10 Card Replacement Two Options: 1) Calling Customer Service, or 2) Select a new card envelope from your inventory and give it to your cardholder. DO NOT ENTER THE CARDHOLDER S INFORMATION IN THE PORTAL AGAIN. Have the cardholder call customer service at When asked to enter the 16-digit card number, the cardholder DOESN T HAVE TO ENTER THE NEW CARD NUMBER. After a few seconds, the automated system will give an option to report a lost or stolen card (press 0 ), where the cardholder will talk to a live representative to indicate the new card is a replacement card. When customer service is informed about the replacement card, they will LINK the new card to the cardholder s existing account. You DO NOT need to notify your payroll office of any changes.
