entering into with Affinion International Limited who operates enjoymore. Some services are provided by third parties and their Terms and Conditions will apply to certain aspects of the services. enjoymore membership is only available to individuals over the age of 18 who live within the UK. Membership is automatically cancelled if you move outside the UK. You cannot transfer your agreement to someone else without our written permission. Please read your welcome letter/ and these enjoymore Terms and Conditions carefully and keep them together and in a safe place for future reference as they describe the services provided and what you need to do to obtain the full benefits of membership. In the event of any inconsistency between sections 1 and 2 of these Terms and Conditions, the terms set out below in Section 1 shall prevail. DEFINITIONS OF WORDS USED IN YOUR AGREEMENT When a word has a special meaning, it will be shown in bold type and will have the same meaning wherever it appears in your agreement. The following services are available to you under your agreement as set out in section 2 of these Terms and Conditions: 1. Dining Service. 2. Live Event Tickets Service. 3. Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service. 4. Takeaway service. 5. Latest Offers Service. Any organisation or firm who supplies services to you and the details of which are outlined in your agreement. If you are entitled to a trial period, this will be confirmed in your welcome letter/ in the important information. The United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The enjoymore website at The welcome letter or containing important details including details of your fees and forms a part of your agreement. Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays in England. 4 HOW TO CONTACT US You may contact us via the Contact Us function on the enjoymore website, by ing to or by telephone on * between the hours of 8am to 8pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). BOOKINGS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE To benefit from the discounts available to you, bookings must be made via the member area of the website. If you have any booking related queries please telephone us (see the How to Contact Us section above for details). YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL Where a trial period is shown on your welcome letter or welcome . You may cancel your agreement at any time up until the end of the trial period and no fee will be payable. Please note, this may give you a longer cancellation period than is currently required under English Law, which is 14 days from the latter of the start date of this agreement or receipt of your welcome letter or welcome and these Terms and Conditions. On expiry of the trial period you can cancel your agreement but you will not be entitled to a refund of any fee paid. Where you do not have a trial period You may cancel your agreement at any time up until 14 days from the latter of the start date of this agreement or receipt of your welcome letter or welcome and these Terms and Conditions and receive a refund of any fees you have paid. On expiry of the 14 day period you can cancel your agreement but you will not be entitled to a refund of any fee paid. Write to: enjoymore Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5RF. enquiries@enjoymore.co.uk Alternatively you can request a cancellation form, available via the website TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP enjoymore can terminate the membership by giving you at least 30 days notice in writing to your home address where there is a valid reason for doing so. We will send an or letter to the latest address we have for you setting out the reason for cancellation in our or letter. Valid reasons may include, but are not limited to: Where we have not been able to collect the fee. In this case, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you requesting payment by a specific date. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive payment by this date your agreement will be cancelled. Where membership is no longer available, for example, if the product is being discontinued. 2

5 Where we have received returned mail and have been unable to obtain an updated home address or address for you we will not send out a letter of cancellation and we will cancel your agreement (prior to your next payment due date) after we have received the returned mail. Your agreement will end automatically on whichever of the following happens first: The date your agreement is cancelled by you; the date you cease to live permanently within the UK; or the date your membership is cancelled by us for a valid reason (as set out above). FEES You will be charged the fees as set out in your welcome letter/ and periodically thereafter as described in your welcome letter/ unless your agreement is cancelled or terminated by you or us as set out in the sections entitled Your Right to Cancel and Termination of Membership above. Amendments to fees for your agreement will be at the rate notified to you in advance in accordance with the section entitled Changes to your Agreement. CHANGES TO YOUR AGREEMENT We will notify you in writing regarding any material changes to the Terms and Conditions of your agreement, including any material change to the services, and any changes to the fees. Wherever possible, you will be notified of such changes at least 30 days in advance of them taking effect. In the event of such changes, your attention is drawn to the Termination of Membership section. These and any other such changes will be displayed on the website or you can call * for more information about the services as they are currently offered. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION Unless we and you agree otherwise: A. the language of your agreement and all communications relating to it will be English; and B. all aspects of your agreement, including negotiation and performance, is subject to English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with your agreement, unless you live in Scotland then your agreement is subject to the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with your agreement or if you live in Northern Ireland then your agreement is subject to the law of Northern Ireland and the Northern Irish courts have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with your agreement. HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT Complaints to enjoymore If you have cause for dissatisfaction or wish to complain about the way in which your agreement was sold or in all other cases please contact us as set out in the How to Contact Us section above quoting your membership number and we will liaise with the relevant supplier of the service to resolve your complaint. If your complaint is about the sale of the product, we will pass on your complaint to the relevant marketing partner. We aim to promptly resolve most complaints at the initial point of contact. Our staff are fully trained to deal with your complaint quickly and efficiently. However should you not be satisfied with the response you have received, your complaint will be responded to by the Customer Relations Team who will aim to resolve your complaint, if this is possible, by the end of the next working day following receipt of your complaint. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this time we will write to you within 5 working days, and do our best to resolve the problem within 4 weeks. If we cannot respond within these timescales we will write to you again within 4 weeks to provide you with a final response or to let you know when we will contact you again, which will be within 8 weeks from when you first contacted us about your complaint. 3

