INTRODUCTION Welcome to Luxbet The following terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all accounts offered by Luxbet Europe Limited Luxbet (Luxbet, we, us) on (the Website) to residents of Great Britain, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man. You must read these Terms carefully By opening and operating a real-money wagering account through Luxbet on the Website (an Account) you (Player, you) confirm that you accept these Terms and these Terms will form a legally binding agreement between you and us These Terms apply to the use of your Account and they, and any of the Rules and Policies (as described in paragraph 3 below) may be amended by Luxbet from time to time. Minor changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. We will notify you by or via the Website if we make any major changes to these Terms and you will be required to confirm your acceptance to the amended Terms prior to using your Account. The Terms in force at the time of accessing or using your Account will be the Terms which apply to the use of your Account at that time. If you do not wish to accept any amendments to these Terms, you must notify us that you wish to close your Account. 2. ABOUT LUXBET 2.1. Luxbet is a company incorporated and registered in the Isle of Man with company registration number , whose registered office address is Clinch s House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 1RZ. Luxbet is licensed and regulated by the: Gambling Supervision Commission of the Isle of Man in accordance with the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001 (in the Isle of Man); Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom to provide facilities to the customers of Great Britain, licence number R ; and The Irish Tax and Customs, Revenue Commissioners in accordance with the Betting (Amendment) Act Online gambling debts are enforceable under law (pursuant to section 23 of the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001) A reference to "Luxbet" in these Terms and on the Website includes a reference to Luxbet's employees and representatives and includes any successor to the business of Luxbet. 3. APPLICABLE TERMS AND POLICIES 3.1. Use of your Account is governed by: these Terms; Luxbet s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at

2 (d) any betting activity using your Account is governed by Luxbet's betting rules (the Betting Rules) which can be found at and any use of Bonuses (as defined in paragraph 6.2.3) is governed by Luxbet s Bonus Rules, which can be found at (together, the Rules and Policies) By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you accept all of the above Rules and Policies. We expect that you will read the Terms in their entirety together with the Rules and Policies before using your Account or undertaking any betting activity. 4. OPENING AN ACCOUNT 5.1. General In order to open, maintain and operate an Account with Luxbet, you must: (d) (e) be at least 18 years old; be a resident of Great Britain, the republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man; have a method of payment which is approved by us, registered in your own name, and registered to an address in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man which is your address; register in your own name, for your sole benefit and not for the purposes of betting on behalf of anyone else; and comply with these Terms and all applicable Rules and Policies at all times Verification Processes You acknowledge that Luxbet is required to identify you before you can open an Account or gamble with Luxbet. To complete this process and to refresh your customer profile periodically, Luxbet will need to: collect information from you at various times including (without limitation) some or all of your full name, date of birth, your residential address, your payment information and source of funds/wealth; and at relevant times verify the information provided After Luxbet has successfully verified your identity, your Account can be used immediately to place bets and make deposits.

3 In the event that your identity verification is unsuccessful, you will be required to provide Luxbet with satisfactory documentary evidence as requested by Luxbet Please provide the above documentation via to for manual identification verification. Once Luxbet has reviewed and verified the documentation, Luxbet will open your Account and send confirmation to you via to the address provided to us by you [If you deposit funds in your Account in excess of 2,000 (or currency equivalent), (defined as a threshold payment), you may be required to provide Luxbet with additional documentary evidence of: your identity; and [If you withdraw from your Account an amount in excess of 3,000 (or currency equivalent), in any 30 day rolling period (defined as a qualifying withdrawal), you are required to provide Luxbet with satisfactory documentary evidence of your identity; and Your Account will be suspended immediately should a threshold payment or qualifying withdrawal occur in relation to your Account and you will not be able to access these funds until you have provided the required identification information to us Providing verification documents You may provide any verification documents to Luxbet by ing our Player Services team at customerservice@luxbet.com. We may request further information from you where we are not satisfied with the verification documents that you have provided. The additional information may comprise certified copies of a valid utility bills dated within the previous 6 months and/or certified copies of identification documents, (e.g. Passport or Drivers Licence.) 6. USE OF LUXBET ACCOUNT 6.1 General You are only permitted to have one Account, unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Luxbet If Luxbet identifies that you have more than one Account, then your account balances of all associated Accounts may be transferred into the first-opened Account and if, after the transfers: the first opened Account has a debit balance, then Luxbet will be entitled to receive payment from the Player for the debit balance immediately; or there is a credit balance in the first-opened Account, the credit balance will be held by Luxbet until such time as a determination has been made by Luxbet as to whether or not there has been a breach by you of these Terms.

