Where you are at B. CONSUME As lamps, ballasts, bulbs, and igniters go out, replace with your stocked Fast-Lite product. Where you want to be C. ADJUST Adjust min/max levels to match the rate of consumption. USE YOUR MRO BUDGET Use the same budget you are currently using to purchase lamps, ballasts, bulbs, and igniters to buy Fast-Lite fixtures. In most cases this is a Maintenance Repair and Operations budget (MRO).
