2 INTRODUCTION OPERATION SAFETY FAQ S TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICE WARRANTY CONTACT INFORMATION OPERATION/USE Inflate & Go high jump landing system is intended to be used with adult supervision. 1. Check pit landing area for any sharp objects 2. If using on rough surface, lay down appropriate sized tarp or protection sheet (not supplied). (fig. 1) 3. Remove inflatable bladder from storage container (by pulling on 1 straps under bladder) and lay on landing area or protective tarp. (see fig. 2) 4. Hook-up tubing to blower. ( fig 3) 5. Plug in unit to 110v grounded outlet and turn unit on. (fig 4) 6. Secure pit in place using loops on bottom of pit (secure to anchors or sandbags, DO NOT USE TOPCOVER CLIPS TO ANCHOR TO GROUND) ( fig 5 ) 7. Unit will fully inflate with in 2-3 minutes. (fig 6) INTRODUCTION TO INFLATE & GO Your new Inflate & Go high jump landing system is an easily portable high jump landing system designed specifically to help your athletes perform. The pit can be set up in as little as five minutes. The Inflate & Go pit is designed to be set up and taken down by one person. This is not only a safer process than the traditional foam pits, but it reduces the liability issues by storing the inflatable pit in a lockable storage box. The storage box also eliminates the possibility of vandalism and damage due to weather exposure. With proper care of your Inflate & Go landing system, you will enjoy years of use and you and your athletes will be able to PRACTICE, COMPETE AND ACHIEVE your high jump goals. 8. Unfold foam top cover on base unit and attach to base. (fig 6 & 7) 9. Check pit for complete inflation before attempting to jump on pit. STORAGE 1. Switch tubing from blower opening to suction opening. (fig 8) 2. Make sure lid of storage container is closed. (blower will not remove air without the lid closed) 3. As pit deflates, remove foam cover, roll up and fold in half. (fig. 9 & 10) 4. When pit is fully deflated, fold inflatable bladder in thirds and fold, starting with the opposite end of tubing with first fold being approximately wide. (fig. 11 & 12) 5. Shut blower off. 6. Place bladder in storage container and close lid. (fig 13 & 14) 7. Lay folded foam top cover on storage container. (fig 15) 8. Store unit indoors in a clean dry environment to ensure long life.

3 TROUBLESHOOTING: 1. Blower does not turn on Make sure blower is plugged in, inside the storage unit and outside the storage unit. Make sure you have 110v power to the outlet. Make sure blower switch is on. (fig 4) 2. Pit will not inflate. Make sure tubing is connected to the blower outlet. (fig 3) Fig 1 Fig 2 Make sure zipper on the bottom of the pit is closed. Check to see if pit has been torn. 3. Pit is too hard or bounces too much. Open Zipper ( back bottom center of pit) fold back Velcro closure to allow more air to escape center bladder. Trial and error to desired firmness/softness. 3. Pit will not deflate very fast. Make sure tubing is attached to appropriate opening. (fig 8) Make sure lid on storage container is closed. 4. 5 SAFETY/PRECAUTIONS Do not jump on pit until fully inflated and fastened down Do not jump on pit without adult supervision Do not jump on pit if blower is not connected and turned on ONLY ONE JUMPER ON THE PIT AT A TIME Do not jump on pit with any needle spikes (use only 1/8 cone spikes or less) You must pay the purchase price and all other amounts payable with respect to the product (such as shipping, insurance and sales taxes) on the date of shipment of the product to you. The purchase price and other amounts will be billed to the credit card number you provided to ASK, but the inability of ASK to bill that credit card for any reason (such as due to credit limits or your revoking payment authorization) will not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full purchase price and other amounts payable by you. ASK may withhold shipment of the product until the purchase price and all other amounts have been paid in full. The title to, and all risk of loss of, the product passes to you upon the tender of the product by ASK to the carrier for the shipment of the product. You bear the risk of loss or damage arising during shipment, and you are responsible for insuring the product during shipment. ASK may, but is not obligated to, insure the product against loss or damage during shipment. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and expenses, any insurance you determine to obtain on the product and all sales and other similar taxes payable on the sale of the product to you by ASK. Do not jump on pit to deflate Do not jump on pit from ladder or elevated platform Serious injury may result from inappropriate use of Inflate & Go Pit You will be deemed to have accepted the product unless you notify ASK in writing of your rejection of the product and you return the product to ASK in accordance with instructions provided by ASK within two days of your receipt of the product. You may, however, only reject the product for proper cause, which means the product failed to meet the warranties provided by ASK. You will bear the costs and risk of loss of returning the product to ASK, but ASK will reimburse you for those costs within 10 days of ASK's confirmation that the product was timely rejected and returned and for proper cause. If the product is timely rejected and returned and for proper cause, ASK will provide you with a replacement for the product, and ASK will pay for the shipping of the replacement product to you. