Delivery Delivery times quoted and availability are estimates only. We accept no liability for failure or delay in delivery of products. All freight including bulky items will be charged at actual cost. Please contact us to determine the freight charges applicable to your order. Additional freight charges may apply for Urgent Next Day Delivery or delivery to Regional areas. Please contact us for more details. Refused deliveries we reserve the right to add an additional delivery charge on all consignments which are refused delivery without justification. Alterations to all delivery dates must be advised to us within 2-3 working days of original delivery date. All pets are to be restrained whilst goods are being deliver and/or installed. Scooters Estimated delivery will be between 5-10 working days with the exception of Back Orders being given an estimated delivery date.

3 Our staff member/s will deliver, check and demonstrate your scooter. Safety issues will be discussed and answer any of your questions. Lift Chairs Estimated delivery will be between 5-10 working days with the exception of Back Orders being given an estimated delivery date. Ensure that the area in which the Lift Chair is to be placed, is clear of all furniture as the delivery person/s will not be moving existing furniture still in this area. Our staff member/s delivering your Lift Chair will assemble, check and demonstrate the use of the Lift Chair and answer any questions. All rubbish associated with the Lift Chair will be removed. Liberty Healthcare Beds The Delivery Company (Liberty Healthcare) will call in advance to advise the day and time for delivery Ensure that the area in which the bed is to be placed is clear Delivery Company (Liberty Healthcare) delivering your bed will assemble, check and demonstrate the use of the bed and answer any questions. All rubbish associated with the bed will be removed of all furniture. Delivery Company (Liberty Healthcare) are not available to move other furniture in the home. Notice of Damage, Wrong Delivery or Non Delivery Products which have been delivered damaged or incorrectly should be advised by the next business day. Discrepancies in products delivered such as short delivery, incorrect items supplied, damaged items should be advised by the next business day. Any discrepancies between products received and products invoiced should be advised by the next business day. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.

4 Cancellation To cancel an order that has not been processed, please contact as soon as possible. However, if an order has been processed and delivered, please refer to the Request for Credit and Product Returns Policy below. Bed Orders cannot be cancelled once the it has left the premises of Liberty Healthcare. Request for Credit and Product Returns This refund policy does not apply to products which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken Products supplied in accordance with your order, can only be returned with our approval. Requests to return products must be made within 7 days from the date of original invoice. Where products are accepted for credit or refund (at our discretion) they must be delivered at your expense, to our store. Any refunds will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. Products must be in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging. No returns on non stock and/or customised/special orders unless faulty. For Health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of incontinence products. A restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the return is faulty or due to an error by us. Warranty A manufacturer s warranty applies to products when used in accordance with the user instructions and when the product has been properly maintained. Warranties do not extend to products damaged by any abuse, accident or improper use. Please contact us for more details. Product Information

GST is included, where applicable. Payment Full payment is required on all products before being shipped to you. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond the our control, including but not limited to an act of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, governmental restrictions, import or export regulations, industrial disputes and difficulties in obtaining labour or materials. Should any such event occur, we might cancel or suspend this contract without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
