No JMD Jointly Administered STIPULATION TO ADMISSION OF EXHIBITS Kingsbury Corporation and the City of Keene, New Hampshire (collectively, the Parties ) hereby file this Stipulation to Admission of Exhibits (the Stipulation ) stipulating to the admission of certain exhibits with respect to the evidentiary hearing scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. on the Motion to Determine Tax Liability Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 505(a) and the Debtors Motion Reject Settlement Agreement Between Kingsbury Corporation and City of Keene Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 365 (the Tax Motions ). Specifically, the Parties hereby stipulate to the admission of the exhibits listed in the Exhibit List attached hereto provided, however, that the Parties reserve the right to argue the relevance of those exhibits to the issues presented in the Tax Motions.
