What does the data tell us about the current landscape and challenges? Policy and institutional reforms to strengthen the alignment of these flows with national priorities and results Suggest or identify specific domestic reforms in policy and institutions required to link finance with results at country level Moderator: Tom Beloe, Governance, Climate Change Finance and Development Effectiveness Adviser, UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub & AP-DEF Secretariat Respondents: - Kathleen J. The session will discuss the concept of INFFs, introduced at the Addis Ababa FfD conference with a focus on how Development Finance Assessments (DFAs) and the Global Partnership monitoring process can contribute valuable evidence to efforts by countries to monitor SDG implementation. 2

What are policy options for aligning private sector investment with development goals? Working with ODA how can ODA catalyze the private sector and exhibit development results? How could the monitoring process can contribute to monitoring of the SDGs?
