3 (c) The Executive may approve or disapprove membership to any person for various reasons; (d) The following types of membership shall also be available; (i) Associate membership, i.e. members of other organise*? tions not affiliated to GRACA, whose aims and 3 objectives are not in conflict with these organisation; (ii) Co-opted membership, i.e. persons co-opted by tbe Executive by reason of their specialised knowledge ^ and experience. (e) All members, including associates and co-opts shall have full voting power. *, 5. COMMITTEES (a) The Executive shall be the policy-making body (b) It shall have the powers to form sub-committees as well 4 as other committees; (c) It shall determine the number and composition of such committees; (d) It shall determine the terms, conditions and powers of such committees; ' (e) It shall have the power to disband any committee or change or add to the members originally appointed to serve on such committees; (f) It shall frame such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the smoth-running of the work of GRACA; (0) It shall have the power to accept or reject membership re any person for various reason; (h) It shall expel or take any diaciplinary actions against any member of GRACA whenever deemed necessary; (1) It shall deal with any matters that are not specifically provided for by the constitution; (j) It shall plan and supervise the work of GRACA; (k) It shall represent the residents of the Grahamstown townships.
