11 GENERAL Government Tax / Duty All charges are subject to statutory taxes and levies presently in force and which may come into force at a future date. Interest Rates All interest rates are subject to change without notice. However, in the case of Time Deposits, the contracted rate of interest will prevail until the maturity date of the deposit. Withdrawals of Time Deposits before maturity date will be permitted only at the Bank s sole discretion and subject to penalty charges as determined by the Bank at the time a request for such withdrawal is received. Uniform Customs and Practice For Import and Export Documents We adhere to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits as published by the International Chamber of Commerce (Publication No.600) and to the Uniform Rules for Collection (Publication No.522) 10
