1 Page 1 of 15 LOUDOUN MUTUAL This endorsement changes the Property coverage provided by this policy -- PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY -- EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN COVERAGE AGREEMENT In return for your payment of the required premium, we provide the coverage described in this endorsement during the policy period. This coverage is subject to the terms of this endorsement; the declarations ; the Policy Conditions, Additional Policy Terms Applicable to All Property Coverages, Additional Policy Conditions, and Property Coverage Terms; and the Farm Coverage and Farm Income Coverage, except as provided below. PART A DWELLING COVERAGES A, B, C AND D DEFINITIONS The following definitions are added with respect to the dwelling coverage provided by this endorsement. 1. Dwelling accident means sudden and accidental: a. Mechanical or electrical breakdown; or b. Tearing apart, cracking, burning, or bulging of a steam or hot water heating system or an air conditioning system; That results in direct physical damage to covered dwelling equipment. 2. Covered dwelling equipment -- a. Covered dwelling equipment means: 1) Property covered under Coverage A -- Residence, Coverage B -- Related Private Structures, Coverage C -- Personal Property or additional farm dwellings covered under Coverage E -- Farm Barns, Buildings and Structures that: a) Generates, transmits, or utilizes energy; or b) During normal usage, operates under vacuum or pressure, other than the weight of its contents; 2) Well pumps; or 3) Outdoor electrical wiring, switch boxes, fuse boxes, and any other outdoor electrical equipment mounted on panels or poles. With respect to property covered under Coverage E, covered equipment means only property described under 2.a.1) above, that pertains to an additional farm dwelling covered under Coverage E for which a limit is shown on the declarations. Covered dwelling equipment may utilize conventional design and technology or new or newly commercialized design and technology. b. However, covered dwelling equipment does not include: 1) Supporting structures, cabinets, or compartments; 2) Insulating material associated with covered dwelling equipment ; 3) Water piping other than boiler feedwater piping, boiler condensate return piping, or water piping connected to a heating or air conditioning system; 4) Wastewater piping or piping forming a part of a fire protective sprinkler or irrigation system; 5) Buried or encased piping or buried vessels. However, interior buried or encased piping connected to a heating or air conditioning system is

2 Page 2 of 15 covered dwelling equipment ; or 6) Software or electronic data. 3. One dwelling accident means: If an initial dwelling accident causes other dwelling accidents, all will be considered one dwelling accident. All dwelling accidents that are the result of the same event will be considered one dwelling accident. 4. Recognized environmental standards program means one of the following: a. The United States Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR program; b. The U.S. Green Building Council LEED program; c. FORTIFIED homes certified by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS); d. The Green Building Initiative GREEN GLOBES program; or e. Any nationally or internationally recognized environmental standards program designed to achieve energy savings and related objectives of the type included in the programs listed above. PROPERTY COVERAGES The following coverages are added: 1. Equipment Breakdown Coverage a. Subject to all the terms of this endorsement, we pay for direct physical damage to covered dwelling equipment that is the result of a "dwelling accident". b. The most we pay for any one dwelling accident is the applicable limit of insurance except as shown in item c. below. c. Item b. above does not apply to property described under item 2.a.2) or item 2.a.3) of the definition of covered dwelling equipment. for any one dwelling accident for damage to property described under item 2.a.2) or item 2.a.3) of the definition of covered dwelling equipment. This does not increase the Coverage A limit. d. The coverage provided by this endorsement does not apply to any property that is not covered dwelling equipment, except covered property to the extent it is covered under Spoilage or Green coverage terms of this endorsement. e. Except with respect to property described under item 2.a.2) or item 2.a.3) of the definition of covered dwelling equipment, the coverage provided by this endorsement does not increase the limits that apply to the property covered. 2. Expediting Expenses -- With respect to your covered dwelling equipment that is damaged as the result of a dwelling accident, we pay the reasonable extra cost to: a. Make temporary repairs; and b. Expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement. With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the most we pay under Expediting Expenses for any one dwelling accident is $50, Pollutants -- We pay for the additional cost to repair or replace covered property because of contamination by pollutants. This includes the additional expenses to clean up or dispose of such property. Additional costs mean those in excess of what would have been required to repair or replace damage to covered property had no pollutants been involved. With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the most we pay for pollutants related to property covered under Coverage A, Coverage B or Coverage C is $3,000. The Coverage A limit is the most we pay

