Eligibility: Care For Your School Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal residents of the Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry, have internet access, and are registered members in good standing of Twitter or Instagram. The Photo and any text included in your Tweet or Instagram post will herein be referred to as your "Submission." Submission Restrictions: The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes any rights of any other party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights; The Submission must not in any way disparage or defame Sponsor, or any other person or party; The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United States or of any jurisdiction where the Submission is created; and The Submission must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Submissions that it finds unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of either of Twitter or Instagram, expose Sponsor to any unacceptable degree of technical, legal, or financial risks or problems, uses text and/or other components in a manner objectionable to Sponsor or its affiliates, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, all in its sole discretion. Entrant may include others in entrant s Submission as long as entrant has permission from all individuals who appear in or are referenced in the Submission to use their names and or likenesses and to grant the rights set forth herein. For any minor(s) in the Photo, entrant must have permission from their parent or legal guardian. If requested, entrant must be able to provide evidence of such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor. By submitting the Submission during the Promotion Period, entrant will be entered into the Sweepstakes and agree that the Submission conforms to the Submission Restrictions and other requirements set forth in Section. Entrant automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for eligible Tweets or posts. Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per day per Social Account. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Social Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different Social Accounts, addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Submission, the authorized account holder of the Social Account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person associated with the Social Account used to enter. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. 5. Sponsor's Use of Submissions: Tweeting or posting a Submission constitutes entrant s consent to give Sponsor and Meijer a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce,

3 modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any manner, form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission. Each entrant acknowledges that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submissions that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in entrant s Submissions. Each entrant understands and agrees that he/she shall not have any claim against any other entrant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity. 6. Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will, using randomization methods selected by Administrator, randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period, on or around September 1, Winner Notification: Each potential winner will be notified through Twitter (@Win4School) or Instagram (@Win4SchoolSweeps) as applicable on or before September 9, It is the entrants responsibility to timely set account settings to accept contacts by Sponsor and to timely check their account and the comments section of their Submission for such messages. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of delivery of notice attempting to use such methods. For a potential winner who entered through Twitter, he/she will be asked to within 24 hours. After completion, winner will receive a Direct Message with prize claim instructions. Potential winner will be required to complete these instructions within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent. The selected schools will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and except where prohibited Publicity Release, which must be received by Administrator within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or if the designated School, where applicable fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or chooses to decline the prize, the potential winner or School is disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. 8. Prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: $100 Meijer gift card for winner valued at approximately $100 and a Grant of a $5,000 Meijer Gift Card for the school of winner's choice. TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Meijer gift card for winner valued at approximately $100 and a Grant of a $1,000 Meijer Gift Card for the school of winner's choice. Terms and conditions of the Meijer Gift card apply. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or a component thereof for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt

4 and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The approximate retail value ( ARV ) of all prizes is Twenty Two Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars ($22,200). Limit: One (1) prize per person. 9. Release: Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Geometry Global, PLC, Meijer, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) from and against any liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense related to or arising out of a claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. 10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant s consent to Sponsor s, Meijer's and their agents use of such entrant s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereinafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration. 11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 12. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, omissions, deletions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes and all prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in

5 Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-ofpocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (4) entrants remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. 14. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor s Privacy Policy and Administrator s Privacy Policy Any personal information provided to Twitter or Instagram by any entrant will be subject to such entity s privacy policy accessible on its respective website. 15. Event of Force Majeure: Released Parties shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Released Parties sole control (each a Force Majeure ). In the event of unavailability, no prize will be substituted. 16. Miscellaneous: If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules provided that such modifications do not materially alter the Sweepstakes. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.
