What are Core Commercial Products? City Express, Express Cargo, Express Cutaway, Colorado Box Delete (ZW9), Silverado Chassis Cab or Box Delete (w ZW9) and Low Cab Forward Eligibility Questions If your vehicle requires proof of business ownership (non-core product), you must be able to answer yes to these questions: 1. Are you a business owner? 2. Is the vehicle used in the day-to-day operation of your business and not solely for personal/nonbusiness related transportation purposes? Note: Eligible business documents must be used to verify business ownership. Eligible Documents To verify their small business ownership, your customer may present any of the following eligible business documents. A copy of this document must be kept in the deal jacket for audit purposes. 7 ACTIVATION OF COMMERCIAL LINK 3 MONTH TRIAL The Business Choice portal will automatically recognize VINs with OnStar hardware and guide you through the steps for the Commercial Link offer. The offer will not be visible on vehicles missing UE1 and VV4. 1. For Accessory Cash Allowance or Upfit Cash Allowance, submit a claim for accessories or upfits PLUS Commercial Link through the Business Choice app in Global Connect. 2. For Adrian Steel ship-thru, submit a claim for Commercial Link ONLY through the Business Choice app in Global Connect. 3. Encourage your customer to set up their Commercial Link account within 30 days to activate their 3-month trial by going to chevycommerciallink.com and clicking SIGN UP. This tab will walk through a series of screens and ask for customer, vehicle and delivery information to complete the submission. 3. Review all the information entered to be sure it is accurate and click Submit Claim. 4. The system will generate a confirmation claim form that should be printed, signed by both dealer and customer, and retained in deal jacket for audit purposes. 5. Customer instructions for creating a Commercial Link account will print with the Confirmation Claim form. Customer must initial the Commercial Link section and should keep a copy for their records.
