Today we visited the site to assess the progress. An Office has been set up by the builder as well as the Consultant at the site. One office is going to be provided for the Association. We have given a letter to the Government to provide labour permit. Labourers have already arrived and temporary accommodation for them is under construction at the 4.53 acres of land meant for sports( Part of UDS). Six JCBs are working at the site and excavation is in full swing. Few photographs have been uploaded in our Association website sbioacc.com. As the construction works progress, we have to pay the initial mobilization advance to the Construction Company M/S Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. You are aware that the project has already been approved by the Bank and a new Branch Station Road Branch, Egmore is identified for processing the loans. Com. R. Ravishankar is the Branch Manager ( ). Com. L.T. Santharam, Manager PB, Kallakurichi Branch of our Bank has developed a software in Excel format for processing the loans. We have already mailed the Excel format to the volunteers whose names are annexed herewith. The software is available in our website sbioacc.com. You can check with the volunteers or visit our website and verify the 1

2 quantum of your eligible loan amount by keying in your PF Number and salary details in the software. One more Branch, Tambaram Town has been identified by the Bank to speed up the sanction of loans. Com. S. Santhi, Zonal Secretary ( ) is the Branch Manager of the Branch. Our Bank s housing loan product is the cheapest in the market, well known for its transparency and has no hidden charges. As the project is approved by our Bank, processing of loans will be hassle free and easy, if the loans are availed from our Bank. We have also written to SBI Life Insurance to reduce the interest premium for the Housing Loan Insurance RINRAKSHA to those who would like to have a insurance policy. Hence, we request all our comrades to contact our volunteers for all your loan needs, either staff loan or Public loan in the name of your family members. We attach herewith a check list for different category of loans for your convenience. The payment schedule submitted by our builder, M/S Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. and wetted by our PMC M/S Sai Consultancy Ltd. is listed for your reference.