4 6.1.3 You agree that as the Account holder, you are the only permitted person to use your Account You are solely responsible for the use of your Account including ensuring that your Account player name, password, and other personal information that Luxbet may use to verify your identity are kept secure For your own protection, Luxbet may (but is not required to) require you to provide further information to prove your identity, refuse to accept bets, refuse to permit withdrawal of funds or refuse to accept other transactions if Luxbet becomes aware or reasonably believes that the person seeking to place bets on or withdraw funds from your Account may not be you You agree that until such time as you have notified Luxbet of unauthorised use of your player name and password to your Account, Luxbet will assume that all Account activity has been conducted by you, and, therefore, you will bear any losses suffered due to such unauthorised use If we believe, acting reasonably, that you, or anyone else on your behalf, has been unlawfully using your Account, you acknowledge that Luxbet may report such belief to one or more government agencies, including law enforcement agencies or racing or sporting bodies without prior notice to you If we believe, acting reasonably, that a transaction on your Account has taken place by any person other than you, Luxbet may decide, at its sole discretion and taking into account the circumstances in which the transaction occurred, to cancel any such bet and refund stake placed in respect of that bet to your Account, and if appropriate, disclose details of the transaction, the Account and the Player to government agencies, including law enforcement agencies or racing or sporting bodies You agree to notify Luxbet, as soon as practical, if your address or other contact details change If you have entered the Website by clicking through from another website (on this or a previous occasion), Luxbet may pay a commission to the operator of that website in relation to the opening and/or use of your Account. You acknowledge and consent to this commission being paid. 6.2 Deposits You can make deposits to your Account by credit card, Adyen, BPAY, POLi, or EFT The currency units ( ) and ( ) referred to on the Website are UK Pounds Sterling and European Union Euros. You acknowledge that all Account transactions will be in UK Pounds or Euros, unless otherwise agreed by Luxbet in writing Bonus bets and bonus account top-ups (Bonuses) may be issued by Luxbet from time to time in conjunction with a promotion. 6.3 Residency You acknowledge that to open an Account you must be a resident of, and located in, Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man.

5 6.4 Minors Luxbet will observe sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, bilateral sanctions and counter-terrorism requirements imposed by or maintained by the Isle of Man Government. These may require Luxbet to refuse to open or restrict, suspend or close Accounts, refuse to accept wagers or otherwise transact with certain individuals or entities Luxbet reserves the right to reject any wagers placed from any jurisdiction to prevent Luxbet from breaching any such foreign or domestic laws To open an Account and to use the Luxbet betting facilities on the Website, a Player must be 18 years of age or older You must not allow anyone under the age of 18 years (Minor) to use your Account You must not disclose any of your Account details, and in particular your security details (PIN/password) to any Minor In the event that Luxbet becomes aware or reasonably believes that you have allowed a Minor to use your Account and/or disclosed any of your Account details, and in particular your security details (PIN/password) to any Minor, Luxbet reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account until it has fully investigated the use of your Account Luxbet will not be liable to you in any form for your inability to place any bets during any period of time in which your Account is suspended If Luxbet has the reasonable belief that a Minor has used your Account, you acknowledge that Luxbet may cancel any such bet and refund the stake used to place the bet to your Account. 6.5 Intoxication and/or interactions with Luxbet when under the influence of drugs You must not attempt to open an Account or place any bets whilst you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs and you are fully liable for your actions and all activity on your Account whilst you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs. In the event that you are able to open an Account or place a bet whilst you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs, then you are responsible and liable for all bets placed and all bets placed will stand Luxbet reserves the right to refuse to allow you to open an Account or place a bet, if it is the reasonable opinion of a Luxbet operator that you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs. You acknowledge that for your protection, Luxbet may suspend your Account for a 24 hour period following any decision by us that you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs Luxbet is not responsible for any failure by our Luxbet operators to identify that you are in a state of intoxication and/or under the influence of drugs and is not liable for any bets that you are able to place whilst you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs. 6.6 Mental Impairment You agree that you must not attempt to open an Account or place any bets using your Account whilst you suffer from a mental impairment and that you are fully liable for your actions and all activity on your Account whilst you are suffering from a mental impairment. In the event that you are able to open an Account or place a bet, then you are responsible and liable for all bets placed and all bets placed will stand.

