INTRODUCTION Pursuant to an Official Statement dated March 5, 2003, the Clark County Water Reclamation District (the District ) issued $47,170,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2003 (the 2003 Bonds ). The proceeds of the 2003 Bonds were used to refund a portion of the District s outstanding 1992A Bonds and 1993 Bonds. Pursuant to an Official Statement dated October 23, 2007, the District issued $55,000,000 General Obligation Water Reclamation Bonds, Series 2007 (the 2007 Bonds ). The proceeds of the 2007 Bonds were used to construct, reconstruct, improve and extend the District s sanitary sewer system. Pursuant to an Official Statement dated October 30, 2008, the District issued $115,825,000 General Obligation Water Reclamation Bonds, Series 2008 (the 2008 Bonds ). The proceeds of the 2008 Bonds were used to construct, reconstruct, improve and extend the District s sanitary sewer system. Pursuant to an Official Statement dated March 11, 2009, the District issued $135,000,000 General Obligation Water Reclamation Bonds, Series 2009A and $125,000,000 General Obligation Water Reclamation Bonds, Series 2009B (collectively, the 2009 Bonds ). The proceeds of the 2009 Bonds were used to construct, reconstruct, improve and extend the District s sanitary sewer system. Within this report, the 2003 Bonds, 2007 Bonds, 2008 Bonds, and 2009 Bonds will be referred to as the Bonds. The District, originally named the Clark County Sanitation District No. 1, was created in 1954 to provide sanitary sewer facilities to certain unincorporated areas of Clark County, Nevada (the County ). The District owns and operates a system of sanitary sewer facilities (the System ) that provide for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater within its service area. The Bonds constitute direct and general obligations of the District. The full faith and credit of the District is pledged for the payment of principal and interest, subject to State constitutional and statutory limitations on the aggregate amount of ad valorem taxes. The Bonds are additionally secured by a pledge of certain Net Pledged Revenues as defined within the Official Statements. This Annual Continuing Disclosure Information Statement is being provided pursuant to a covenant made by the District for the benefit of the holders of the Bonds and includes the information specified in the Continuing Disclosure Certificates. For further information and a more complete description of the District and the Bonds, reference is made to the Official Statements. OCCURRENCE OF LISTED EVENTS As amended, the Continuing Disclosure Covenants outline the Occurrence of Listed Events that must be reported in not more than ten (10) business days after the occurrence of the event, irrespective of any determination as to whether such event may or may not be deemed material. The District has no knowledge that any of the events listed below have occurred or have not been previously reported during the fiscal year ended June 30, Principal and interest payment delinquencies on the Bonds. 2.