3 Page 3 of Additional Living Costs And Loss Of Rent -- Coverage for Additional Living Costs And Loss Of Rent, as described under Coverage D, is extended to the coverage provided by this endorsement. 5. Spoilage -- With respect to your refrigerated Personal Property or refrigerated Farm Personal Property we pay: a. For physical damage due to spoilage that is the result of a dwelling accident ; b. Any necessary expenses you incur to reduce the amount of loss under this coverage to the extent that they do not exceed the amount of loss that otherwise would have been payable under this coverage. With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, the most we pay under Spoilage is $3,000 for any one dwelling accident. 6. Green -- With respect to your covered property, we pay your additional cost: a. To repair damaged property using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if repair is the least expensive option; b. To replace damaged property using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if replacement is the least expensive option; c. To dispose of damaged property or equipment, if practicable, through a recycling process; and d. To flush out reconstructed space with up to 100% outside air using new filtration media. With respect to any building that is covered property and was, at the time of the dwelling accident, certified by a recognized environmental standards program, we pay your additional cost: a. To prevent a lapse of such certification; b. To reinstate the certification or replace it with an equivalent certification; c. For an engineer authorized by a recognized environmental standards program to oversee the repair or replacement of the damaged covered property; and d. For a Professional Engineer to commission or recommission your damaged mechanical, electrical, or electronic building systems. As used in this coverage, additional costs mean those beyond what would have been payable under this Equipment Breakdown Coverage in the absence of this Green coverage. This coverage is subject to the following provisions: a. This coverage applies in addition to any coverage that may apply under the Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements condition of this endorsement, or any other applicable coverage. b. This coverage only applies to covered property that must be repaired or replaced as a direct result of a dwelling accident. c. This coverage does not apply to any covered property to which actual cash value applies. d. With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement for Coverages A, B and C, the most we pay under Green for loss, damage or expense arising out of any one dwelling accident is $3,000. EXCLUSIONS 1. With respect to policies that include forms FO-1 or FO 0001, FO-2 or FO 0002, FO-3 or FO 0003 or FO-6 or FO 0006, the coverage provided by this endorsement is subject to the General Exclusions under Additional Policy Terms Applicable To All Property Coverages.

4 Page 4 of 15 With respect to policies that include form FO-3 or FO 0003, the coverage provided by this endorsement is also subject to Exclusions Applying to Coverages A, B and C. With respect to policies that include form FO 0005, the coverage provided by this endorsement is subject to the Exclusions That Apply To Property Coverages. With respect to any additional farm dwellings for which a limit is shown on the declarations, the coverage provided by this endorsement is also subject to the Exclusions Applying to Coverage E when the additional farm dwelling is subject to the terms of endorsement FO-362 or FO- 0362, Special Form Coverage. 2. The following exclusions are added with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement: a. We do not pay for loss, damage, or expense caused by or resulting from electrical power surge or brown out, whether or not caused by lightning. However, with respect to policies that include forms FO-2 or FO 0002, or FO-3 or FO 0003, for personal property covered under Coverage C, we pay for loss to tubes, transistors and similar electronic components, caused by or resulting from artificially generated electrical current. b. We do not pay for loss, damage, or expense that is the result of a dwelling accident caused by or resulting from: fire (including fire resulting from a dwelling accident ); or water or other means used to extinguish a fire; lightning; windstorm or hail; explosion; smoke; aircraft or vehicles; breakage of glass; molten material; riot or civil commotion; vandalism; malicious mischief; theft; sprinkler leakage; falling objects; weight of snow, ice or sleet; freezing (caused by cold weather); collapse; flood, surface water, waves, tides, tidal waves, overflow of any body of water, or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not; mudslide or mudflow; or water that backs up or overflows from a sewer, drain or sump, and any other water damage including water damage resulting from a dwelling accident ; or any earth movement, including but not limited to earthquake, subsidence, sinkhole collapse, landslide, earth sinking, tsunami or volcanic action. c. We do not pay for loss, damage or expense caused by or resulting from any defect, programming error, programming limitation, computer virus, malicious code, loss of data, loss of access, loss of use, loss of functionality or other condition within or involving data or media of any kind. But if a dwelling accident results, we will pay for the resulting loss, damage or expense caused by that dwelling accident. d. We do not pay for loss, damage or expense caused by or resulting from misalignment, miscalibration, tripping offline or any condition which can be corrected by resetting, tightening, adjusting or cleaning, or by the performance of maintenance. But if a dwelling accident results, we pay for the resulting loss, damage or expense caused by that dwelling accident. 3. No reference to mechanical breakdown under exclusions in the policy to which this endorsement is attached applies to the coverage provided by this endorsement. HOW MUCH WE PAY FOR LOSS OR CLAIM The Deductible provision is deleted and replaced by the following with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement. Deductible We pay only that part of the loss that exceeds $500. No other deductible applies to this PART A coverage. 2. Subject to the limits that apply, we pay that part of the loss, damage or expense over the deductible. The deductible applies per any one dwelling accident. Only one deductible applies at each location.

