Unless otherwise stated, the interest shall be calculated based on simple interest using the actual/actual days method. The Bank shall calculate the effective interest rate on deposits and loans based on the CBK s Regulation on Effective Interest Rate and Disclosure Requirements, and it is disclosed in the contract signed between the Bank and Client. The methodology of calculation may be obtained from the Bank s staff, upon client s request. Effective date: 01/08/2017

If the beneficiary account is a business account, the fee is zero. 3) This fee shall be charged to the beneficiary account and will be calculated at the cumulative value of all deposits in coins to the client s account, made by all depositors/ card holders during the day. 3. Without prior notice, daily withdrawal limit is 15,000 EUR. Above this amount, two days prior notice is required. Without prior notice, daily withdrawal limit in other currencies is 5,000 USD. Above this amount, two days prior notice is required. 2) Daily withdrawal limit in ATM is 2,000 EUR. The limit can be increased up to 10,000 EUR upon requesting a limit increase at the Call Center through the Client Identification Code. 3)When withdrawing money from accounts in USD currency, the money will be received in the EUR currency and the commission will be applied in the equal value of EUR currency. 4) Commission for exceeding the permitted number of withdrawals from the savings account and ProKid is applied in all cases when a client performs more than one outgoing transaction during the month. 5) Withdrawal from savings account is offered only for existing savings cards as well as for existing debit cards that are linked to the savings account.

Any payment over 10,000 Euros initiated with priority will be considered as an outgoing regular payment and will have the same price as the regular outgoing payment since the settlement is made in real time. 4) Outgoing transfers with priority are not provided in outlets. 5) For international outgoing transfers with OUR commissions (when the transfer expenses are paid by the person ordering the transfer), except commissions mentioned in paragraph 6.3, fixed commissions are paid to correspondent banks mentioned in paragraph ) For incoming international transfers with OUR commissions, if there are additional fees they will be included in administrative expenses and will be debited from the beneficiary account. 7) Price of all international incoming money transfers (IIMT) with OUR commissions, which are executed/received through ProCredit Bank Germany will be zero (0.00). 6.
