2 Integral Collections Rebrand by JMR Creative Design Pty Ltd Integral Collections Logo Refresh The new icon is design to subtly represent debt recovery. The C represents the means or tools collecting the debt and the small red dot represents the debt. The icon is also designed to represent the letter i and c of business name - Integral Collections. The type style change to Trade Gothic Extended gives the logo strength and integrity as well as providing a more contemporary feel to the brand.

Imagery was selected to be almost abstract with a tone of strength and power. Image colour is designed to complement the new Integral Collections colour palette.

5 Corporate collateral rebrand concept 1 Style: bold and Impactful Corporate Folio Text Profit protection A unique approach Integral solutions Invoice Finance is a flexible funding solution for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs), designed to improve cash flow and increase the working capital available to a business by releasing cash locked up in unpaid invoices or receivables. It is also known by a number of terms including Debtor Finance, Factoring, Cash Flow Finance, Receivables Finance or Invoice Discounting. Invoice Finance, put simply, is the process of selling a business s outstanding invoices at a small discount to a financier. The business issuing the invoice will receive an immediate cash payment without having to wait the usual 30, 45, 60 or 90 day credit period for payment from customers. This injects cash back into the business quickly which it can then put to work immediately. It is vitally important that any monies that you receive from your customers are held in trust and immediately transferred to Bibby Financial Services, together with the remittance advice. You should ensure that you check your bank statements regularly (at least weekly) and transfer any funds paid directly to you by your customers back to the bank account nominated by Bibby Financial Services. Important: It is a significant default of your facility under our agreement if any customer receipt, whether you believe it is funded on or otherwise, is not forwarded immediately to Bibby Financial Services. If you have any doubt please contact your Client Manager as soon as possible. This fee is applied to the funds you draw down from your account. The rate is an agreed margin plus the variable per annum Westpac Indicator Lending Rate (WILR). It is accrued daily on the daily outstanding balance, deducted from your availability daily, and debited to your current account at the end of the month. You can view the interest fees charged for the month by accessing your account (page 23) and clicking Discount Invoice under View Reports. The minimum annual fee is not an additional charge. It is agreed prior to the commencement of your facility and calculated as your service fee percentage multiplied by your projected annual turnover over the 12 months from the commencement date of the facility. If the Service Fee charged in any month is less than the minimum fee for that month (calculated on a pro rata ), the difference will be debited to your current account at the end of the month. Credits are also applied where the Service Fee charged for that month is greater than the minimum fee. Legal Matters Some overdue or delinquent accounts may need to be served with legal notices to recover payment. Bibby Financial Services can send Statutory Letters of Demand and other legal notices to recover payment. We can also arrange for the amount to be referred to a Mercantile Agent on your behalf. Additional charges may apply for this service (see Fees and Charges ). Customer queries Your Credit Officer will handle any queries your customers might have about the payments due, including sending copies of the invoices you have submitted to us to your customers and advising of outstanding amounts and BFS bank account details. Customer Disputes Your Credit Officers also note any disputes raised by your customers and provide notes in our system which you can view online. A dispute notification is available daily in the View Reports section of the online Client Manager system.
