SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on December 21, 2017 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ( PT ) and ends on April 20, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM PT ( Sweepstakes Period ). ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes Entities ) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, an individual who meets the eligibility requirements, and enters the Sweepstakes, agrees to be bound by these official rules ( Official Rules ) and that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. 3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) methods to obtain entries into the Sweepstakes. Note, that if an entrant does not have a valid Account Card (as described below), he/she may ONLY participate via the Mail-In Entry method described in Section 3B. A. Website Participation For Green Dot and GoBank Cardholders Only: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant will participate in various online activities to obtain Sweepstakes entries, as set forth below. Note: Entrant must be a valid Account 1

2 Cardholder with a successfully registered Account Card in order to enter via the Website. An entrant must first register for the Sweepstakes by visiting ( Website ) and entering his/her valid address and the last four (4) digits of his/her Green Dot Reloadable Prepaid Visa or Mastercard card, Green Dot Cash Back Visa Debit Card, 1199 SEIU prepaid card, SEIU prepaid card, OneMain prepaid card or GoBank Visa or Mastercard debit card (each, an Account Card ). The address used on the Website when entering must be the same address associated with entrant s Account Card. Green Dot Load & Go TM cards, Turbo SM Prepaid Cards and Uber Debit Cards are NOT valid Account Cards in this Sweepstakes. The entrant must then provide the required registration information, which may include, but is not limited to, his/her first and last name (no initials), street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, Account Card type (e.g. Green Dot card or GoBank card), and date of birth. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) address, Account Cards or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one address, multiple Account Cards or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant, in Sponsor s sole discretion, may not be eligible to win a prize. Upon submission of a valid address, last four (4) digits of an Account Card, and the complete registration information, the entrant will then access his/her Dashboard. From the Dashboard, the entrant will see his/her available activities and be able to select activities. Each calendar day thereafter during the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may return to the Website, re-enter his/her address and last four (4) digits of the Account Card provided when registering for the Sweepstakes to access his/her Dashboard and participate in any available activity. Activities are available to all Account Card entrants during the Sweepstakes Period. Each activity will have its own corresponding number of Sweepstakes Entry(ies), as set forth below. Each activity will be available no more than once per each Entry Period, but not all activities will be available in all Entry Periods. Available activities will be displayed on an entrant s Dashboard. Watch a Video and Take a Quiz: An entrant may follow the instructions on his/her Dashboard to watch a specified video and answer a question to obtain one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the active Entry Period. ii. Download the Green Dot or GoBank App and allow push notifications: An entrant may download the Green Dot or GoBank App in the App Store or Google Play Store, create an account, log-in, and allow Push Notifications. The entrant must then return to his/her Dashboard and click the I DID THIS button to obtain one (1) Sweepstakes entry per active Entry Period, subject to Sponsor s verification. If an entrant had previously downloaded the Green Dot or GoBank App, created an account, and then allows Push Notifications, he/she may navigate to his/her Dashboard and click the I DID THIS button to obtain a Sweepstakes entry the entrant does not need to download the App additional times. Upload Account Card Cash Reload Receipt/Alternative Method of Entry without Cash Reload: An entrant may follow the instructions on his/her Dashboard to upload an image of his/her original register receipt showing the cash reload to any participating Account Card at a participating retailer during the Sweepstakes Period to obtain two (2) Sweepstakes entries. Excludes MoneyPak loads. The entrant must circle the Account Card cash reload on the receipt and sign and date the receipt prior to uploading to the Website. Register receipt images must be in one (1) of the following file formats:.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.gif, and may not exceed 5 MB. Sponsor may request the entrant send in his/her original register receipt. All receipts are subject to review and verification by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Alternatively, an entrant may follow the Mail-In instructions set forth below to receive two (2) entries into the active Entry Period without an Account Card cash reload. iv. Share on Twitter: An entrant may follow the instructions on his/her Dashboard to share the Sweepstakes on Twitter. Upon clicking the button to share the Sweepstakes, a message with a unique link will be posted to the entrant s Twitter Feed ( Invitation Post ). Upon the completion of an Invitation Post, the entrant will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries for the active Entry Period in which the Invitation Post is posted. v. Deposit Your Federal Tax Refund of $5 or more to your card/alternative Method of Entry without Federal Tax Refund: During an Entry Period, an entrant who follows the steps to receive his/her federal tax refund of $5 or more to his/her Account Card ( Tax Refund ) and then returns to his/her Dashboard and clicks the I DID THIS button will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries, subject to Sponsor s

