13 Mortgages We continue to help Colombians become homeowners. In the first semester of the year, we made more than 3,300 disbursements for over COP 370,000 million, of which 75% corresponds to home loans, 19% to debt consolidation and 6% to family home leasing. Of total disbursements made, around 800 were aimed towards purchase of housing with the FRECH rate, for a total of around 70,000 million. We thus continue with our commitment to the Government s Plan to Promote Productivity and Employment. In line with our positioning strategy, between February and June of 2014 we participated in 10 real estate fairs in 8 of the Support for Government Programs country s main cities, potentially generating COP 176 billion in home loans. In regards to Construction Loans, in this period we received over 100 requests, for a total of close to COP 950,000 million, of which we approved more than 60 credits for an amount of close to COP 350,000 million and we disbursed more than COP 60,000 million, which corresponds to the financing of 42 housing construction projects.
