Frame assembly made from strong, light weight powder coated material. It weighs less than 9 pounds. Bag can be recycled, reused, disposed or use as compost. Bag starts degrading after 12 months. 5 Gorilla Forks, LLC One Year Limited Warranty Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Gorilla Forks, LLC will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iii) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Gorilla Forks, LLC. In addition, Gorilla Forks, LLC reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country. How to Obtain Warranty Service: In order to enforce your rights under this Limited Warranty, you must follow these procedures: You must return the ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT to the Company. You must call the Company s Consumer Service Department at Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (MST) to notify the Company of the nature of the problem. At the Company s option, replacement parts or a new Product (either the same or equivalent value) will be sent to you at no charge. If you are instructed to return the Product to the Company for servicing, you are responsible for shipping the Product, at your expense, to the address designated by the Company in packaging that will protect against further damage. You must also include your name, address, daytime telephone number, Product model number, and a description of the problem. Gorilla Forks, LLC retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the device or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AND IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES. THE COMPANY S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REMUNERATION, AT ITS OPTION, OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
