Tax Rate Information on the 2018 budget, together with a true copy of the entire budget, is As of the date of introduction of this budget, the Local School and County Tax Rates available to the public for their inspection by contacting Wanda Kutzman at (908) have not been determined. Therefore, the 2018 Tax Rate and levies are subject to rate revision when final certification is made by the County Board of Taxation. Also included is an analysis of the municipality's tax levy "CAP". The levy CAP, as required by state statute, allows a 2% increase over the previous year's local tax levy with certain allowable adjustments (Estimate) 2017 (Actual) Also included is an analysis of the municipality's budget expenditure "CAP".