5 Page 5 of 15 LOSS SETTLEMENT PROVISIONS The Loss Settlement Provisions are deleted and replaced by the following with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement. Loss Settlement Provisions 1. Subject to all the terms of How Much We Pay For Loss Or Claim, our payment for damaged covered property will be the smallest of: a. The limit that applies to the damaged property; b. The cost to repair the damaged property; c. The cost to replace the damaged property on the same premises; or Environmental, Safety, And Efficiency Improvements -- If covered dwelling equipment must be replaced due to a dwelling accident, we pay the additional cost to replace such covered dwelling equipment with equipment that is better for the environment, safer for people, or more energy or water efficient than the equipment being replaced. However, the amount we pay to replace covered dwelling equipment as described above is limited to 150% of the amount we would have paid to replace covered dwelling equipment with property that is equivalent to the equipment being replaced. This condition does not increase the limits that apply to the property covered. This condition does not apply to any property that is covered on an actual cash value basis. d. The necessary amount actually spent to repair or replace the damaged property. 2. Except as described under Green coverage and the Environmental, Safety, And Efficiency Improvements condition set forth by this endorsement, you are responsible for the extra cost of replacing damaged property with property of a better kind or quality or of a different size or capacity. 3. If you do not repair or replace the damaged property within 24 months after the date of the dwelling accident, then we pay only the smaller of: a. The cost to repair or replace the damage at the time of the dwelling accident ; or b. The actual cash value of the damaged property at the time of the "dwelling accident". OTHER CONDITION The following condition is added with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement.

6 Page 6 of 15 PART B - FARM BUSINESS COVERAGES E, F, G AND FO-360 DEFINITIONS 1. When the policy to which this endorsement is attached includes Farm Income Coverage, the definition of restoration period is deleted and replaced by the following definition with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement: Restoration period means the time it should reasonably take to resume the described farming operation starting from the date of loss to the property described on the Schedule of Operations caused by a farm business accident, and ending on the date when the described property should be rebuilt, repaired, or replaced. This period of time is not limited by the expiration date of the policy. This does not include any increase in time due to: a. The enforcement of any ordinance, law, or decree that regulates or requires the construction, use, repair, or demolition of any property; or b. The enforcement of any ordinance, law, or decree that requires that any insured or others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify, neutralize, or in any way respond to or assess the effects of pollutants. 2. The following definitions are added with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement. a. Farm business accident means a fortuitous event that causes direct physical damage to covered farm equipment. The event must be one of the following: 1) Mechanical breakdown or rupturing or bursting of moving parts of machinery caused by centrifugal force; 2) Loss caused by arcing or electrical currents other than lightning; 3) Explosion of steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turbines, or steam engines that you own or lease or that are operated under your control; 4) Loss to steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turbines, or steam engines caused by or resulting from any condition or event within such equipment; or 5) Loss to hot water boilers or other water heating equipment caused by or resulting from any condition or event within such equipment. b. Covered farm equipment means, covered property under Coverage E -- Farm Barns, Buildings and Structures, Coverage F -- Scheduled Farm Personal Property, and Coverage G -- Unscheduled Farm Personal Property: 1) That generates, transmits, or utilizes energy; or 2) Which, during normal usage, operates under vacuum or pressure, other than weight of contents. Covered farm equipment may utilize conventional design and technology or new or newly commercialized design and technology. Covered farm equipment does not mean: 1) Equipment manufactured by you for sale; 2) Cabinets or compartments that cover or house covered farm equipment ; 3) Buildings or structures; 4) Foundations that support covered farm equipment ; 5) Sewer piping, buried vessels or piping and vessels, or piping forming a part of a sprinkler or fire suppression system; 6) Water piping other than boiler feedwater piping, boiler condensate return piping, or water piping for heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration systems; 7) Dragline, construction, or excavation equipment;

