We seek to develop true partnerships with our clients, and by understanding their needs and delivering to them high quality, relevant investment solutions. 9 Engage. Commit. Achieve. Delivering investment success for our institutional clients - 8 The financial stability of our parent company enables us to make plans and build with our clients future success in mind,, Achieving compelling investment outcomes Investing is at the heart of what we do, we are dedicated to growing the value of our clients assets. Our clients benefit from a leadership team that has extensive hands-on experience in portfolio management. Our investment teams are wholly accountable for their investment processes and decisions and they are fully incentivised to produce excellent long-term risk adjusted returns for our clients. While they manage diverse strategies, they share a number of common beliefs: that active management maximises long-term returns in inefficient markets; that a combination of systematic evaluation and qualitative insight is the best way to identify opportunities; and that risk management needs to be fully embedded in the investment process but also overseen by independent risk management experts. Our investment teams offer an attractive combination of experience, size and capacity. Our strategies aim to be in the asset management sweet spot, with assets under management that are large enough to exploit economies of scale but small enough to enable us to nimbly capitalise on opportunities as they arise. It goes without saying that we are committed to investment management, and will be here to act as a long-term partner to institutional investors. The financial stability of our parent company enables us to make plans and build with our clients future success in mind. This approach also applies to our staff, as our long-term incentive scheme has been designed to attract and retain experienced, talented investment professionals. our investment teams are fully incentivised to produce excellent long-term risk-adjusted returns for our clients