6 6.6.2 Luxbet reserves the right to suspend your Account, refuse to allow you to open an Account or place a bet over the internet, if it is the reasonable opinion of a Luxbet operator that you suffer from a mental impairment Luxbet is not responsible for any failure by our Luxbet operators to identify that you have a mental impairment and is not liable for any bets that you are able to place. 6.7 Unusual behaviour Where Luxbet detects unusual behaviour in relation to your Account or reasonably considers that either you and/or your Account transaction history may represent a significant risk to Luxbet's wagering business, or that any activity constitutes a breach of these Terms or any Rules and Policies and/or gives rise to an integrity concern and/or constitutes a potential breach of any applicable Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing legislation (including applicable codes and regulations), Luxbet may: request further information from you including (without limitation) to further verify your identity and source of funds (e.g. your credit card or bank statement); suspend your Account or the ability to withdraw funds from your Account at any time with or without prior notice to you; or close your Account permanently with or without prior notice to you You agree that in order to assist Luxbet to make this assessment, Luxbet may disclose your personal information to third parties, such as, but not limited to, regulators, government agencies, law enforcement and national security agencies both in the Isle of Man and overseas, the organisations that assist us to verify or re-verify your identity (including credit reporting agencies) and "World Check" assessment services You agree that where Luxbet elects to immediately suspend or close your Account, as a result of unusual activity or based on its assessment of your risk to Luxbet's wagering business and/or if any activity constitutes a potential breach of the applicable Anti Money Laundering and Counter- Terrorism Financing legislation (including applicable codes and regulations), Luxbet will give you 30 days in which you can request that Luxbet reverses its decision. Your request must be made in writing to the Luxbet MLRO, Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RZ, and be accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. Luxbet will consider any appeal and any documentation provided but Luxbet s decision will be final and binding. 6.8 Fraudulent behaviour You undertake and agree not to be involved in any fraudulent activity and/or to seek to fix or unfairly influence the outcome of any game on the Website (Games) and/or use any software-assisted methods or techniques (for example bots) or hardware devices in the context of your participation in any Games and/or commit any act that is unlawful In the event that Luxbet reasonably believes that you have breached the undertaking in paragraph 6.8.1, Luxbet reserves the right to void any Game or wager placed by you (and any associated bets), suspend or permanently close your Account and/or report