7 Page 7 of 15 8) Non-farm vehicles or any equipment mounted on a non-farm vehicle 9) Aircraft, watercraft or recreational vehicles; 10) Insulating or refractory material; 11) Satellite, spacecraft, or any equipment mounted on a satellite or spacecraft; or 12) Irrigation systems, except as follows: a) As respects pivot irrigation systems, covered farm equipment does include the central pivot, the wheels, and the drive mechanisms for the swing arm and corner attachments, including but not limited to motors and gears; and b) As respects all irrigation systems, covered farm equipment does include sensors, controls, and pumps and drive motors and drive engines used with such pumps. c. Data means information or instructions stored in digital code capable of being processed by machinery. d. Media means material on which data is recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, hard drives, optical storage drives or CD/DVD drives. e. One farm business accident means all of the farm business accidents caused by or resulting from an initial farm business accident. All farm business accidents that are the result of the same occurrence will be considered one farm business accident. f. Perishable stock means any covered property, other than live animals, subject to deterioration or impairment as a result of a change of conditions, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, or pressure. g. Recognized environmental standards program means one of the following: 1) The United States Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR program; 2) The U.S. Green Building Council LEED program; 3) FORTIFIED homes certified by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS); 4) The Green Building Initiative GREEN GLOBES program; or 5) Any nationally or internationally recognized environmental standards program designed to achieve energy savings and related objectives of the type included in the programs listed above. h. Vehicle-mounted global positioning system (GPS) means: 1) a device or system that receives signals from a GPS satellite and direct current input power from a vehicle's electrical system; and 2) the controller computer associated with this system. PROPERTY NOT COVERED UNDER COVERAGES E, F, OR G With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, Property Not Covered Under Coverages E, F, or G in form FO-6 or FO 0006 or form FL-6 or FL 0006 is amended to include the following. We do not cover under Coverages E, F or G: 1. Animals, except as provided under Incidental Property Coverages; 2. Alcohol stills; 3. Household contents; or 4. Any farm dwelling, including additions, fixtures, and outdoor equipment for servicing that dwelling.

8 Page 8 of 15 INCIDENTAL PROPERTY COVERAGES We provide the following additional coverages for loss caused by or resulting from a farm business accident. These coverages do not provide additional insurance. 1. Expediting Expenses -- With respect to your damaged covered property, we pay up to $50,000 for the reasonable extra cost to: a. Make temporary repairs; and b. Expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement. 2. Pollutants -- We pay for the additional cost to repair or replace covered property because of contamination by pollutants. This includes the additional expenses to clean up or dispose of such property. This does not include contamination of perishable stock by a refrigerant, including but not limited to ammonia, which is addressed under Spoilage below. Additional costs mean those in excess of what would have been required to repair or replace damage to covered property had no pollutants been involved. The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this coverage, including actual loss of Farm Income you sustain if the policy to which this endorsement is attached provides such coverage, is $50, Spoilage -- We pay for: a. Physical damage to perishable stock due to spoilage; b. Physical damage to perishable stock due to contamination from the release of a refrigerant, including but not limited to ammonia; and c. Any necessary expenses you incur to reduce the amount of loss under this coverage, to the extent that they do not exceed the amount of loss that otherwise would have been payable under this coverage. If you are unable to replace the perishable stock before its anticipated sale, the amount of our payment will be determined on the basis of the sales price of the perishable stock at the time of the farm business accident, less discounts and expenses you otherwise would have incurred. Otherwise, our payment will be determined in accordance with the Loss Settlement Provisions. The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this coverage is $250, Data Restoration -- We pay for your reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace, and restore lost data. The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this coverage, including actual loss of Farm Income you sustain if the policy to which this endorsement is attached provides such coverage, is $50, Utility Service Interruption -- Any insurance provided for Farm Income or Spoilage is extended to apply to your loss, damage, or expense caused by a farm business accident to equipment, including overhead transmission lines, that is owned by a utility, landlord, a landlord s utility or other supplier who provides you with any of the following services: electrical power, waste disposal, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, natural gas, compressed air, water, steam, internet access, telecommunications services, wide area networks, or data transmission. The equipment must meet the definition of covered farm equipment, except that it is not covered property. The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this coverage is the limit that applies to Farm Income or Spoilage. 6. Livestock, Poultry and Other Animals -- a. Confined Livestock and Poultry --