In each subsequent Entry Period after receiving the Tax Refund, the entrant may return to his/her Dashboard and click the I DID THIS button to receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries in the active Entry Period. In order to qualify as a Tax Refund, the eligible Tax Refund must be posted to the respective registered Account Card by 11:59:59 PM PT on the End Date of the Entry Period. The value of the Tax Refund will not increase or decrease your chances of winning. Alternatively, an entrant may follow the Mail-In instructions set forth below to receive five (5) entries into the active Entry Period if he/she does not receive a federal tax refund. vi. Receive a Minimum $200 Direct Deposit To Your Account Card/Alternative Method of Entry without Direct Deposit: During an Entry Period, an entrant who receives a direct deposit transaction totaling at least $200 to his/her Account Card ( Direct Deposit ) and then returns to his/her Dashboard and clicks the I DID THIS button will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries, subject to Sponsor s verification. In order to qualify as a Direct Deposit, the eligible Direct Deposit must be posted to the respective registered Account Card by 11:59:59 PM PT on the End Date of the applicable Entry Period. As long as the $200 Direct Deposit value requirement is met, the value of the Direct Deposit above and beyond such value requirement will not increase or decrease your chances of winning. Alternatively, an entrant may follow the Mail-In instructions set forth below to receive five (5) entries into the active Entry Period without making a Direct Deposit. B. Mail-In Entry: To receive entries into an Entry Period of the Sweepstakes without being a Green Dot or GoBank Account Cardholder and/or without (i) uploading a receipt from an Account Card cash reload or (ii) receiving a Tax Refund or Direct Deposit to an Account Card, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), Entry Period, and the name of one (1) corresponding activity from the list provided in the chart above on a 3½ x5 card ( Mail- In Entry ) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Green Dot Tax Program Sweepstakes, P.O. Box , West Bloomfield, MI All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than the End Date for the applicable Entry Period, and received on or before the Mail- In Entry Received By Date for the applicable Entry Period, as listed in Section 1 in order to be eligible for an Entry Period. Entrant will receive the number of entries associated with the corresponding activity specified on his/her Mail-In Entry as outlined in the chart above. Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Entries mailed in an envelope or sent in excess of the entry limits set forth below will not be accepted. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address and address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries. Entry Limit: Regardless of method of entry, there will be a limit of sixteen (16) total entries per person per Entry Period. If an entrant has more than one (1) Account Card, he/she is still limited to the total entries set forth above, regardless of the number of Account Cards associated with a person. If more than the stated number of entries is received from the same person, address and/or Account Card in an Entry Period, only the first sixteen (16) entries received may be considered valid.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about each Random Drawing Date listed in Section 1, the Administrator will randomly select twenty (20) potential grand prize winners (each, a Grand Prize Winner ), fifty (50) potential first prize winners (each, a First Prize Winner ), seventy (70) potential second prize winners (each, a Second Prize Winner ), and one thousand (1,000) potential third prize winners (each, a Third Prize Winner ) from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Each winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of his or her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential prize winner who appears to be willfully engaging in unfair practices or attempts to game the system. 5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ( ARV ), AND ODDS OF WINNING: A. Grand Prizes (20 per Entry Period, 80 total): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive $500 (the Grand Prize ) either: (i) deposited into his/her Account Card (if he/she is a valid Account Cardholder when the Grand Prize is awarded); or (ii) in the form of a $500 check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner (if he/she is not a valid Account Cardholder when the Grand Prize is awarded). Eighty (80) Grand Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes twenty (20) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Grand Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500). B. First Prizes (50 per Entry Period, 200 total): Each First Prize Winner will receive $50 (the First Prize ) either: (i) deposited into his/her Account Card (if he/she is a valid Account Cardholder when the First Prize is awarded) or (ii) in the form of a $50 check made payable to the First Prize Winner (if he/she is not a valid Account Cardholder when the First Prize is awarded). Two hundred (200) First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes fifty (50) per Entry Period. The ARV of each First Prize is Fifty Dollars ($50). C. Second Prizes (70 per Entry Period, 280 total): Each Second Prize Winner will receive $20 ( Second Prize ) either: (i) deposited into his/her Account Card (if he/she is a valid Account Cardholder when the Second Prize is awarded) or (ii) in the form of a $20 check made payable to the Second Prize Winner (if he/she is not a valid Account Cardholder when the Second Prize is awarded). Two hundred eighty (280) Second Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes seventy (70) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Second Prize is Twenty Dollars ($20). D. Third Prizes (1,000 per Entry Period, 4,000 total): Each Third Prize Winner will receive $5 (the Third Prize ) either: (i) deposited into his/her Account Card (if he/she is a valid Account Cardholder when the Third Prize is awarded) or (ii) in the form of a $5 check made payable to the Third Prize Winner (if he/she is not a valid Account Cardholder when the Third Prize is awarded). Four thousand (4,000) Third Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes one thousand (1,000) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Third Prize is Five Dollars ($5). E. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in each Entry Period is $18,900. The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $75,600. F. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each applicable Entry Period.

