Cause Of Loss: Hurricane Wind and Rain, Major loss for flood Inspection Revealed The Following: Former business, metal building, converted to home. Building has a metal roof. Dwelling Roof: Inspected roof - 1 story, metal roof, Approximately 10 years old. There is no damage to the metal building roof. All panels and place, interior damage was caused by wind driven rain through corrugated roof and seams and metal roof. Dwelling Elevations: Presence of flooding near 13 inches. There was no damage to any elevation by hurricane wind. Front: No hurricane wind damage to this elevation. Right: No hurricane wind damage to this elevation. Back: No hurricane wind damage to this elevation. Left: No hurricane wind damage to this elevation. Interior: There is water damage to the insulation in visqueen ceilings in the storage and loft rooms, back bedroom and living room ceiling tiles due to wind driven rain. All interior rooms were flooded with 9+ inches of floodwater and rain. Other Structures: There are no other structures. Priors: There is no prior claim. Contents: There is flood related damage to contents. No coverage for contents. ALE /Salvage: All damages that warrant ALE, are all flood related.. There is no flood insurance for this property. ALE: No additional living expense for wind damage. ALE is needed, due to flood damage. Salvage: No salvageable items were damaged. All items were wind and flood water damaged and non salvageable.