SELF-EXCLUSION your behaviour to regulators, government agencies, law enforcement and national security agencies without your consent and without notifying you. 7.1 You can self-exclude at any time by using the self-exclude function within your Account. You may also self-exclude at any time by calling or ing Luxbet Player Services (the details of which are set out in paragraph 4). You must specify a time period for which the selfexclusion restrictions will apply (which cannot be less than six (6) months). You can select a self-exclusion period of up to five (5) years. Self-exclusion can be extended for a further 6 month period as many times as you choose. 7.2 On submission of a self-exclusion request in accordance with paragraph 7.1, your Account will be suspended immediately. Activation of your Account cannot be allowed until the period of self-exclusion expires. A request to revoke the self-exclusion request cannot be actioned until the selected period expires. At the end of this time period, you are required to contact Luxbet Player Services by telephone to request that your status as a self-excluded player be reviewed. Luxbet will notify you once it has made a decision about whether or not to revoke your status as a self- excluded player. You will then enter into a 24 hour delay to further consider this decision before you are able to gamble. You may also request to close your Account permanently, in which case you will not be able to re-open your Account at any time. 7.3 During the period of self-exclusion, you agree that you must not attempt to open an Account and that Luxbet will make all reasonable endeavours in order to prevent new accounts being opened by you. In the event that you are able to open an account on the Website or place a bet whilst you are self-excluded, then you are responsible and liable for all bets placed. If Luxbet establishes in its reasonable opinion that you are self-excluded customer, it will close your account and return all funds in that account to you. 7.4 Luxbet reserves the right to refuse to allow you to open an Account or place a bet over the internet, if it is the reasonable opinion of a Luxbet operator that you are a self-excluded player. 7.5 We will remove you from all of our marketing databases once you have chosen to selfexclude on the Website. No marketing material will be sent to you from us during the period of self-exclusion and after the period of self-exclusion expires unless you take positive actions to reinstate your Account, subject to approval from Luxbet. 8. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING 8.1 You may set the following limits in relation to your Account: a maximum wager amount or a maximum total wagers for any particular betting period (24 hours, 7 days or 1 month); if you elect to set a maximum wagering amount (in accordance with above) whilst using your Account, you will not be permitted to increase any such maximum until the expiry of 24 hours and positive action is then taken by you at the end of that period to confirm the request. You may set a wagering limit for your Account by calling or ing Luxbet player service.

8 (d) You may also set a wagering limit for your Account from your personal account settings; customise bets. (e) You may set a time out period on your Account by calling or ing Luxbet Player Services. (f) You may also set a time out period on your Account from your personal account settings; Customise Bets. (g) Time out limits on offer include 24 hours to 6 weeks. Upon implementation of a time out on your Account you will not be able to access any facilities offered by Luxbet. Upon expiry of the time out your Account will be automatically reactivated. 8.2 Problem Gambling Notwithstanding paragraph 11.1, you agree that if you have a problem with responsible gambling you must not attempt to open an Account or place any bets using your Account whilst you have a problem with responsible gambling and that you are fully liable for your actions and all activity on your Account. In the event that you are able to open an Account or place a bet, then you are responsible for all bets placed and all bets placed will stand Luxbet reserves the right to suspend your Account, refuse to allow you to open an Account or place a bet over the internet, if it is the reasonable opinion of a Luxbet operator that you have a problem with responsible gambling Luxbet is not responsible for any failure by our Luxbet operators to identify that you have a problem with responsible gambling and is not liable for any bets that you are able to place. 9. PLACING BETS 9.1. Generally All betting activity through your Account is subject to these Terms (including, for the avoidance of any doubt, all Rules and Policies) Luxbet may adjust Account balances where permitted to do so in accordance with the applicable Betting Rules, including, for example, where a dividend or refund has been miscalculated. The maximum amount that we will pay out on any wager or gaming win is 150,000 (or equivalent), subject to any specific wagering or gaming bet type limits which will be notified to the Player prior to the bet being placed Notwithstanding paragraph 9.1.3, all sports multiple wagers are subject to a cap on winnings of 1,500 times the Player s wager and all racing multiple wagers are subject to a cap on winnings of 10,000 times the Player's wager Luxbet will only allow Players to place bets on the Website once funds have been cleared and received from you. There is no provision of credit betting provided by Luxbet Luxbet: does not guarantee that it will accept all bets placed through the Website;

