1 Product Disclosure Sheet (Read this Product Disclosure Sheet before you decide to take up the RHB Debit Card with Overdraft ( OD ) facility. Be sure to also read the general terms and conditions) PDS CC Xtra RHB Debit Card with clean Overdraft Cash Connect Xtra Date: 1. WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT ABOUT? This is a debit card that comes with a line of overdraft granted by ( RHB Bank ) to you and where any amount of the credit utilized by you will be subject to finance charges. 2. WHAT DO I GET FROM THIS PRODUCT? RHB Debit Card RM12 with the following overdraft limit and interest rate:- Overdraft Limit A minimum OD limit of RM2, up to a maximum amount of RM200, Overdraft limit depends on customer s eligibility. Interest Rate 1.25% per month (effective rate of 15.0% per annum) on the utilized amount, calculated on daily rest, debited into the account monthly. 3. WHAT ARE MY OBLIGATIONS? Minimum Monthly Repayment 15% per annum on the utilized amount, calculated daily, debited monthly. Over limit interest (Temporary Overdraft-amount in excess of the limit) / penalty 24% per annum on the amount in excess of the limit amount (TOD -Temporary Overdraft) and penalty if you shall default in the payment on the due date of the monthly interest payable for 3 consecutive months, calculated daily, debited monthly. 4. WHAT ARE THE FEES AND CHARGES I HAVE TO PAY? Annual/Issuance fee* RHB Debit Card - RM12 RM12.72 (with 0.5% cash back for overseas transaction) ATM withdrawal fee* RHB ATM Free Local Bank MEPS RM1.06 per withdrawal. Foreign Bank MEPS RM4.24 per withdrawal Visa/MasterCard Network RM12.72 per withdrawal Card replacement fee RHB Debit Card - RM12 RM15.00 Overseas transaction conversion fee Sales draft retrieval fee * 1% of the converted amount RM21.20 per copy * Inclusive of 6% Good & Service Tax. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cardmember shall bear all professional fees, taxes (including but not limited to service tax or Goods and Services Tax GST ), and out-of-pocket expenses incurred and any other fees, expenses or recourse in respect of this Product. 5. WHAT ARE THE KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS? Pre-authorisation for payment using debit card. Pre-authorisation amount of RM200 will be charged to your payment instrument account / banking account when you make a payment using your debit card at automated fuel dispenser. We will only post the exact amount of transaction and release any extra hold amount from your account within 3 working days after the transaction date. 1

2 To turn off the contactless function of debit cards. Customers have the option of turning off the contactless function of debit cards by visiting any RHB Branch. To reduce the contactless amount or count for debit cards. Customers have the option of reducing the contactless amount or contactless count for debit cards by visiting any RHB Branch or by contacting our Customer Care Center. 6. WHAT IF I FAIL TO FULFILL MY OBLIGATIONS? Default Rate 2% per month (effective rate of 24% per annum) with daily rest on the overdraft utilized amount, if you shall default in the payment on the due date of the monthly interest payable for 3 consecutive months. Excess Limit Rate 2% per month (effective rate of 24% per annum) with daily rest on the amount in excess (TOD). Withdrawal of Card or facilities/services offered RHB Bank may withdraw the debit card and/or any of the services offered with prior notice and the whole outstanding balance of the Overdraft amount shall become immediately due and payable to RHB Bank. Right to Set-off In the event there is insufficient available balance in the current account to pay for any transaction or other amount payable by you, due to us, we will transfer or arrange the transfer of sufficient funds from any other account held by you with us to the current account by giving you seven (7) calendar days notice before the effective date. You will be held liable for PIN-based unauthorized transactions if you have: acted fraudulently; delayed in notifying us as soon as reasonable practicable after having discovered the loss of unauthorized use of your debit card; voluntarily disclosed your PIN to another person; or recorded your PIN on the debit card, or on anything kept in close proximity with your debit card. You will be held liable for any unauthorized transactions