9 Page 9 of 15 We pay for loss resulting in death or necessary destruction of livestock or poultry covered under Coverages F and G confined within building(s) at the insured premises caused by a farm business accident. The most we pay for covered confined livestock or poultry loss is $25,000. b. Non-confined Livestock Poultry and Other Animals -- Any insurance provided under Coverages F and G of the policy to which this endorsement is attached for covered livestock, poultry, bees, worms, fish and other animals is extended to the coverage provided by this endorsement. This Clause b. coverage does not apply to livestock or poultry housed in confinement buildings. 7. Mobile Farm Machinery and Equipment -- Subject to the terms of this endorsement, any insurance provided under Coverages F and G of the policy to which this endorsement is attached or under Farm Machinery Endorsement FO-360 for mobile farm machinery and equipment, is extended to PART B. of this endorsement for: a. Loss or damage to covered mobile farm machinery and equipment; and b. Loss or damage to equipment or farming implements mounted on any covered mobile farm machinery and equipment Resulting from a farm business accident. The most we pay for loss, damage or expense under this coverage is $10, Green -- With respect to your covered property, we pay your additional cost: a. To repair damaged property using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if repair is the least expensive option; b. To replace damaged property using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if replacement is the least expensive option; c. To dispose of damaged property or equipment, if practicable, through a recycling process; and d. To flush out reconstructed space with up to 100% outside air using new filtration media. With respect to any building that is covered property and was, at the time of the farm business accident, certified by a recognized environmental standards program, we pay your additional cost: a. With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, the most we pay under Green for Coverages E, F and G including actual loss of Farm Income you sustain if the policy to which this endorsement is attached provides such coverage, is $100,000. Farm Income loss is subject to the Farm Income limit and does not increase the limit provided for Green. FARM INCOME COVERAGE The coverage provided by this endorsement is extended to apply with respect to coverage for Farm Income, Extra Expense, or Farm Rents, if provided by the policy to which this endorsement is attached. The most we pay under this endorsement with respect to coverage for Farm Income, Extra Expense, or Farm Rents is the limit provided by the Policy to which this endorsement is attached or $10,000, whichever is less. PERILS SECTION -- COVERAGES E, F, AND G We insure against direct physical damage to covered property that is the direct result of a farm business accident. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, the General Exclusions in form FO-20 or FO 0020 and the General Exclusions -- Coverages E, F, and G in form FL-6 or FL 0006 are amended as follows. 1. Wear and Tear is deleted and replaced by the following: Wear and Tear We do not pay for loss which results from wear and tear, marring, deterioration, inherent vice, latent defect, rust, wet or dry rot, corrosion, contamination, or smog. But if a farm business accident results, we pay for the resulting loss, damage, or expense. 2. The following exclusions are added: a. We do not pay for loss, damage, or expense caused by or resulting from: 1) Any defect, programming error, programming limitation, computer virus, malicious code, loss of data, loss of access, loss of use, loss of functionality, or other condition within or involving data or media of any kind. But if a farm business accident results, we pay for the resulting loss, damage, or expense; 2) Any of the following tests: a hydrostatic, pneumatic, or gas pressure test of any boiler or pressure vessel or an electrical insulation breakdown test of any type of electrical equipment; 3) The discharge of water or other extinguishing agent to fight a fire; 4) Electrocution of any livestock, poultry or other animal; 5) Foreign objects taken into any mobile farm machinery or equipment; or 6) Misalignment, miscalibration, tripping off-line or any condition which can be corrected by resetting, tightening, adjusting or cleaning, or by the performance of maintenance. But if a farm business accident results, we pay for the resulting loss, damage or expense. b. We do not pay for loss caused by animals, including birds, insects, or vermin. However, we do pay for loss or damage caused by a farm business accident. c. We do not pay for loss, damage, or expense that is the result of a farm business accident caused by or resulting from: fire (including fire resulting from a farm business accident ); or water or other means used to extinguish a fire;

