In light f recent well-publicized incidents, the Department f Transprtatin (DOT) and state agencies have ramped up enfrcement and have taken steps t strengthen existing regulatins, clse lphles, and add new safety initiatives and requirements. These changes create uncertainty and impact prject planning and new cnstructin. This curse, instructed by an attrney with unique experience in pipeline cmpliance and litigatin, will highlight changes in the law and explain hw cmpanies can adapt t this dynamic situatin.
