3 Partners Social Welfare Board Established in 1913 by Missouri State Statute to provide emergency, medical and dental services to the uninsured residents of Buchanan County Heartland Health Integrated health delivery system that seeks to improve the health of area individuals and communities and to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place, at the right cost with outcomes second to none. Northwest Health Services Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As a FQHC, NHS provides access to quality, cost-effective, affordable primary and preventive health care to all people who need it, regardless of ability to pay
