2 Page 1 of 4 FACILITIES Facilities for the acceptance and handling of helicopters at Doncaster Racecourse will be provided throughout the period by Rotary Wing Ltd. Rotary Wing Ltd operate the Temporary Heliport on behalf of Doncaster Racecourse Management Co. Ltd. The site is unlicensed therefore intending operators will be required to obtain the appropriate permission from the CAA from the Rules of the Air regulations. Class D Controlled Airspace is now established around Doncaster Airport. ACCEPTANCE Acceptance is STRICTLY Prior Permission Required. Written permission will be issued upon receipt of completed:- a. Booking Form b. Indemnity Form c. Note:- Arrival/Departure times can not be guaranteed. Doncaster Racecourse will not allow aircraft to start its engines, arrive or depart whilst horses are on the course. Please be patient. SECURITY You will find a blank General Aviation Report on page 6. One report must be completed for each aircraft movement and returned to:- portsunit@southyorks.pnn.police.uk Tel: Fax: Failure to complete a General Aviation Report may result in your passengers being detained until their identification can be confirmed.

We further confirm that we have in force Third Party Insurance for the limit of no less than Pounds Sterling 5,000,000 any one accident and such policy/ies have been endorsed to include the above named as additional assured subject to a one way cross liability clause. We further confirm that a hold harmless and waiver of rights of subrogation has been endorsed on the Hull policy (if insured) in favor of the above named. A.