11 Page 11 of 15 lightning; windstorm or hail; explosion, except as specifically provided in PART B Definition 2.a.3) of this endorsement; smoke; aircraft or vehicles; breakage of glass; molten material; riot or civil commotion; vandalism; malicious mischief; theft; sprinkler leakage; falling objects; weight of snow, ice or sleet; freezing (caused by cold weather); collapse; collision or upset of any mobile farm machinery or equipment; flood, surface water, waves, tides, tidal waves, overflow of any body of water, or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not; mudslide or mudflow; or water that backs up or overflows from a sewer, drain or sump, and any other water damage except for water damage resulting from a farm business accident ; or any earth movement, including but not limited to earthquake, subsidence, sinkhole collapse, landslide, earth sinking, tsunami or volcanic action. d. With respect to Farm Income and Utility Service Interruption coverages, we do not pay for any contractual penalty resulting from an agreement between you and your customer or supplier. e. We do not pay for loss, damage, or expense caused directly or indirectly by any kind or form of fungus, including but not limited to mildew and mold, and any chemical, matter, or compound produced or released by a fungus, including but not limited to toxins, spores, fragments, and metabolites such as microbial volatile organic compounds, whether or not caused by or resulting from a farm business accident. This includes, but is not limited to, costs arising from clean up, removal, or abatement of fungus as described above. However, we do pay for loss that is caused by a farm business accident that results from such fungus, unless the loss is limited or caused by another peril that is excluded under the Equipment Breakdown coverage terms. This exclusion does not apply to spoilage of personal property that is perishable stock, to the extent that spoilage is covered under the terms of this endorsement. f. With respect to Data Restoration coverage, we do not pay to reproduce: 1) Software programs or operating systems that are not commercially available; or 2) Data that is obsolete, unnecessary, or useless to you. g. With respect to confined livestock and poultry loss, we do not pay for loss of covered livestock or poultry caused by or resulting from: 1) Tripped or open circuit breakers; 2) Shutting off of any switch or other device which controls the flow of electrical power to ventilation equipment; or 3) The inability of an electrical utility company or any other power source to provide sufficient power due to: a) Lack of fuel; b) Lack of capacity to generate enough power; or c) Order of governmental authority. h. "We" do not pay for loss or damage to covered property resulting from a "farm business accident" to a "vehicle-mounted global positioning system (GPS)" except for the loss or damage to: 1) The "vehicle-mounted global positioning system (GPS)" itself; and 2) The steering assemblies; servomotors; or mixing, metering or hydraulic assemblies directly controlled by the vehicle-mounted global positioning system (GPS). HOW MUCH WE PAY FOR LOSS OR CLAIM 1. With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, Our Limit under How Much We Pay For Loss Or Claim in form FO-20 or FO

12 Page 12 of or in form FL-6 or FL 0006 is amended as follows: The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this endorsement arising from any one farm business accident is the applicable limit in the declarations. Coverage provided under this endorsement does not provide an additional amount of insurance. 2. With respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement, Deductible in form FO-20 or FO 0020 or in form FL-6 or FL 0006 is amended as follows: Deductible -- We do not pay for loss, damage or expense resulting from any one farm business accident until the amount of loss, damage or expense exceeds $500. We will then pay the amount of loss, damage or expense in excess of the Deductible up to the applicable limit. OTHER EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN CONDITIONS The following conditions are added with respect to the coverage provided by this endorsement. 1. Suspension -- When any covered farm equipment is discovered to be in or exposed to a dangerous situation or condition, any representative of ours may immediately suspend the insurance coverage against loss from a farm business accident to that equipment. We can do this by mailing or delivering a written notice of suspension to your address as shown on the declarations, or to the address where the covered farm equipment is located. Once so suspended, your insurance can be reinstated only by an endorsement for that covered farm equipment. If your insurance is so suspended, you will get a pro rata premium refund. But the suspension is effective even if we have not yet offered or made a refund. equipment requires replacement due to a farm business accident, we pay your additional cost to replace with equipment that is better for the environment, safer for people, or more energy or water efficient than the equipment being replaced. However, we do not pay more than 150% of what the cost would have been to repair or replace with like kind and quality. This condition does not increase any of the applicable limits. This condition does not apply to any property which is covered on an Actual Cash Value basis. 3. Jurisdictional Inspections If any property that is covered farm equipment under this endorsement requires inspection to comply with state or municipal boiler and pressure vessel regulations, we agree to perform such inspection on your behalf. We do not warrant that conditions are safe or healthful. 4. Confined Livestock and Poultry Loss -- With respect to confined livestock and poultry loss, the following conditions apply: a. You must maintain an alarm system consisting of a permanent connection to an automatic digital alarm phone system or a permanent connection to an automatic pager system. The system must be functioning 24 hours a day and be capable of alerting you or your farm manager in the event of a power interruption or mechanical breakdown. b. Each insured premises must have one or more fully functioning auxiliary generator(s) with sufficient capacity to properly operate the ventilating systems of all confinement building(s) at that insured premises. c. The functionality and effectiveness of the alarm system and the auxiliary generator(s) must be tested each month. 2. Environmental, Safety, and Efficiency Improvements -- If covered farm

