Provided you have not travelled, no claim has been made or is intended to be made and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred and that the policy and the Insurance Certificate are received prior to your departure date, we will refund the premium in full. If you cancel after 14 days of issue no premium refund will be made. We reserve the right to cancel the policy by providing 21 days notice by registered post to your last known address. No refund of premium will be made. Changes to these terms of business We may change these terms of business at our discretion or in response to regulatory requirements by sending you a notice describing the relevant changes. Such changes will become effective from a date specified in the notice.
