1 1. Sheetz Mega MTO Promotion from the Pennsylvania Lottery ( Promotion ) Requirements: (a) Qualifying Tickets: Mega Millions terminal based lottery tickets sold during the Promotion period. (b) Participation and Entry: (1) To enter the Promotion, players must purchase $10 worth of Mega Millions plays on one ticket at a Pennsylvania Lottery Sheetz retail location. A ticket purchased in this manner, during the promotional period, will produce a trailing ticket containing one unique, computer-generated number, which will be entered into the Promotion drawings, as described below. (2) The Promotion period is from August 23, 2017 at 12:01:01 a.m. through September 30, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (3) Entries awarded, as described above, will be applied to the active drawing at the time of purchase. The Grand Prize Drawing is cumulative and all entries applied to the Weekly Drawings will carry forward to the Grand Prize Drawing. No other method of submission will be accepted. 2 hand-delivered to the Pennsylvania Lottery, or offered over the phone, are not valid and will be disqualified. (4) Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Promotion Drawings: (a) The Pennsylvania Lottery will conduct seven drawings for the Promotion. (b) Entry Periods: (1) The Promotion will consist of six Weekly Drawings and one Grand Prize Drawing. All time references are Eastern Prevailing Time. (2) Weekly Drawings (i) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. August 23, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. August 26, 2017 will be entered into the first Weekly Drawing to be held between August 27, 2017 and September 1, (ii) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. August 27, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 2, 2017 will be entered into the second Weekly Drawing to be held between September 3, 2017 and September 8, (iii) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. September 3, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 9, 2017 Sheetz Mega MTO Promotion Rules -2-

3 will be entered into the third Weekly Drawing to be held between September 10, 2017 and September 15, (iv) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. September 10, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 16, 2017 will be entered into the fourth Weekly Drawing to be held between September 17, 2017 and September 22, (v) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. September 17, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 23, 2017 will be entered into the fifth Weekly Drawing to be held between September 24, 2017 and September 29, (vi) All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. September 24, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 30, 2017 will be entered into the sixth Weekly Drawing to be held between October 1, 2017 and October 6, (3) Grand Prize Drawing: All entries received after 12:01:01 a.m. August 23, 2017 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 30, 2017 will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing to be held between October 1, 2017 and October 6, (c) The entry period for the Drawing will be posted to the Pennsylvania Lottery s publicly accessible website. 3. Prizes Available to be Won: Sheetz Mega MTO Promotion Rules -3-

4 (a) The prize entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions and limitations described in section 4, or mentioned elsewhere in these rules. (b) Weekly Prizes: The first through the tenth unique numbers selected from among all of the entries in each of the Weekly Drawings will be winning numbers and the holders of the tickets that match the winning numbers shall each be entitled to a prize of one (1) month of Sheetz six-inch Subz and six (6) months of Mega Millions Lottery Tickets. The one (1) month of Sheetz six-inch Subz will have a value of $150 and the six (6) months of Mega Millions Lottery Tickets will have a value of $104. (c) Grand Prize: The first through the sixth unique numbers selected from among all of the entries in the Grand Prize Drawing will be winning numbers and the holder of the tickets that match the winning numbers shall each be entitled to a prize of one (1) year of Sheetz six-inch Subz and one (1) year worth of Mega Millions Lottery Tickets. The total prize value will be $2,739.59, and shall include $21.69 of state income tax withholding and $ worth of federal income tax withholding. The one (1) year of Sheetz six-inch Subz will have a retail Sheetz Mega MTO Promotion Rules -4-

5 value of $1,825 and the one (1) year of Mega Millions Lottery Tickets will have a retail value of $208. (d) Prize Claim Process: (1) Winning numbers selected in the Promotion drawing will be posted to the Pennsylvania Lottery s publicly accessible website, at (2) To claim a prize, players must check the Pennsylvania Lottery s publicly accessible website to determine if the player s trailer ticket number exactly matches, in the same order, any of the winning numbers posted to the Pennsylvania Lottery s website for the Promotion. If the player s ticket matches one of the winning numbers, the player must completely fill out the back of the trailer ticket with the player s name, address and telephone number. (3) Winning tickets must be mailed to the Pennsylvania Lottery s Security Office on or before November 30, Winners must mail the original ticket. Photocopies will not be accepted. (4) A player winning the Grand Prize must also complete a Pennsylvania Lottery Prize Claim form. (e) Prize Fulfillment. Sheetz Mega MTO Promotion Rules -5-

6 (1) The Pennsylvania Lottery will fulfill the Mega Millions Lottery Ticket prizes. Sheetz will fulfill the six-inch Subz prizes. (2) Mega Millions Lottery Ticket prizes will be fulfilled using Pennsylvania Lottery coupons. Sheetz six-inch Subz prizes will be fulfilled using Sheetz Loyalty Cards. Prizes will be sent via mail or similar courier service December 31, (3) Prizes will be mailed to winners on or after (4) A player winning Grand Prize will also receive a federal form W-2G for tax reporting purposes. (f) The odds of an entry being selected in the Promotion drawings depend upon the number of entries generated for the Promotion. (g) A computer-generated randomizer will be used to select the winning entries. 4. Promotion Restrictions: (a) To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, players must have complied with the requirements of these rules. 7 (c) Employees of the Pennsylvania Lottery, MARC Advertising, MUSL, Scientific Games International, Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC, and their subcontractors, or a spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principle place of residence of any such person are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Offer void where prohibited or restricted. (d) All entries shall be subject to verification by the Pennsylvania Lottery. (e) The Pennsylvania Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a player found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or associated drawings or to be acting in violation of these rules or applicable law. (f) The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applicable laws and regulations apply. (g) Final determination of winners will be made by the Secretary, whose judgment will be final and binding. (h) A winner is responsible for all taxes arising from or in connection with any prize won. 8 (i) If a Promotion drawing entry is selected as a winner and is disqualified or otherwise rejected during or following a Promotion drawing, the Lottery will select another entry to replace the disqualified or otherwise rejected entry in accordance with these rules and Lottery procedure. (j) The Sheetz Loyalty Cards awarded as part of this Promotion may only be redeemed at Pennsylvania Sheetz locations. Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value, and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the Loyalty Cards. (k) Prizes are not transferrable. (l) Other restrictions may apply. 5. Miscellaneous: (a) By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sheetz, Inc., the Pennsylvania Lottery, their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, members, shareholders, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, consultants and legal advisors (collectively, the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of any prize. 9 (b) The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (iii) any injury, damage or loss (including death) to persons or property of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant s participation in the Promotion or from the receipt, use or misuse of any price; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; (v) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries; or (vi) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software. (c) Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded from the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