which require signature verification or with contactless card, if you have: acted fraudulently; delayed in notifying us as soon as reasonable practicable after having discovered the loss of unauthorized use of your debit card; left your debit card or an item containing your debit card, unattended in places visible and accessible to other; or voluntarily allowed another person to use your debit card 7. WHAT ARE THE MAJOR RISKS? By paying less than the full payment due amount (utilized amount and interest), the interest amount and the time taken to settle the full amount will increase. Think about your repayment capacity when utilizing the overdraft. If you use your overdraft to make repayment for other financing, it may cost you more. If RHB Bank detects any unusual or suspicious activity on your debit card, we may at our discretion temporarily suspend your debit card until such activity is verified. If you have problems paying for your utilized overdraft amount, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives. You should not disclose your debit card details or PIN to any unauthorized persons. 2

3 RHB Bank is entitled to recall or withdraw all other credit facilities that you have with RHB Bank if you default or breach in respect of the Debit Card or Overdraft Account. In the event that your card is stolen or lost, you are required to notify us immediately by calling our Customer Care Centre or to go to the nearest branch in order for us to block the card immediately. 8. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO MY CONTACT DETAILS? Inform us of any change in your contact details by going to any of our branches. It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. 9. WHERE CAN I GET ASSISTANCE AND REDRESS? If you have difficulties in making repayments, you should contact us earliest possible to discuss repayment alternatives. PENGENALAN PRODUK Ini adalah kad debit dengan kemudahan overdraf yang diberi oleh ( RHB Bank ) kepada anda di mana sebarang jumlah kredit yang digunakan oleh anda akan dikenakan caj kewangan. 2. APAKAH YANG SAYA BOLEH PEROLEHI DARIPADA PRODUK INI? Kad Debit RHB RM12 dihubungkan kepada Akaun Semasa dengan had overdraf dan kadar faedah seperti yang berikut:- Had Overdraf Had minima OD RM2, sehingga jumlah maksima RM200, Had overdraf bergantung kepada kelayakan pelanggan. Kadar Faedah 1.25% sebulan (kadar efektif 15.0% setahun) ke atas jumlah yang digunakan, dikira pada kadar harian, didebitkan ke dalam akaun setiap bulan 3. APAKAH OBLIGASI SAYA? Pembayaran Balik Minima Setiap Bulan 15% setahun ke atas jumlah yang digunakan, dikira pada kadar harian, didebitkan setiap bulan. Kadar Melebihi Had (Overdraf Sementara) jumlah melebihi had / Penalti 24% setahun ke atas jumlah yang melebihi had (TOD-Overdraf Sementara) dan penalti jika anda gagal membuat pembayaran pada tarikh bayaran faedah untuk 3 bulan berturut-turut, dikira pada kadar harian, didebitkan setiap bulan. 4. APAKAH YURAN DAN CAJ YANG PERLU SAYA BAYAR? Yuran pengeluaran/tahunan* Kad Debit RHB - RM12 RM12.72 (dengan Pulangan Tunai 0.5% untuk transaksi luar negara) Yuran pengeluaran wang ATM* RHB ATM Percuma MEPS Bank Tempatan RM1.06 setiap pengeluaran. MEPS Bank Asing RM4.24 setiap pengeluaran Rangkaian Visa/MasterCard RM12.72 setiap pengeluaran Yuran penggantian kad Kad Debit RHB - RM12 RM15.00 Yuran pertukaran mata wang bagi urusniaga luar negara Yuran mendapatkan semula draf jualan* 1% daripada jumlah amaun yang ditukar RM21.20 setiap draf *Termasuk 6% Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, Ahli Kad hendaklah menanggung semua yuran professional, cukai (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada cukai perkhidmatan atau GST), dan perbelanjaan luar jangka yang ditanggung dan apa-apa fi lain, perbelanjaan atau tindakan sewajarnya berkenaan dengan produk ini. 4

