This rate sheet is for information only and does not constitute a Personalised Key Facts Illustration. Representative Example A capital and interest mortgage of 2,000,000 payable over 10 years initially on a fixed rate of 2.09% for 2 years and then our tracker rate at 3.49% above the Bank of England Base (currently 0.50%) for the remaining term would require 24 monthly payments of 18, and 96 monthly payments of 19, The total amount payable would be 2,365, made up of the loan amount plus interest and 10,000 (product fee, added to loan), 275 (final repayment charge). The overall cost for comparison is 3.40% APRC representative. 2 UK Mortgage Products
3 Terms of Reference APRC Annual Percentage of is the total cost of credit to the consumer, expressed as an annual percentage of the total amount of credit Bank of England Base Bank of England Base means the Bank of England Official Bank (or the equivalent rate set by any central bank or monetary authority which replaces the Bank of England). If at any time, that rate is less than zero, the Bank of England Base shall be deemed to be zero. Fixed rates explained A fixed rate interest rate remains the same during the fixed period of the loan. After the fixed period, our fixed rates revert to Bank of England Base plus a margin. This gives you the peace of mind that your monthly repayment will stay the same for the fixed period, as long as payments are made for the correct amount and on time Tracker rates explained All base rate trackers are linked to the Bank of England Base As it is linked to a rate, your monthly repayments may increase as well as decrease LTV LTV stands for loan to value. It represents the maximum percentage of the property value we are willing to provide a mortgage for Valuations Where a property does not meet the anticipated valuation and the maximum LTV is exceeded, a new product may be chosen from the current range offered at the time of the down valuation, not the range available at application An may apply in certain circumstances 3 UK Mortgage Products

9 Important Information for our residential mortgage products Applications are subject to status and a minimum age of 18 Mortgages are subject to valuation (the maximum loan-to-value for purchases and remortgages and for additional borrowing is 85%, subject to product and lending criteria) A first charge over your property is required You are strongly recommended to have life assurance in place to cover the full amount that you may borrow from us under the facility The mortgage is available on an interest-only and/or repayment basis, subject to lending criteria. For interest-only mortgages please note your mortgage payments will not repay the capital amount, so the full amount you originally borrowed will still be outstanding at the end of the mortgage term It is your responsibility to have arrangements in place to ensure your interestonly mortgage is in full at the end of the mortgage term. Mortgages must normally be by the time you retire or reach the age of 75 years (whichever is sooner) and are not available for business purposes s and interest rates may vary and are correct at the time of going to print.