13 LM-EBEE-SL Page 13 of 15 PART C SERVICE LINE COVERAGE COVERAGES A AND B Service Line Coverage is added to the Property Coverages section of your Dwelling Coverage form as an Incidental Property Coverage. DEFINITIONS With respect to the Service Line Coverage provided by this endorsement: 1. The following definitions are added: a. Covered service line 1) "Covered service line" means exterior underground piping and wiring, including permanent connections, valves or attached devices covered under Coverage A -- Residence or Coverage B -- Related Private Structures, providing one of the following services to your residence or related private structure: a) Communications, including cable transmission, data transmission, internet access and telecommunications; b) Compressed air; c) Drainage; d) Electrical power; e) Heating, including geothermal, natural gas, propane and steam; f) Waste disposal; or g) Water. 2) A covered service line must be owned by you or you must be responsible for its repair or replacement as required by law, regulation or service agreement. Should repair or replacement be your responsibility, a covered service line ends at the precise location where your responsibility for such repair or replacement ends. However, in no event will a covered service line extend beyond the point of connection to the main service or utility line. 2) Covered service line does not include: a) That part of piping or wiring that services covered property under Coverage E -- Farm Barns, Buildings and Structures, Coverage F -- Scheduled Farm Personal Property or Coverage G -- Unscheduled Farm Personal Property of your policy, if applicable; b) That part of piping or wiring that runs through or under a body of water, including but not limited to, a swimming pool, pond or lake; c) That part of piping or wiring that runs through or under a residence or related private structure; d) Piping or wiring that is not connected and ready for use. b. Earth movement means: 1) Earthquake, including land shock waves or tremors before, during or after a volcanic eruption; 3) Landslide, mudslide or mudflow; 4) Subsidence or sinkhole collapse; 5) Tsunami or volcanic action; or 5) Any other naturally occurring earth movement including earth sinking, rising or shifting. c. One service line failure means: If an initial service line failure causes other service line failures, all will be considered one service line failure. All service line failures that are the result of the same event will be considered one service line failure. d. Service line failure" means a leak, break, tear, rupture, collapse or arcing of a "covered service line not otherwise excluded by this endorsement. A service line failure may be caused by, but is not limited to, the following perils: 1) Wear and tear, marring, deterioration or hidden decay; 2) Rust or other corrosion; 3) Mechanical breakdown, latent defect or inherent vice; 4) Weight of vehicles, equipment, animals or people; 5) Vermin, insects, rodents or other animals;

14 LM-EBEE-SL Page 14 of 15 6) Artificially generated electrical current; 7) Freezing or frost heave; 8) External force from a shovel, backhoe or other form of excavation; or 9) Tree or other root invasion. Service line failure does not include blockage or low pressure of a covered service line when there is no physical damage to the covered service line. e. Recognized environmental standards program means one of the following: 1) The United States Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR program; 2) The U.S. Green Building Council LEED program; 3) FORTIFIED homes certified by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS); or 4) Any nationally or internationally recognized environmental standards program designed to achieve energy savings and related objectives of the type included in the programs listed above. 2. The definition of residence in your Dwelling Coverage form is deleted and replaced by: Residence means a one- to four-family house used mainly for family residential purposes. COVERAGES The following coverages are added subject to the Service Line Coverage limit of insurance shown under How Much We Pay For Loss Or Claim below: 1. Damages to "Covered Service Line" -- We pay for physical damage to your covered service line that is the direct result of a service line failure. 2. Excavation Costs -- With respect to your covered service line that is damaged as the result of a service line failure, we pay the necessary and reasonable excavation costs that are required to repair or replace the damaged covered service line. 3. Expediting Expenses -- With respect to your covered service line that is damaged as the result of a service line failure, we pay the reasonable extra cost to: a. Make temporary repairs; and b. Expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement. 