26 When Calling g For Assistance: If anyone y calls in, they y should refer to the policy number and/or Texas A&M University System (especially for the employee blanket plan). Evacuations: All evacuations/repatriations must be arranged by the assistance company in order for benefits to be p payable. y For this reason, it is a good g idea to bring g CISI into the loop with complicated hospitalizations if you are made known of the situation by the student or employee before CISI. This will probably be more of an issue with the blanket evacuation plan as opposed to the full plan, since historically speaking, CISI should already be in the loop for any hospitalizations on the full-rostered student plan p
