T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S O F F R E E D E S I G N W I T H A I S M O R E Design request must be submitted through the AIS website: /DealerNet/DesignRequest/ Design request submissions must include all required details, and must include a block plan. Design services are offered exclusively for the MORE program and includes Matrix, MWall, AO2 and DiVi Permanent Monolithic only. Design turn-around time will be quoted at time of receipt of online design request by designer. AIS will provide 1 revision per design. Turn around time of revision will be quoted at time of receipt of revision request. Finishes will be applied only if provided at the time of the request, or if submitted with revision request. Completed design will be returned to dealer with an XML format. Order must be placed using E-orders in AIS DealerNet, using the provided XML. AIS will provide designs in CAP or GIZA format only. Dealer accepts full liability for accuracy of design upon quoting to end-user and order entry. H O W T O P L A C E Y O U R O R D E R S W H E N U S I N G A I S F R E E D E S I G N S E R V I C E S If you have used AIS Free Design Services for your design specs, AIS will provide you with a CAP or GIZA file as well as an XML file for order entry. When using AIS Free Design Services, all orders must be submitted online through eorders: /DealerNet/eOrders/, using XML format. T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S MORE program and discounting is only available for projects that are registered with AIS through the AIS website. Only individuals or persons who are employed with AIS Authorized Dealers in good standing may participate. SPIF payments do not apply for orders where discount is greater than 83% off list. SPIF MUST be submitted online prior to ship date to qualify. No retroactive SPIF payments will be issued. Checks are issued bi-weekly, and only after AIS has been paid in full and the purchasing dealer has no past due balance with AIS. All applicable state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the SPIF recipient. AIS will issue 1099 forms annually in compliance with Federal Tax Guidelines. To receive the same discount for add-on orders as the original project, add-on order must be placed 30 days from original Ship Date. For all add-on orders under $25,000 list, if add-on discount is allowed, Freight is additional and will be billed at actual freight cost. Applies for one additional order within the 30 day period. AIS Dealer Discounting: assumes purchase of complete workstations. Discounting is 2% less of list for orders where worksurfaces and pedestals are not included. Use of non-ais components voids AIS Lifetime Warranty, and UL Listing.
