Coordinated and implemented invitation list, collateral materials, budget, event messaging, vendor contracts, theme, design and decor installation as well as secured sponsor funds and trades in excess of $300,000. Westfield Galleria at Roseville #EssentialSummer Roseville, CA JULY 2016 Designed infrastructure and decor and produced month-long #EssentialSummer program that included an exclusive farm-to-fork dinner featuring locally grown produce and pairings of local beer and wine with an informative presentation by the brewmasters and local vintners. The program also featured weekly demonstrations by retailers in a custom designed demonstration station and concluded with a beer and wine education celebration for key influencers and community members. Both major events sold out. Hamilton (Broadway) Tavern on the Green New York, New York JUNE 2016 Served as Associate Prodcuer for the official TONY'S after-party for 11- time TONY award-winning broadway show, Hamilton. Managed design/decor set-up, federal security inquiries and security team, VIP arrivals and riders, media inquiries and talent interviews. Roseville 2016 Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce Granite Bay, CA MAY 2016 Produced Roseville 2016, the region's leading annual economic development forum, and achieved a first-ever (event is 31 years old) sellout as well as exceeded exhibitor and sponsorship goals. Produced multifaceted trade show and program in addition to exceeding sponsorship and ticket sales goals, Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce Roseville, CA JANUARY-MAY 2016 Planned 30+ sold-out networking events during Interim Events Director contract. In addition to producing the event programming and logistics, also created and implemented the strategic and social media marketing plans and messaging for each individual event.
