7 08 Commercial Industrial Medical Dental Veterinarian PROJECT: KIDS DENTAL 6 DISCOVERY LANE, NORTH MACKAY, QLD DESIGN & CONSTRUCT: UNDER $1M PROJECT MANAGER: ROD JOHNSTONE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: LEITH MILTON SITE FOREMAN: JOE PAINTER KIDS - Health Kids Nurtured by Nature is a multi-disciplinary Dental practice with a holistic approach to treating kids aged zero to ten. Appealing to childrens' senses, this unique facility encompasses bright, bold colours and a daring new approach to treating dental needs via interactive displays, Ipads, Playstations and a therapy dog! This environment has been created to nurture a positive Dental experience in children to last them throughout their lives. The streamlined clinical design by Mark McKibbin of McKibbin Design, maximises the utilisation of space whilst adhering to the concept of going against the status quo of the regular dentists clinic. This multi-disciplinary practice includes a Lactation Consultant, speech pathologist, nutritionist, Chiropractor, Dentist, Midwife and Podiatrist, providing a holistic approach to treating childrens' dental needs. From the moment you walk in the door and your senses are devoured by the bright colours and the huge learning tree in the reception area, your excitement kicks in recognising that this isn't your everyday dentists clinic. This first of its kind facility, in the North Queensland region, is a unique experience recommended for children of all ages.

8 09 Commercial Industrial Medical Dental Veterinarian PROJECT: TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION AUSTRALIA LIMITED (TMCA) UNIT 12, 547 INDUSTRY PARK TOWNSVILLE QLD DESIGN & CONSTRUCT: $1.3M PROJECT MANAGER: ROD JOHNSTONE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: LEITH MILTON SITE FOREMAN: JOE PAINTER WINNER 2016 MASTER BUILDERS AWARD: REFURBISHMENT/ RENOVATION UP TO $2 MILLION NORTH QUEENSLAND Toyota s iconic branding set the stage for this transformation of an empty warehouse into a state of the art Training Facility and Regional Office. From the highly detailed plans of architect, Co-Op Studio, this 12 week project delivered a technological advancement in training spaces combined with the finesse of leading edge corporate architecture. The ground floor plan, is a combination of cutting edge educational facilities with hands on learning areas, combined with the corporate finesse of the reception and board room. The mezzanine floor hosts an open plan office in conjunction with open plan flexible meeting spaces, all furnished with architectural designer pieces which outline the ever evolving interaction between space, technology and people. The collaborative approach to this project, allowed for industry leaders in their respective fields to deliver their specialized services in order to culminate in a work of excellence. Delivered in an extremely short period of time, on time and on budget, the Toyota Townsville Regional Office and Training Centre, is certainly an achievement to be acknowledged for all involved. Assist with any design requirements to keep the project on time and budget. Liaising with gym equipment supply and installation specialist contractors. Provide design options for all bathroom amenities to carry a clean professional look throughout the new gym. This project was completed in 6 weeks from June 2015 August 2015.

This project was completed in 2 weeks from 1-14 June 2015, including joinery lead time. SITE FOREMAN: JOE PAINTER

12 13 Commercial Industrial Medical Dental Veterinarian PROJECT: STAR DISCOUNT CHEMIST NORTH WARD, TOWNSVILLE QLD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT: UNDER $1M PROJECT MANAGER: ROD JOHNSTONE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: LEITH MILTON SITE FOREMAN: JOE PAINTER Supply and installation of a new chemist into an operating shopping centre. This project had to be constructed whilst the chemist was still operating which proved some logistical challenges. Overall the job went really well as a result of high levels of communication and liaising. This was completed in 4 weeks from May 2015 June 2015, including lead time on joinery.

13 Commercial Industrial Medical Dental Veterinarian 14 PROJECT: POWERS FASTENERS 198 ENTERPRISE RD, BOHLE, TOWNSVILLE QLD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT: UNDER $1M PROJECT MANAGER: ROD JOHNSTONE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: LEITH MILTON SITE FOREMAN: ROD JOHNSTONE An industrial warehouse fit out for offices and amenities, compiling of nation-wide specifications to adhere to. This project was on a tight time line of 6 weeks including all structural modifications. This project was completed on time and on budget with all high end finishes as per clients request. This project extended from September 2014-October 2014.

This project comprised of demolition, full strip out of existing structure, asbestos removal, supply and construct. This project extended from June 2013 September This project was carried out whilst the business was still operating.