6 Complaints about the services If you have cause for dissatisfaction and wish to complain about any of the services please bring this to the attention of the venue management or supplier at the time of using the service, where relevant. If you are still not satisfied please contact us as set out in the How to Contact Us section above. Where a supplier is unable to deal with your complaint, for example, if they become insolvent, and as a result, services which you have already booked or paid for are no longer available to you, provided that you supply us with satisfactory evidence of the booking or payment, we will assist you in trying to retain the booking or claim a refund of any fees paid. In this circumstance, the timescales set out in the paragraph entitled Complaints to enjoymore above shall not apply. The EC Online Dispute Resolution Platform If you have a complaint, you have the option to register your complaint using the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform. This is a web-based platform that is designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online to deal with issues arising from that purchase. Complaints submitted to the platform will be dealt with by approved ADR providers. You can access the platform at the following website address: HOW WE WILL USE YOUR DATA Affinion is the data controller for the personal data we collect directly from you. We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy and Cookies Policy. Your bank/card issuer will pass your name, address, date of birth and card details to us for the purpose of providing the product and billing your account with the fees. From time to time we will ask your card issuer to update us with any changes to the information they have provided to us, for example by providing us with any updated or new card numbers or expiry dates. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This section (and any other section excluding or restricting our liability) applies to our directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and affiliated companies as well as to us. Nothing in your agreement in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited. Without there being any other effect on the rest of your agreement, our liability of any kind in respect of any services or otherwise shall be limited to the amount of the fees payable by you in any 12 month period under your agreement. In no event will we be liable for any: 1. acts or omissions of suppliers in the provision of, or failure to provide services, or any products or services that you purchase from suppliers, however, we will handle complaints about services refer to the How to Make a Complaint section above; 2. financial losses (including, without limit, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); 3. loss of goodwill or reputation; 4

7 4. losses that you incur that were not reasonably foreseeable to you and us when your agreement was entered into; or 5. damage to or loss of data, unless it was in the contemplation of us and you at the commencement of the membership and is attributable to our negligence or breach of your agreement. enjoymore, its subsidiaries or their agents will not be held responsible if any supplier, retailer or venue refuses to accept vouchers, or breaches its contract with the voucher holder or an invitee, or if the Service is not accessible/available due to acts of God, fire, casualties, strikes, changes of ownership or other events beyond their control. We will not pay for losses arising from our inability to provide the services in the event of war, terrorism, invasion, an act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), riot, strike, civil commotion, civil war, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or for any reason that is beyond our reasonable control. THIRD PARTY INTERNET WEBSITES Pages of the website and website search options include links to the internet websites of third parties. We are not responsible for these third party internet websites, nor for any goods, information or services supplied through or in connection with them. Use of (and purchases from) those third party internet websites, including the provision by you of personal information, will be subject to the third party s own Terms and Conditions and privacy policies which it is your responsibility to read and accept if you wish to be bound by them. Any agreements you may enter into with the third party will be solely between you and such third party including any transactions for the purchase of goods or services. It is your responsibility to review the content of any third party internet websites and any and all risk associated with the use of, or reliance on such content rests with you. We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your use of any third party internet websites. enjoymore does not operate or control the goods or services offered by the third party internet websites. The third party who operates the third party internet website is responsible for all aspects of order processing, delivery and handling, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and the third party whose internet website you use or with which you choose to do business. If you buy goods or services from third party internet websites you become a customer of the third party whose website you are using and any comments, complaints or enquiries regarding your purchases must be made to those third party retailers and not to enjoymore. All policies, operating procedures and other rules of those third parties will apply to you while you are using those third parties internet websites. No reference or link to a third party product or service indicates an endorsement or recommendation by enjoymore. enjoymore does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the quality of, or accuracy of advertisements for any goods or services offered or provided by third parties in conjunction with any service. Although enjoymore agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses or other destructive materials to the website, enjoymore does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations that the website is entirely free of destructive material. enjoymore does not warrant that access to the services will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free, and enjoymore assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss you suffer caused by your access, or inability to access the website. 5

