All clients are responsible for completing the Pre-bankruptcy session/class and a Post-bankruptcy session/class these classes can be taken on the computer. The cost for the first class is $14.95 and the second class is $9.95 Classes are a requirement of the bankruptcy court due to changes made to the bankruptcy laws as of 10/2005. If you can find a cheaper company that offers these classes at a cheaper rate feel free to use them instead. Classes can only be taken online and each class takes approx. 45 minutes to an hour to complete. At the end of each class print out the certificate as proof that you completed the class and forward the certificate to the court.