4. Additional Living Costs and Loss of Rent -- Coverage for Additional Living Costs and Loss of Rent, as described under Coverage D, is extended to the coverage provided by this Service Line Coverage. 5. Outdoor Property -- We pay for your outdoor property, including but not limited to trees, plants, shrubs, lawns, walkways and driveways, damaged as a result of a service line failure or damaged during the excavation of your covered service line following a service line failure. 6. Green a. We pay your additional cost: 1) To repair your damaged covered service line using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if repair is the least expensive option as described in the Loss Settlement condition below; 2) To replace your damaged covered service line using equipment, materials and service firms required or recommended by a recognized environmental standards program, if replacement is the least expensive option as described in the Loss Settlement condition below; 3) To dispose of your damaged covered service line, if practicable, through a recycling process. b. As used in this coverage, additional costs mean those beyond what would have been payable under this endorsement in the absence of this Green coverage. c. This coverage is subject to the following provisions:

15 LM-EBEE-SL Page 15 of 15 1) This coverage applies in addition to any coverage that may apply under the Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements condition of this endorsement, or any other applicable coverage. 2) This coverage only applies to a covered service line that must be repaired or replaced as a direct result of a service line failure. d. The most we pay for loss, damage or expense arising out of any one service line failure is $3,000. EXCLUSIONS The following exclusions are added: 1. We do not pay for loss or damage to: a. Septic systems, including leach fields, septic tanks, pumps, motors or piping that runs from the septic tank to the leach fields, other than loss or damage to covered waste disposal piping running from your residence or related private structure to a septic tank; b. Water wells, including well pumps or motors; c. Heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps; or d. sprinkler system pumps, motors or heads. 2. We do not pay for loss or damage to a covered service line that is damaged while it is being installed, dismantled or repaired. However, this exclusion shall not apply if a covered service line failure necessitated such installation, dismantling or repair. 3. We do not pay under this Service Line Coverage for loss or damage caused by or resulting from any of the following causes of loss: a. Fire; or water or other means used to extinguish a fire; b. Explosion; c. Lightning; windstorm or hail; smoke; aircraft; riot or civil commotion; theft; breakage of glass; d. Flood, surface water, waves, tides, tidal waves, overflow of any body of water, or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not; or water that backs up or overflows from a sewer, drain or sump; or e. Earth movement, except for earth movement that results from the ground thawing after a freeze. 4. We do not pay to clean up or remove "pollutants", hazardous waste or sewage. 5. We do not pay additional costs incurred for loss or increased usage of water, natural gas, propane or any other service caused by or resulting from a service line failure. HOW MUCH WE PAY FOR LOSS OR CLAIM 1. Limit --The most we pay for loss, damage, or expense under this Service Line Coverage arising from any one service line failure is $10,000. Coverage provided under this Service Line Coverage does not provide an additional amount of insurance. 2. With respect to the coverage provided by this Service Line Coverage, Deductible and Loss Settlement Terms of the policy are deleted and replaced by the following: a. Deductible -- Subject to the limit that applies to this Service Line Coverage, we pay that part of the loss over $500. No other deductible applies to this Service Line Coverage. b. Loss Settlement Provisions 1) Subject to the terms shown under How Much We Pay For Loss Or Claim, our payment for damaged covered property will be the smallest of: a) The limit that applies to this Service Line Coverage ; b) The cost to repair the damaged property; c) The cost to replace the damaged property on the same premises; or

16 LM-EBEE-SL Page 16 of 15 d) The necessary amount actually spent to repair or replace the damaged property. 2) Except as described in the Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements condition set forth below, you are responsible for the extra cost of replacing damaged property with property of a better kind or quality or of a different size or capacity. 3) You are responsible for the extra cost to alter or relocate "covered service lines, unless such alteration or relocation is required by law or ordinance. CONDITION The following condition is added: Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements -- If a covered service line requires replacement due to a service line failure, we pay your additional cost to replace with materials that are better for the environment, safer for people or more energy or water efficient than the materials being replaced. However, we do not pay to increase the size or capacity of the materials and we do not pay more than 150% of what the cost would have been to replace with like kind and quality. This condition does not increase the limit that applies to this Service Line Coverage.
