Her grup versight f Energy Delivery and Custmer Service (ED&CS) prvided strategic directin fr: an electric system f 7,744 miles f verhead lines, 4,915 miles f undergrund lines, 1,508 miles f transmissin lines; a gas system with 5,210 miles f distributin lines and 89 miles f transmissin lines; interface with Jint Base San Antni, the Department f Defense s largest jint base with three installatins; a call center which engages with custmers thrugh 4.1 millin calls and 325k visits at fur walk-in centers annually, plus a Cmmunity Engagement team that includes a mbile Custmer Respnse Unit.