8 GENERAL RIGHTS Your agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of your agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of your agreement is found by a court of a competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions or your agreement shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act SECTION 2 SERVICES ENJOYMORE DINING SERVICE These Terms and Conditions govern the enjoymore Dining Service and should be read in conjunction with the General Section of the enjoymore Terms and Conditions (Section 1). The contract for the Dining Service is between you and Hi-Life Diners Club Limited and on their Terms and Conditions. Those Terms and Conditions are detailed below. Terms and Conditions of participating restaurants also apply. HI-LIFE DINERS CLUB GENERAL: 1. The enjoymore Dining Service is provided by Hi-Life Diners Club Limited a company registered in England under company number whose registered office is situated at Hi-Life Diners Club, Unit 9, The Pavilions, Avroe Crescent, Blackpool, FY4 2DP, UK. and is provided to you as a benefit of your enjoymore membership. 2. The Dining Service provides digital membership to the Hi-Life Diners Club offering access to varying special offers at participating restaurants within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. 3. The Dining Service can be used once your membership application to enjoymore has been processed and you receive your welcome letter or The Hi-Life Diners Club service requires the presentation of the Hi-Life digital Membership Card to the participating restaurant at the time of dining. This digital card is available as an app to download which can be displayed on an appropriate mobile device. 5. Hi-Life Diners Club promotions and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 6. Hi-Life Diners Club will not use your details for any purpose other than to fulfil their obligations under the Dining Service. HI-LIFE DINERS CLUB - ACCESSING RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS: 1. The full details for each participating restaurant and the offer available are listed on Hi-Life Diners Club website accessed via the enjoymore website. 2. You will have access to a large number of restaurants and it is always possible that, despite Hi-Life Diners Club s best efforts, some of the restaurants listed on their site may no longer be participating. 3. The discount offers available are only redeemable at currently participating restaurants and you will only be able to access the discounts and savings available from a participating restaurant by presenting your valid Hi-Life digital Membership Card at the participating restaurant. 4. Failure to adhere to the conditions of a participating restaurants offer may render the offer invalid. 5. Participating Hi-Life restaurants offer 20% off the total bill (including drinks) 7 days a week and other special offers. No booking in advance is required. 6

9 6. Many of the offers of the participating restaurants will not be available during the Christmas period, New Year s Day, Bank Holidays, Valentine s Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and other celebratory and promotional occasions. You should confirm this with the participating restaurant. 7. Unless otherwise stated, offers available via the service are not available in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts which a participating restaurant may be running. 8. The offers of most participating restaurants apply only to their standard a la carte menus and will not necessarily extend to their early bird or other special menus. You should confirm this with the participating restaurant and/or server prior to ordering food. EVENTS OUTSIDE HI-LIFE DINERS CLUB S CONTROL 1. Hi-Life Diners Club will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). 2. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Hi- Life Diners Club s reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; g) pandemic or epidemic; h) any of the events detailed at sub-clauses (a) to (g) above happening to any of its participating restaurants. 3. Hi-Life Diners Club s performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and they will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. They will use reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event. HI-LIFE DINERS CLUB MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS 1. These Hi-Life Diners Club Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between you and Hi-Life Diners Club and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between you relating to the subject matter of any contract with Hi-Life Diners Club. 2. You acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, you do not rely on, or will have any remedies in respect of, any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms and Conditions, site or the documents referred to in them. 3. You agree that Hi-Life Diners Club s only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in these Hi-Life Diners Club Terms and Conditions (whether made innocently or negligently) will be for breach of contract. 4. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability for fraud. HOW TO COMPLAIN: Any complaint regarding the restaurant must be brought to the attention of the restaurant management at the time of dining, and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to enjoymore, as set out in the How to Make a Complaint section within the General Section of the enjoymore Terms and Conditions (Section 1) and enclosing a copy of the restaurant bill, within 21 days of your restaurant visit. 7