5 5. APAKAH TERMA UTAMA? Dana Tertahan untuk pembayaran menggunakan Kad Debit. Amaun sebanyak RM200 untuk Dana Tertahan akan dikenakan ke atas akaun Perbankan / akaun pembayaran anda apabila anda membuat pembayaran mengunakan kad debit anda untuk transaksi petrol. Jumlah sebenar transaksi akan dikenakan dan sebarang jumlah dana tertahan yang lebih akan dilepaskan dalam masa 3 hari bekerja selepas tarikh transaksi. Untuk menutup fungsi tanpa sentuh ( contactless ) untuk kad debit Anda ada pilihan untuk menutup fungsi tanpa sentuh (contactless) untuk Kad Debit melalui mana-mana Cawangan RHB Bank. Penurunan jumlah tanpa sentuh atau bilangan transaksi kad debit. Anda ada pilihan samada untuk menurun jumlah tanpa sentuh atau bilangan transaksi melalui mana-mana Cawangan RHB atau menghubungi Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan RHB. 6. BAGAIMANA SEKIRANYA SAYA GAGAL MEMENUHI OBLIGASI SAYA? Kadar Kemungkiran 2% setiap bulan (kadar efektif 24% setiap tahun) dikira pada kadar harian ke atas jumlah overdraf yang telah digunakan, jika anda gagal membuat pembayaran pada tarikh bayaran faedah untuk 3 bulan berturut-turut,. Kadar Melebihi Had 2% setiap bulan (kadar efektif 24% setiap tahun) dikira pada kadar harian ke atas jumlah melebihi had (TOD). Penarikan Balik Kad atau Kemudahan/Perkhidmatan yang telah ditawarkan RHB Bank boleh menarik balik kad debit dan/atau apa-apa perkhidmatan yang telah ditawarkan dengan memberikan notis terlebih dahulu dan keseluruhan jumlah baki overdraf yang belum dijelaskan hendaklah dengan serta-merta menjadi genap masa untuk dibayar dan kena dibayar kepada RHB Bank. Hak Tolak Selesai Sekiranya tiada baki yang mencukupi dalam akaun semasa untuk membayar apa jua transaksi atau jumlah lain yang kena dibayar oleh anda, kepada kami, kami akan memindah atau menguruskan pindahan dana yang mencukupi dari mana-mana akaun lain yang anda miliki dengan kami ke akaun semasa tersebut dengan memberi anda notis tujuh (7) hari calendar sebelum tarikh ia berkuat kuasa. Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas urus niaga tanpa kebenaran berasaskan PIN jika anda: Melakukan penipuan; Lewat memberitahu pihak Bank secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas mendapat tahu kehilangan penggunaan tanpa kebenaran ke atas Kad Debit anda; Secara sukarela mendedahkan PIN kepada orang lain; atau Merekodkan PIN anda pada Kad Debit anda atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan. Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas urus niaga tanpa kebenaran yang memerlukan pengesahan tandatangan atau dengan kad tanpa sentuh jika anda: Melakukan penipuan; Lewat memberitahu pihak Bank secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas mendapat tahu kehilangan penggunaan tanpa kebenaran ke atas Kad Debit anda; Merekodkan PIN anda pada Kad Debit anda atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan meninggalkan kad debit anda atau item yang mengandungi kad debit anda tanpa jagaan di tempat-tempat yang boleh dilihat dan boleh diakses kepada yang lain; atau secara sukarela membenarkan orang lain menggunakan kad debit anda 5

6 7. APAKAH RISIKO UTAMA? Dengan membayar kurang daripada pembayaran penuh (jumlah yang telah digunakan dan faedah) yang kena dibayar, jumlah faedah dan masa yang diambil untuk menyelesaikan jumlah penuh akan bertambah. Fikirkan tentang kemampuan pembayaran balik anda apabila menggunakan overdraf. Jika anda menggunakan overdraf anda untuk membuat pembayaran balik bagi pembiayaan lain, itu mungkin akan menambahkan kos anda. Jika RHB Bank mengesan apa-apa aktiviti luar biasa atau yang menimbulkan kesangsian pada kad debit anda, RHB Bank boleh di atas budi bicara menggantung kad debit anda untuk sementara waktu sehingga aktiviti demikian ditentusahkan. Jika anda mempunyai masalah untuk membayar jumlah overdraf yang digunakan, hubungi kami lebih awal untuk membincangkan alternatif pembayaran balik. Anda tidak seharusnys mendedahkan perincian kad debit anda atau PIN kepada mana-mana orang yang tidak dibenarkan. RHB Bank berhak untuk menarik balik atau memanggil kembali semua kemudahan kredit yang lain yang anda ada dengan RHB Bank sekiranya anda melanggar atau mungkir berkaitan dengan kad debit atau akaun overdraf. Sekiranya kad debit anda hilang atau dicuri, anda dikehendaki memberitahu kami dengan serta-merta dengan menghubungi Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan atau pergi ke mana-mana cawangan bank yang terdekat supaya kami dapat menghalang penggunaan kad tersebut dengan serta-merta. 8. APAKAH YANG PERLU SAYA LAKUKAN JIKA TERDAPAT APA-APA PERUBAHAN KEPADA BUTIR-BUTIR PERIBADI SAYA? Beritahu kami akan apa-apa perubahan butir-butir peribadi anda dengan mengunjungi manamana cawangan kami. Mustahak bagi anda memberitahu kami akan apa-apa perubahan kepada butir-butir peribadi anda untuk memastikan agar urusan surat-menyurat berjalan dengan lancar dalam masa yang ditetapkan. 9.