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ABOVE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO USER OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO PIT. WARRANTY A.S.K. ENTERPRISES, INC. ("ASK") TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR INFLATABLE HIGH JUMP LANDING PRODUCT AND STORAGE UNIT (the "product") The purchaser of the product is referred to in these Terms by words such as "you" and "your". A purchase order for the product may be taken by ASK by phone or in writing (including by fax or ). A purchase order is not binding upon ASK until it has been accepted by ASK. All purchase orders for the product are irrevocable by you upon acceptance of the purchase order by ASK. ASK warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the inflatable pit which is part of the product and the storage unit for the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of shipment by ASK (the "Warranty Period") under normal use and service and if they are used, maintained, operated and stored in compliance with the owners manual and other instructions and requirements provided by ASK. This warranty is not applicable, however, if the failure of the inflatable pit or the storage unit to meet the warranty in any way arises from (i) damage during shipment; (ii) accident or abuse; (iii) occurrences or circumstances beyond ASK's control, including fire, flood, weather or other acts of God or force majeure; (iv) negligent, willful or intentional acts or omissions by you or others, such as vandalism; (v) repair, maintenance, modification or customization by anyone other than ASK or its designated agent; (vi) electrical or other issues or problems external to the product; or (vii) ordinary wear and tear and depreciation. This warranty also does not cover damage or defects to the outward appearance of the inflatable pit or storage unit, such as scratches, chips, dents, fading, stretching or color variations. If the inflatable pit or the storage unit fail to conform to the above warranty during the Warranty Period and you provide written notice to ASK within the Warranty Period and within two days of the date you became aware of the failure, ASK will, at its option, either repair or replace the inflatable pit or the storage unit. Your notice must include evidence that you are the original purchaser of the product, describe the alleged failure to meet the above warranty, and the date you discovered the failure. You must reasonably cooperate with ASK, including performing all troubleshooting steps as may be designated by ASK and allowing an on-site inspection and operation of the product by ASK or its designated agent. If shipment to ASK is deemed necessary or appropriate by ASK, you must ship the product or the parts which are designated by ASK to ASK, at your cost and risk of loss. ASK will reimburse you for those costs within 10 days of ASK's confirmation that you gave timely notice and of the failure of the inflatable pit or the storage unit to meet the above warranty. ASK's entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy under this Section is repair or replacement as expressly provided in this Section. Any repaired or replacement inflatable pit or storage unit shall be warranted as provided in this Section only for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If and to the extent they are assignable by ASK, ASK hereby assigns to you any warranties as may be provided by the manufacturer of the blower which is part of the product.

6 Except only for the limited express warranty given by ASK in Section 7 above, ASK makes no express warranties, and hereby excludes and disclaims in entirely all implied warranties (including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or noninfringement) with respect to the product, any repairs or replacements made or provided by ASK pursuant to Section 7 above, or any other matter whatsoever. Under no circumstances or theories will ASK be liable to you for any exemplary, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other indirect or similar damages whatsoever (including lost profits, business or goodwill) which in any way arise from or are related to or connected with the product, your or any other person's use of or inability to use the product, any act or omission of ASK or any of its agents, or otherwise, and even if ASK knew or should have known of the possibility of any of those damages. In addition, in no event and under no circumstances or theories shall ASK's total liability to you for any losses, damages, costs, expenses or other amounts exceed the amount paid by you for the product. You grant ASK a security interest in the Product until ASK has been paid in full. ASK will have all rights available under the Iowa Uniform Commercial Code. You will be responsible for, and will need to pay or reimburse ASK for, on demand, all attorneys' fees and court and other costs and expenses incurred by ASK which arise from your breach of these Terms or the related purchase order. You must pay interest to ASK at the rate of 1.5% per month, or, if less, the maximum rate allowed by law, on all amounts you owe to ASK which are not paid when due. ASK shall not be liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms or the related purchase order (including the failure to meet the shipment date) if the delay or failure occurred because of any circumstance or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of ASK, including any acts of God, computer failures, labor issues or delays or failures by any manufacturer, supplier or carrier. These Terms and the related purchase order are entered into and performable in the State of Iowa, and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the related purchase order may be litigated in any court sitting in the State of Iowa. No provision of these Terms or the related purchase order can be amended or waived except in a writing executed by ASK. These Terms and the related purchase order may be executed or entered into by any number of separate counterparts, including by facsimile or , and all of said counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. These Terms and the related purchase order constitute the entire agreement between you and ASK, and all sales of the product are expressly limited solely to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and the related purchase order. ASK objects to any terms or conditions set forth in any documents or other correspondence you may provide to ASK, and no additional, different or inconsistent terms shall be a part of these Terms or the related purchase order or shall have any force or effect whatsoever. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any related purchase order, these Terms shall govern and control to the full extent of such conflict or inconsistency. These Terms and the related purchase order are binding upon and enforceable by your and ASK's respective successors and assigns. There are no third party beneficiaries to these Terms or the related purchase order. NOTES:
