Mobile Deposits Your Promises to Us By using the Service, and with respect to each individual item you transmit through the Service as an image, you warrant to us: The amount, payee(s), signature(s), and endorsement(s) on the image and the original check are legible, genuine, and accurate. You will not transmit duplicate items and there are no duplicate images of the check. You will not transmit through the Service an image of any item if you are aware of any facts or circumstances that may impair the collectability of that item. The digital image of the check transmitted to us through the Service is a true and correct image of the original check and was authorized by the drawer in the amount stated on the original check and has not been altered in any manner by you or any third party acting on your behalf. You have reviewed and confirmed that the image captured is identical in all respects, including its amount, to the original check. You will not re-deposit or re-present the original check. You are authorized to enforce and obtain payment of the original check, you have possession of the original check, and no party will submit the original check for payment. 7 Create Deposit Snap Front and Back Image You will be prompted to take a photo of the front and back of the properly endorsed check After each image is taken, user selects Use Photo to send the image (or Retake to take new pictures) Images upload to the server and the deposits submitted

8 Real-Time Tests Verifies the check is subject to the bank's terms and conditions as outlined in the Mobile Deposit Application Confirms that the check hasn t been previously deposited by phone Reads hand or machine-printed amount from image Compares amount read, from the image to declared amount Verifies the check amount doesn t exceed defined limits