6 G. Prize Conditions: Account Cards are subject to certain terms and fees as specified by Sponsor that can decrease the balance. See Account Card terms and conditions available at help.greendot.com for complete details. Prizes are provided as is with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any. All prize details are at Sponsor s sole discretion. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. All prizes will be awarded provided there is a sufficient number of eligible Winners, and the prizes are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent, or more claims are received, than the number specified herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes for the applicable prize level(s) for an Entry Period in a random drawing from among all prize claims received for the applicable prize level(s) for that Entry Period. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household per Entry Period. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the Winner s responsibility. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. 6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by Administrator via within three (3) business days from the date of the Random Drawing with further instructions on how to claim his/her prize. Further, if an entrant wins in multiple Entry Periods and his/her total prize winnings exceed $600, he/she will be required to complete and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), which must be returned within seven (7) days of date appearing on prize notification. If a notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and in the Sponsor s sole discretion, the forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries in the applicable Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that a winner is an Account Cardholder and such winner s Account Card balance exceeds the maximum daily load or maximum balance due to addition of the prize, Sponsor will attempt to mail a check made payable to the winner to the mailing address associated with his/her Account Card. Upon verification of eligibility, each prize will be either: (i) automatically deposited into the winner s Account Card (if he/she is a current Account Cardholder at time of prize award) or (ii) mailed to the winner at the mailing address associated with her/her Account Card (if any) or provided when registering for the Promotion. Please allow up to 10 business days for deposit. Please allow 6-8 weeks for mailing of check. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor s/administrator s sole discretion, the prize in question may be given to an alternate in a random drawing. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for

7 any delays in providing a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to provide or deliver a prize, the prize may not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER. SPONSOR WILL ISSUE AN IRS-1099 TO ANY WINNER OF PRIZES TOTALING $600 OR MORE. Each prize will only be provided to a verified winner. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree the Sweepstakes Entities, Walmart, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, designees and agents (each, a Released Party and collectively, Released Parties ) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable notifications or postal mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/internet/website/usenet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other error; or unauthorized human intervention; or inaccurate capture of registration information; or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any Sweepstakes-related website(s). Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize. Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism or device; for any entries in excess of the stated limit; or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries will, at Sponsor s sole discretion, be disqualified. If, for any reason, an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry in the Sweepstakes, entrant s sole remedy is to enter the Sweepstakes again to receive another entry. If for any reason, Sponsor believes the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. In addition, Walmart may require Sponsor to terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys fees)

8 that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes materials; (d) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, nonuse, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (e) change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond Sponsor s control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or other cause beyond any of the Released Parties control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules; (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the Sweepstakes; (g) human error; (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission entry (including, without limitation, registration information or any parts thereof); (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Website or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; and (j) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, the Website or any other Sweepstakes-related websites or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Sweepstakes, including the Website and prize components, are provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, therefore some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ( AAA RULES ). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MICHIGAN.