9 reserves the right to change the method of operating the Luxbet betting systems or its method of receiving or accepting bets at any time. Where practicable, Luxbet will try and tell you about any changes beforehand, such as on the Website; and reserves the right at any time to void any and all wagers that in any way contravene one or more of the Betting Rules or Terms Bonus Bets (Bonus) You may be eligible to receive a bonus/free bet from Luxbet to use with your Account (Bonus) Luxbet will credit your Account with your Bonus within 1 business day of winning the Bonus If the Bonus returns a winning dividend, those winnings (excluding the Bonus stake) will be credited to your Account The full amount of: the Bonus must be turned over (wagered as a single bet) on any market eligible for a bonus bet; and any deposit Bonus (if applicable) and any winnings accrued from the Bonus must be turned over (wagered either as a single bet or multiple bet) at odds of 1.50 or greater per 1 bet within 30 days of receiving the Bonus, before you can withdraw the deposit Bonus (if applicable), the Bonus, or any Bonus winnings from your Account If the minimum turnover requirements (identified above) are not met within 30 days, the Bonus (if not already used), or any winnings already accrued from the Bonus, will be cancelled from your Account and you will no longer be able to use the Bonus or any winnings accrued from your Bonus Bets placed on different outcomes in the same event do not count towards the minimum threshold requirements contemplated above Any Bonus must be taken as offered and cannot be varied, transferred or redeemed for cash. The Bonus value is inclusive of any VAT and is in British pounds Bonus Abuse For the purposes of these Terms, Bonus Abuse means the creation of multiple accounts with the intention, or effect, of taking advantage of bonuses or other promotional offers intended to attract new players to the Sun Bets Website Examples of Bonus Abuse include: using multiple addresses or multiple bank cards as a way of appearing to be a new customer when opening a new Account; opening Accounts on behalf of family members or others living at the same address as you; using a false date of birth, address or other details as a way of appearing to be a new customer; (d) any other deliberate attempt to knowingly claim a bonus in bad faith and in contravention of these Terms. This list of examples is not exhaustive and if we consider that any other action is a form of Bonus Abuse

10 we shall take all steps that we deem necessary in accordance with the following clauses In the event that we believe that you have undertaken any form of Bonus Abuse, we reserve the right to immediately close all Accounts opened by you. In such circumstances, any deposited funds will be returned to you within reasonable a time period. You will not be permitted to receive any winnings which have not yet been withdrawn and you may be required to pay back any winnings which have been withdrawn from any Account opened by you or on your behalf. Any outstanding bets will be cancelled with immediate effect We reserve the right to report all forms of Bonus Abuse to the Gambling Commission and share such information with other operators if we consider it necessary to do so. 10. PLACING BETS 10.1 Luxbet cannot and will not accept cash deposits to your Account in person Use of the Website is subject to a condition of reasonable use. You may only use the Website and the material on it for personal use You may not use the Website: to re-publish or create a derivative work of the wagering data published on the website from time to time, without the prior written consent from Luxbet; or in a way that is likely to cause damage to the Website, including by intentionally slowing down the operation of the website for other players, for example by making excessive hits on the Website. Reproduction of this website and the works contained on it, including by screen scraping, is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved Subject to the operation of other provisions within these Terms, Luxbet will not cancel bets placed by Players using the Website once they have been confirmed and accepted Payment for bets You may only make credit card deposits by Internet using MasterCard or VISA The credit card nominated for the deposit of credit card funds to your Account must be in the same name as your Account For the purposes of payment to your Account, you acknowledge, that in order to protect your credit card details, you will black out all digits, including the CCV on the back of the credit card, except for the first six digits and the last four digits which must be clearly visible, before you send any credit card details to Luxbet Luxbet will notify you of the minimum deposit required and the maximum deposits permissible for your Account, these amounts may be varied by Luxbet from time to time. Luxbet will operate in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard in the collection, use, disclosure and storage of your credit card information You may make any number of credit card account transactions per day, within the maximum total deposit limit.