10 ENJOYMORE TAKEAWAY SERVICE These Terms and Conditions govern the enjoymore Takeaway Service and should be read in conjunction with the General Section of the enjoymore Terms and Conditions (Section 1). Any orders made through the Takeaway Service are bound by the Terms and Conditions of our online Takeaway provider who s Terms and Conditions are available on their website which can be accessed via the link on our website. GENERAL: 1 The enjoymore Takeaway Service is managed by Affinion International Limited ( Affinion ), registered office: Charter Court, 50 Windsor Road, Slough SL1 2EJ, No in association with our online Takeaway provider accessed via our website and is provided to you as a benefit of enjoymore membership. 2 As an enjoymore member you are eligible to receive a 25% Cashback Refund ( Cashback ) on orders purchased from the Takeaway Service subject to the monthly Cashback limits and rules as detailed in the enjoymore Cashback rules terms hereunder in Section 3. 3 You must be receiving the Takeaway order to qualify for the Cashback benefit. If it comes to the attention of the enjoymore Takeaway Service that this condition has not been complied with, we reserve the right to withdraw the use of the Takeaway Service from you. ORDERS: 1. You must order online via the dedicated Takeaway Service pages on the website. 2. All transactions are managed by our Takeaway partner and any orders you make are subject to their purchase policy and Terms and Conditions. Details of these can be found on their website, [which can be accessed from the link on our Website]. 3. All orders are subject to the purchase policy and Terms and Conditions of the Takeaway partner and/or the individual Takeaway vendor you order from which you may be asked to accept at the time of purchase. 4. All orders are subject to availability and Terms and Conditions of the Takeaway vendor or restaurant, including their cancellation and refund policies. 5. You may purchase as many Takeaway orders as desired, however Cashback earning is subject to the enjoymore Cashback rules detailed in Section 3, and subject to the Terms and Conditions above. HOW TO COMPLAIN: Any complaint regarding an order that you make must be brought to the attention of the Takeaway vendor as early as possible and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to enjoymore Membership Services on * within 7 days of placing your order. ENJOYMORE CINEMA TICKET VOUCHERS SERVICE These Terms and Conditions govern the enjoymore Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service and should be read in conjunction with the General Section of the enjoymore Terms and Conditions (Section 1). The contract for the Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service is between you and P&MM Limited on P&MM Limited s Terms and Conditions. Those Terms and Conditions are detailed on the Cinema pages of the website and P&MM s website. Terms and Conditions relating to the applicable cinema also apply. GENERAL: The enjoymore Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service is provided by P&MM Limited ( P&MM ), Registered Office: Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK14 6LD No and is provided to you as a benefit of your enjoymore membership. 8

11 BOOKINGS: 1. You must purchase your discounted cinema ticket vouchers online via the website. 2. As a member you can purchase discounted cinema vouchers for participating Cineworld, Showcase, Empire and Independent Cinemas. 3. The list of participating cinemas where the discounted cinema ticket vouchers are accepted may change from time to time. The website is updated regularly so you can search for participating cinemas. 4. Cinema ticket vouchers are intended for use by you and your family and friends. Cinema tickets or cinema ticket vouchers are not for resale or other commercial benefit. If, in P&MM s reasonable opinion, the Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service is being abused, P&MM may limit or deactivate a member s usage of the Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service order facility. Limitation or deactivation of a member s order facility due to suspected abuse of the Cinema Ticket Vouchers Service can be applied without notice and at any time by P&MM. VOUCHERS: Vouchers for all cinema chains are delivered to you by post with the exception of Cineworld where you have the option to receive vouchers via post, or SMS. Cineworld vouchers delivered via and SMS are issued in the form of ecodes. Vouchers are posted to you the next working day following confirmation of your order, subject to your payment being accepted. Vouchers will be sent by standard first class post delivery to the address specified unless you have selected and paid for special delivery. We accept no liability for loss and/or non-delivery of vouchers. Please allow up to seven (7) working days for your vouchers to be delivered. When selecting Cineworld vouchers for delivery via , an will be sent to the address registered against the account at the time the order was placed. The Cineworld ecodes and the redemption process will be detailed within the . When selecting Cineworld vouchers for delivery via SMS, an SMS with the ecodes will be sent to the mobile number registered against the account at the time the order was placed; at the same time an will be sent detailing the redemption process to the address registered on the account at the time the order was placed. Cineworld ecodes can be taken directly to the box office and exchanged free of charge for a standard performance, or they can be redeemed online at to book tickets for a standard performance. When redeeming ecodes on line, once the request has been processed and your booking has been confirmed you will be ed a copy of your booking details. There will be 3 ways you can collect your ticket: A. Show the QR code provided either on your phone or on a print out to a member of staff on your way into the screen. Please note, if you collect your tickets at the cinema box office or ATMs (collection terminal) in the foyer instead of scanning and entering, the QR code will no longer work. You will need to use the collected tickets for admission. B. Take the reference number of your booking along to the box office. C. Collect your ticket(s), using the card registered whilst redeeming the code, from either the ATMs (collection terminal) situated at the cinema or direct from the box office. Please note, bookings made online are subject to a 0.50 per ticket booking fee. All cinema vouchers and Cineworld ecodes are valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the reverse of each voucher and detailed in the issued with all ecodes. Should your tickets or ecodes expire you will not be able to replace them. 9

