4 Los Alamos National Laboratory Annual Budget An average of $2 billion LANL s Procurement Spend for FY11 was $918 million Of the $918 million spent, 51.4% of purchases were from small businesses, far exceeding the Lab s target of 46% Procurements of $528M dollars remained in New Mexico.