11 You cannot withdraw any deposits made by credit card until the deposit amount has been turned over except where you are unable to turn over deposit amounts due to the closure, suspension or restriction of the wagering services, or otherwise due to its breach of these Terms or its negligence Luxbet will not apply any fees for credit card deposits to your Account Luxbet may determine whether to accept or reject any credit card transactions from any player, for example if we reasonably consider that you have a bad credit rating. 11. CLOSURE, SUSPENSION OR RESTRICTION OF AN ACCOUNT By your election You may close, suspend or restrict your Account at your election by notifying Player Services At Luxbet's election Luxbet may suspend the operation of your Account to investigate transactions in respect of your Account at any time if Luxbet: becomes aware or reasonably believes that your Account has: i. suspicious transactions which might be fraudulent; ii. errors; iii. been misused; iv. iv. been subject to unauthorised use; and/or is directed by a government regulator or racing or sporting body to do so You acknowledge that Luxbet has obligations to its employees to provide a safe work environment amongst other legal duties, and so you agree that Luxbet may, at its election, close your Account in circumstances where Luxbet forms the view that you act or have acted unreasonably towards Luxbet and/or its agents, in the course of wagering transactions, which conduct, either singular or repeated, includes: (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) offensive language; aggressive behaviour; overt racial remarks; overt sexual remarks; harassing remarks; attempted or actual bullying; threatening remarks made against Luxbet, its property, yourself and/or third persons; and other similarly unacceptable anti-social behaviour.

12 Luxbet may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend and/or close your Account where Luxbet forms the reasonable view that: (k) (l) (m) (n) (o) (p) (q) (r) (s) (t) (u) you are a Minor; you are betting on behalf of another person (including a Minor); you have not acted in good faith in your dealings with your Account, including suspected fraudulent activity or collusion; you are in breach of any laws (including any laws, codes or regulations related to anti-money laundering); the person conducting transactions on your Account is not you; you are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs; you are a self-excluded player; you suffer from a mental impairment; based on statements made by you, either singular or repeated, you may not be gambling responsibly; you have acted unreasonably towards Luxbet operators; your betting activity or intended betting activity will result in Luxbet taking on an unreasonable commercial risk; or you are in material breach of these Terms, including any of the Rules and Policies In the event that Luxbet closes your Account at its election, Luxbet will: refund the balance of your Account; declare void any bonus bet credits or account top ups which will not be returned to the player; and honour all outstanding wagers, unless an authorised representative of Luxbet reasonably decides otherwise If Luxbet restricts, suspends and/or closes your Account, Luxbet will make all reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact details registered with your Account and may provide its reasons for restricting, suspending and/or closing your Account You agree that where Luxbet elects to restrict, suspend or close your Account, Luxbet will give you 5 days to request that Luxbet changes or reverses its decision. Your request must be made in writing to the Luxbet MLRO, Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RZ, and be accompanied by relevant supporting documentation Accounts with no login registered for a period in excess of 450 days will be considered dormant (inactive) (an Inactive Account) and may be placed in a held status based on a commercial consideration subject to Luxbet's discretion Once your Account is deemed inactive, we will remove any Bonuses from your Account.

13 If you have an Inactive Account and you log back in and make a deposit or place a bet, your Account will, at this stage, be considered re-activated We reserve the right to charge a nominal administration fee on all Inactive Accounts, up to a maximum of 5% of all monies left in such Account per annum. In the event that an Account remains inactive for 36 months with no further activity or any claims for the funds held in the Inactive Account, the Account will be permanently deleted and any funds remaining in the Inactive Account will be donated to a charity of our choice. We will notify you in writing prior to permanently closing an Inactive Account Luxbet reserves the right to suspend your Account, refuse to allow you to open an Account or place a bet on the Website, if it is the reasonable opinion of Luxbet that you have acted in a threatening manner to a Luxbet representative and/or threatened harm to Luxbet property of any kind, yourself or any other person Luxbet reserves the right to refer your threats, including any taped record of any such conversation with a Luxbet operator, to any applicable government or law enforcement agency. 12. Protection of Customer Funds Luxbet is required under its UK licence to inform customers about what happens to customer funds which we hold on account for You, and the extent to which customer funds are protected against and distributed to players in the event of insolvency, We hold customer funds separate in a separate client bank account to Luxbet's other operational bank accounts.