12 You may purchase a maximum of five (5) pairs of cinema tickets per month and five (5) Cineworld Unlimited passes per annum. All bookings are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of the applicable cinema chain, please refer to the reverse of your voucher or the cinema s own website for full details. Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission, the manager s decision is final. If you wish to cancel your order, you may return the items ordered and receive a full refund, providing you let us know within 14 days after you receive your vouchers or ecodes starting from the day after receipt. To return any items ordered, you must return the items unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If you have changed your mind when you have ordered ecodes then we will issue a refund providing the ecodes are unused. An electronic check of the ecodes will be carried out and the ecodes will then be disabled. Vouchers and ecodes cannot be used to pre book tickets over the phone. Vouchers cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash. Photocopies, defaced and illegible vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers are subject to availability. The prices for cinema vouchers are subject to change. Please note that all charges may appear as P&MM Limited on your bank or credit card statement. EXCLUSIONS: 1. Cinema ticket vouchers are valid for standard performances only and may not be used for the following: a. 3D screenings are excluded except for where the appropriate voucher has been purchased refer to individual voucher conditions. b. Premieres and red carpet events at any of the cinemas. c. Cineworld premium priced content (including 4DX, D-Box, IMAX, Super Screening, Alternative Content, Special Advance Screenings, VIP boxes). d. Empire Leicester Square location. e. Showcase premier and Gallery presentations. f. Independent Cinema Ticket premium, private or special screenings. Please see P&MM and individual cinema s Terms and Conditions for full details of exclusions. DISCOUNTS: Discounts are based against standard box office/peak rate prices, i.e. after 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday - Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday (unless otherwise stated). For Bank Holidays, weekend prices apply. As an enjoymore member you are eligible to receive a 25% Cashback Refund ( Cashback ) based on the normal face value price of tickets purchased from Ticketmaster via the Live Event Tickets Service subject to the monthly Cashback limits and rules as detailed in the enjoymore Cashback rules terms hereunder in Section You must be included in the party attending the event to qualify for the Cashback benefit. Tickets must not be re-sold. Upon making your booking you will be issued with a booking reference. Depending on the venue, event or the period of time between your booking and the date of the event, tickets will be dispatched to you by , where available and at your request, or within 48 hours prior to the event or you may collect your tickets at the venue box office on the day of the event. Cashback payable to you is limited to a maximum of 30 each month for both the Live Events Tickets Service and the Takeaway Service combined. 3. To be eligible for Cashback you must access the Ticketmaster and Takeaway Service partner websites via the member area of enjoymore Website. 4. It may be possible to purchase other items from Ticketmaster and/or our Takeaway vendors via our Partners Sites through enjoymore, but these purchases will not qualify for Cashback. 12

15 5. The Cashback is calculated on the full price paid for the tickets or order, but may exclude any booking fee and any processing or delivery fees incurred. 6. The Cashback is not applicable to any other promotional offer and only applies to tickets and orders purchased through the enjoymore Event Tickets Service and Takeaway Service. 7. You must provide a bank account for the Cashback to be paid; this can be provided and subsequently amended at any time online via the My Profile area of the enjoymore website. If you have not provided a bank account, your Cashback earnings will accrue and will be paid to you when your bank account details are provided. 8. You can view your Cashback statements on the website. 9. The Cashback will be paid to your nominated bank account at the beginning of the month for all valid transactions made during the preceding month. 10.
