2 With FirstReport you have three different plans available to you FirstReport-ID TM, FirstReport-Credit TM and FirstReport-Advantage TM. With the FirstReport-ID plan you ll have access to a variety of identity monitoring features, including monitoring of public, underground and black market websites with respect to your personal and financial information for signs of potential suspicious activity. In the event of identity theft, FirstReport-ID also provides a range of support options to help you restore your identity. On the FirstReport-Credit plan you ll receive your credit report as well as your credit score. You ll also benefit from dual credit bureau monitoring alerts, so you can take immediate action upon receiving an early warning of potential identity theft. The FirstReport-Advantage combines the benefits of identity and credit bureau monitoring together in one comprehensive plan.

3 FirstReport Plans and Features FirstReport-ID Credit Score: FirstReport-Credit provides you with your monthly credit score, as well as a graph showing your credit score progress over time, so you have a complete picture of your credit worthiness. Personal and Financial Information Monitoring: Upon registration, FirstReport-ID conducts a historical scan of the internet to determine if your registered personal information has been disclosed online. From there, your information is monitored across public, underground and black market websites. Any suspicious activity will be brought to your attention through your preferred method of alert. Please note, you must register your monitored cards and personal information in your online account to enable monitoring. ID Restoration Assistance: In the event of identity theft, FirstReport-ID provides a range of support options to help you restore your identity, including guided assistance and step-by-step support throughout the entire process. FirstReport-Credit Dual Credit Bureau Monitoring Alerts: Your credit files from Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada are monitored daily. You will receive an alert via and/or text message when changes such as new accounts are opened, inquiries are made, or address changes occur on your credit file, so you can take immediate action upon receiving an early warning that could indicate potential identity theft. Full Credit Report: You will receive an updated credit report every quarter allowing you to identify any changes to your credit history that may require action. FirstReport-Advantage + Combined Benefits: FirstReport-Advantage combines the benefits of FirstReport-ID and FirstReport-Credit into one plan. You ll have the advantage of a comprehensive suite of identity and credit monitoring services. Identity Monitoring: You ll receive online monitoring for the personal and financial information that you choose to register. We will also alert you if we find your information has been disclosed. In the event of identity theft, FirstReport-Advantage will provide a range of support options. Credit Monitoring: FirstReport-Advantage provides you with a range of credit monitoring services including access to your credit report and credit score, as well as dual credit bureau monitoring which keep you informed of certain changes to your credit bureau file with Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada.
