This investment funds the rganizatin and their cmmunity wide prjects t imprve the Crete cmmunity thrugh purchasing land fr mre residential develpment, dwntwn revitalizatin, cmmunity events and etc. Again, all invices will include this investment, hwever, members may pt ut f this if chse t. If s, please subtract the $25.00 frm yur invice. Again, all cntributins t the CAIDC help fund and develp the businesses and cmmunity f Crete. Additinal Dues Infrmatin: Membership investment is deductible as a necessary business expense, nt as a charitable cntributin. Chamber investrs helped develp a fair and equitable investment frmula that incrprates bth the size and the nature f each business. This event includes a scial hur, dinner, brief annual meeting and awards presentatin. During this event, chamber members are given the pprtunity t see the accmplishments f the chamber in the year that has passed and view the gals fr the fllwing year. The fall festival is filled with distributin f pumpkins thrughut Main Street and a variety f events, entertainment, fd, games, craft shw, zip line, bunce huses and fun fr the whle family t enjy. This cmmunity wide event is the Chamber s largest event f the year with an utreach f ver 1,500 peple n actual festival day. It s a great pprtunity t bring yur family t dwntwn Crete after Sunday church r yur mrning activities. Fd Curt and Craft Shw pricing as well as spnsrship benefits will be released later in the year. In bth Crete and Wilber, dwntwn Main Street will prvide spectacular viewing pints, shpping turs, interactive events, educatinal presentatins, fd fair as well as a Band in The Street event in Crete n August 19th. Eclipse glasses and suvenir t-shirts will be available fr great keepsakes frm this memrable event. Additinal schedule f events in Wilber and Crete will be unveiled as the eclipse cmes clser. 6 Cmmunity Garage Sale This event is hsted n a weekend in June fr a large-scale cmmunity wide garage sale in Shpk s Parking Lt and arund the Crete Cmmunity. Chamber and cmmunity members can participate t sell and exchange their garage sale items in this cmmunity event r submit a residential listings. Participatin Csts: $5 per residential listing $10 per table in Shpk Parking Lt Eggstravaganza - Easter Egg Hunt The Chamber partners with Radiant Springs Church t hst a cmmunity wide Easter Egg hunt fr children t participate in the cmmunity annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Egg Hunt features ne large hunt area with a designated area fr yunger children. Chamber members have the pprtunity t purchase eggs and place tasty gdies and prmtinal materials in the eggs fr a lucky child t win. Spnsrship pprtunities: 10 eggs fr $5 30 eggs fr $15 50 eggs fr $ eggs fr $50 Chamber Glf Turnament This chamber glf turnament prvides a unique pprtunity t enjy a day f glf at the Cllege Heights Cuntry Club and the chance t netwrk with ther business assciates. We will use a big cup frmat t speed up play and the 4-persn scramble frmat pens up the turnament t all glfing abilities. This fun fundraiser helps raise the dllars needed t supprt the multitude f prgrams that serve ur schls, wrkplaces, and city thrugh the Crete Chamber f Cmmerce. This event cncludes with the Crete Hlidays Grand Prize Drawing which will be n the last Saturday befre Christmas.
